About: I have had a lifelong passion for animals and extensive hands-on experience caring for many different types. Growing up, I helped rescue animals and learned the importance of patience, compassion, and responsible care. I’ve owned and cared for a wide variety of animals ranging from chickens to horses, which gave me experience with different needs, temperaments, and daily routines. My love for animals also led me to participate in 4-H and FFA, where I continued developing my animal care skills and knowledge. Over the years, I’ve cared for multiple dog breeds including a pitbull, shih tzu, poodle, husky, and German shepherd, and I currently have two miniature goldendoodles that I walk and care for every day. Through these experiences, I’ve become very comfortable working with animals of all sizes and personalities, and I truly enjoy providing them with attentive, loving, and reliable care. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine and availability. I work evenings at my other job, which allows me to provide pet care services during the morning and afternoon. This flexible schedule makes it easy for me to walk, feed, and check in on animals one to three times per day as needed. I also have Thursdays off and most weekends available, giving me even more time to dedicate to longer walks, playtime, and consistent care. Because I already walk my own dogs daily, incorporating additional pets into my routine is something I am comfortable with, and I am committed to providing reliable, attentive care that fits each animal’s individual needs. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, comfortable environment with plenty of toys and space for them to play and stay active. I make sure they receive lots of attention, regular potty breaks, fresh water, and follow any feeding or care routines provided. When caring for pets in your home, I focus on keeping them comfortable in their familiar environment by playing with them, giving them plenty of attention, and maintaining their normal routine. I also make sure they are cleaned up well, have fresh water at all times, and that their space is kept tidy so they feel happy, safe, and well cared for.

Not only did she have an instant rapport with my anxious-about-new-people puppy, but she responded immediately to my sudden and very last-minute need for help when our usual pet sitter had a conflict about an hour before I had to leave town for the weekend! I was afraid I’d have to cancel everything but in a matter of about an hour Rachel came to meet me and our two dogs, get instructions and a house key, and that was that. I liked her immediately — she clearly has dog-whispering skills! — and I had NO qualms about leaving town with them in her care. I cannot thank or praise her enough — did I mention that she even noticed a scheduling error I’d made in my rush to get the paperwork done? She handled everything with ease and generosity. About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for 2 years. As a military member, I’ve often helped fellow military friends and counterparts care for their pets while they were away or working long hours. I currently have two rescue dogs. One terrier mix and a chihuahua, and they are my all. I have also had plenty of pets my whole life. My home was always full of pets, especially beagles. I had 5 beagles growing up and a Lab mix, it was always fun spending time with them and growing up around them <3 Spending time with animals genuinely makes me happy, and I love creating a safe, caring, and fun environment for them. I’m also fully bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. I am currently in the military, so my schedule may vary each week. However, I usually have more than 12 days off per month, giving me plenty of flexibility and time to provide dependable and caring pet services. I am also available to provide services inside SCOTT AFB. For dog walking and drop-in visits, I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while maintaining their normal routine as much as possible. During walks, I make sure dogs get exercise, potty breaks, fresh water if needed, and plenty of attention and care. For drop-in visits, I can feed pets, refresh water bowls, provide potty breaks, playtime, companionship, and make sure everything is clean and secure before leaving. I always pay close attention to each pet’s personality, energy level, and any special instructions provided by the owner. I also enjoy sending photo updates so owners can feel at ease while they are away.

About: I’ve taken care of 3 dogs at once on multiple occasions. I currently have 2 dogs at home that I grew up with that are around 12 years old while the other is only 3 years old. I also currently have 2 of my own dogs that are 1 year old and 5 months old. I have some experience with puppy training as I’m currently in the puppy phase with my own. I just graduated and am trying to pass my certification test so I currently don’t have a job but I am looking around. I am free most, if not all, weekends and weekdays. I love dogs so I like to give them love and cuddles as well as some play time like tug-of-war, throwing a ball, or even play dates with my puppies.

About: I've had the great honor of being a dog mom to 5 dogs throughout my life. We only get to love them a short time but their in our hearts forever. I work full time but I am off at 2pm. My afternoons and evenings are free. Weekends are varied as to work or not.I am open to work around your needs. I take great precautions in regards to my pets. My kids joke that I treat my dog better than they get treated. Our pets count on us for life.

About: I've taken care of senior dogs and up to 4 dogs at a time. I am available to stay overnight if needed and don't have a preference for any breed of pets. I'm currently enrolled at McKendree University and am able to watch pets throughout the afternoon, evenings, and nights! I am pretty available throughout the week and through the weekend! I have a fenced in yard and love to take pets on walks throughout town and playing with the pets as well to keep them company.

About: Hi! My name is Nikki and I’ve lived with dogs and cats since I was a toddler. I always loved helping my parents and grandma with our many pets while growing up, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I decided to start expanding to pet-sitting for my friends as well! I was always happy to spend time with and gain knowledge from their furry friends. Two years after high school, I adopted a sweet husky puppy. He was just 8 weeks old when I took him home and I quickly realized raising a puppy is A LOT of work (but worth it!!). After a long journey of trial and error and 4 training classes together, he’s the best friend I could ask for. Three years later my dad rescued 3 more husky puppies, who I also helped raise! They have definitely taught me patience, how to deal with a semi-reactive dogs, and has made me confident in my ability to care for large breeds. I’ve looked after a variety of breeds, big and small, timid and reactive. I’m experienced in handling high energy dogs, young puppies who are still learning, and older dogs who need extra care and patience. I’ve also looked after cats, including those that needed help with medications and asthma treatment. Whether your pets like to walk and play or just need someone to hangout with while you’re gone, I can do it all. I will care for your beloved pets in your home and follow all your wants and needs! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m currently available any time Wednesday-Friday and on most Saturdays. I like to know all the details about your pets every day life so I can help keep their routines as normal as possible. Whether that includes certain times for feeding, walking, medications, etc. I also like to know if they are reactive, timid, or have any other quirks you want me to know about!

