About: I’ve grown up around animals my entire life, and caring for them has always been a huge part of who I am. I currently have one cat with me at college and three more waiting for me at home, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. I volunteer with the Humane Society and a local cat rescue, Comfort Cats, where I help care for cats in need. About: I love caring for animals and I've taken care of many kinds of animals for as long as I can remember. I've had dogs with extra needs (emotional & physical) and senior dogs for many years and I'm happy to help with any needs your pup(s) may have. I love to make simple homemade plant-based treats from scratch and will be happy to share some with your babies too! (with your permission) If your pup has their own favorite treats, of course I'd be happy to share those as well. My dogs have always been my world and I know yours are just as special to you, so when they're in my care they'll be loved just like my own. My schedule is very flexible and I'm free most weekdays and weekends. We can go for strolls around my quiet neighborhood and play outside. Or we can hang out inside and play or just relax; whatever their hearts desire, I'll do my best to make it happen for them. I have a large fenced in back yard in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to run and play. All dogs are fed separately to help ensure their safety (exceptions can be made for dogs from the same household who are accustomed to eating together, granted there are no other dogs around). I have plenty of space in the home to allow everyone their own space if needed. I'll be sending you updates and photos of your fur babies throughout their stay.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have always had a huge love for them! My parents have always had multiple dogs, so caring for and being around dogs has been a big part of my life. I’ve also had my own dog for the past seven years, and he is truly part of my family. I’m very comfortable with the day-to-day responsibilities of caring for a dog, including feeding, walks, playtime, giving lots of attention, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, so I treat every dog like they’re my own and want both you and your pup to feel completely comfortable! I currently work full time as a doctor of physical therapy! I am available at night 5-9 pm for dog walking during the week and I am available on the weekends Friday night- Monday night pick up for bog boarding! I live in an apartment complex with a dog park and take my own dog on multiple walks per day! I can easily crate your dog if that is what you prefer during the day or night!
About: Love living in the area, I have always enjoyed spending time outside in all seasons. On any kind of day, I would love to give your family member a walk/run in the neighborhood or at a nearby park/path or whichever they prefer to get some fresh year and exploration through the smells/sights. For the playful pup, I love to run around and play with them until the sun goes down. Although Madison was already booked and couldn't house sit, she immediately stepped in and offered to do multiple drop-in visits instead. She was incredibly flexible, let me book on the fly, spent extra time with Melanie whenever she could, and stayed in constant communication the entire weekend, which gave me so much peace of mind. When my backup sitter had a family emergency and ended up in the ER with her son, Madison even squeezed in an additional last-minute visit to make sure Melanie was taken care of. She also helped track down Melanie's medication and made sure she got it when I realized the stress of everything was affecting her. Madison truly went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for her kindness, reliability, and willingness to help during a stressful situation. I have booked with her multiple times and wouldn't hesitate to book with her again!
Kendra went above and beyond to accommodate for my cat while I was gone for 5 weeks recovering from surgery. She kept her fed, watered and made sure she had a clean litter box while giving her plenty of love and Churu in the meantime. I cannot recommend Kendra enough!
Katelyn provided high quality care to my three rambunctious border collies. She quickly established a rapport with my two girls, and was kind and patient with my more timid rescue. Her visits were prompt. Her communication was excellent, and I am really hoping she will be available the next time I go out of town.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
