Our elderly cat, Ellie, was in her final stages of life, but we felt comfortable leaving her with Carla, who updated us daily, or more, on her declining health. Unfortunately, we said goodbye to Ellie the day we got home. But, we're glad she was with such a caring person her final week of life. We would enthusiastically recommend Carla as your pet sitter.”

He worked diligently to win her trust and communicated with me at each step of the way. He never sugar coated her reaction, but took her for lots of walks and gave her lots of encouragement. The day he told me that she went from tolerating his presence to seeking interaction was a great day. I would not hesitate to work with Kaden again.”

About: Every dog has their own unique personality. I take great joy in getting to know every dog I meet and spend time with. They are not just pets they are our companions our best friends, our family. I have two dogs of my own so I understand how hard it can be to leave them and know that they will be well cared for. I look forward to helping to ease some of the stress involved with that. I have many years experience with special needs dogs, cats and horses. I would love to care for your pet in anyway I can. She was also flexible transitioning from a boarding to a house sitting booking. Our 12 year old dog has some dietary and medicine requirements, and Bonnie had no issues or concerns with any of it. We, and our pups, look forward to the next opportunity for Bonnie to care for them.”

“When it comes to caring for pets, Christian has no equal. Christian's patience, understanding and love for animals comes shining through with how happy his own animals are. Especially the rescue beagle (Luke) from North Carolina. Luke came to Maine with a heart-worm condition, as well as, a Lyme disease diagnosis. He was also malnourished. You would not know this by meeting Luke now. He's at the proper weight, happy and shows no signs of his other ailments. (as you can see from his photos!) Christian is a Great Pack Leader!”

About: I have cared for many of my neighbors animals: feeding, walking, and playing for 8+ years. I have experience caring for senior dogs assuring they were safe and cared for in a gentle and kind manner. I am comfortable going on long walks and hikes as well as dog socialization and playtime. I have availability Thursday and Friday mornings into the early afternoon and am available weekends. I can provide overnight weekend care at pet owner’s residence. I will follow every instruction from owner to keep their house clean and animals safe and happy! I can provide long walks and outdoor time as well as follow all training protocols.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals, such as dogs, cats, horses, sheep, pigs, and more! Many neighbors and friends enlist my help for pet sitting. I’m currently in school to become a veterinary technician and have been working as a veterinary assistant for two years. I’m currently working part time, this gives me plenty of time to stop in to take care of your pets! I don’t work at all on weekends! I care for pets with full attention, I’m very detail orientated and like to keep pets on their usual schedule to reduce stress! Whatever they might need I can and will provide!