About: I have been around pets my entire life, so taking care of animals comes easy to me! I am experienced at both house sitting and home visits. I have taken care of kittens and senior animals, ensuring they always feel safe and happy. I am a full time college student looking for work over summer break, giving me plenty of time to help out! About: I've had my own cats for almost 6 years, I've volunteered at the Belleville Area Humane Society for around 4 months, and I do occasional dogsitting and housesitting for family friends when needed. I have a summer job that starts on May 26th, and I have training from 9-4 on May 17th and 23rd. I'm unsure of which days I'll be working yet, so I will let you know when I can what my schedule will be. I will be completely free on weekends aside from outside events. I appreciate detailed instructions on any specifics needed when caring for your pets, such as medications, feeding times, bathroom breaks, regular walks, or any other schedule they need.

About: I’ve have dogsat for multiple people for the last couple years. And I really enjoy it meeting new dogs. I can do anything that you want. I can take them on walks or anything that you would like. This summer I have a internship and I won’t have a ton of time to get a job somewhere near my house so I am trying to fit something in my schedule that can help get into a routine. I am able to feed and walk if needed . I would love to take them to the dog parks and help with anything with the dog.

About: Some see them as animals, I see them as little people... whom deserves to be loved and cared for properly. I am dedicated and trust worthy. SAFETY is my number one priority when it comes to your pet. I am a Welder by trade and its currently too hot outside for my career, so I'll have lots of time for your pet till the fall when it cools down. I have two very friendly children in my home, ages 17 and 7. We have lots of room in our home and a big back yard which includes chickens. The chickens stay inside their chicken run, they don't like dogs or cats anyway. My schedule is pretty open right now, so just let me know when you would like services, and I'll let you know if I'm available. We currently have chickens and one mixed breed dog named "Charlie" who loves all dogs, cats and even the chickens. Your pet would have our undivided attention! We absolutely love dogs and cats.

About: I've watched pets for friends and family since I was a teenager. I am comfortable with all breeds of dogs and cats and will love them like they are my own. I can't wait to meet you and your fur baby. I am currently a stay at home spouse and looking for ways to make extra income doing something I love. I am extremely flexible with my schedule and will make the time to make things work. I have a cat that is not friendly with other cats(not sure about dogs), so can only take requests for drop-in or walking for the time being. I have walked and pet sat for several clients with bigger dogs and that have special needs and am comfortable with them all. I do always try and do a meet and greet before our first visit so your pet can get to know me before they are left alone with me.

About: I have been surrounded with dogs since I was born! My family had a golden retriever when I was younger, and we currently have an 11-year old corgi mix, an 8-year old labradoodle, and a 5-year old golden retriever. Finnley, the five year old golden, is my personal dog who I trained, walked, cleaned up after, and took care of. In addition, I lived with a 3-year old boxer last year who I helped take care of and spent a lot of time with. Besides my personal pet experience, I volunteered at the Partners for Pets shelters multiple times where I took care of dogs and cats. I also frequently take advantage of the Adopt a Dog for a Day option at the Oxford Animal Rescue Center whenever I feel overwhelmed or have a free day. Besides volunteering, I had a personal business at 15/16 where I watched both kids and animals for families in my neighborhood. I took care of multiple breeds and ages of dogs, cats, hamsters, and fish. My availability is completely open until June 1st, when I will start a part time job at WashU! With that said, I am still available any weekday after 4, and all day Saturday and Sunday!! At my house, all of my dogs are trained to stay in the yard. All three get treats when they come in (because they are such good boys) and are fed twice daily. My older dog has gum issues that makes his teeth painful to use, so I put his food in water and let it soften so he is able to eat it pain-free. For walks, the two big dogs go on a joint leash and the smaller dog goes on a leash by himself. Distance wise, I take into account if the ground is hot on their paws and the temperature outside to determine how long the walk will be. We love to go to dog parks and play, as well as cuddle and lay out in the sun together.

About: I have been a dog owner my whole life! I have experience with dogs as small as a Maltese and as large as a great dane! I have been the trusted dog sitter for my friends and family for years! I also have experience with special needs dogs and those needing medication! I currently work part-time but make my own hours and I am a college student. Being at college I miss my own pets dearly and taking care of others pets will be an absolute joy for me! Depending on your needs, I will ensure your dog is safe from danger by always keeping them in the fence or on a leash! Pet safety is huge for me as my pets are like my kids! I periodically watch pets for friends and family. Distance and time are very flexible most days. Let me know if you need assistance and I can find a way to make it work. Periodic walks are necessary for pets of all sizes and for humans as well. :) Favorite part of my day with my Pyrenees is long walks and sunshine.
