About: I've lived on a farm my entire life. I have experience with all animals, from indoor ragdolls to barn tabbies, chihuahuas to great danes, puppies and elderly pets, and even cows and chickens! I have taken care of pets with medicine routines, puppies who need daily training, and cats who just need some company. :) I am a PhD student, so I have classes in the mornings and evenings! I can typically get home around every 5 hours to take the dogs out, but if you have a puppy that needs to go out sooner, let me know and we can discuss what's possible! If you're boarding, I have a huge fenced in backyard and I always stay in the yard to watch over playtime and potty breaks. I can crate your dog or puppy in our spare bedroom if you'd like, but my dog roams free around the house and I'm happy to let them play while I'm gone! I have a small 2 bedroom, 1 story house, so it's easy to keep an eye on the pups while I'm home.
About: We have owned our own large dogs for over 15 years and have watched numerous other dogs over the years. We are physically active and are loving, kind, and able to handle large dogs. We have flexible work schedules and are rarely away from the house for more than 2-4 hours at a time. We are able to let the dogs in and out as needed. We take the dogs on walks when we are able to and they are always in a loving family environment. We have a specially fenced dog yard attached to the house and live on three acres, so we have plenty of room for the dogs to run and play. The dogs are allowed into our house and also have a covered porch area for lounging in the fresh air. We have one older cat and one younger cat that can be separated from the dog area as needed (they live mostly in the upstairs of the house). Our dog loves other dogs and is never aggressive.

All dogs are fed separately to help ensure their safety (exceptions can be made for dogs from the same household who are accustomed to eating together, granted there are no other dogs around). Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
