About: I have had pets my whole life. I currently have two cats. In college I worked on a farm and cared for cattle, chickens, goats, pigs, and alpaca. I am currently a zoo keeper and have been in the field for three years. I have cared for reptiles, small mammals, some birds, and larger hoof stock. I've also cared for friends’ and family members’ cats, so I’m comfortable with all kinds of animals. The shifts are only about 5 hours long so I am very available to care for your animals in between. I am a very neat person, I always leave everything as I found it or better. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
