About: I’m the lady who crosses the street to ask if I can pet your dog. I love all dogs, but big dogs have my heart. I confess, I’m also the lady that will remember your dog’s name, age and origins, but perhaps not always your name. Although I have the confidence and experience to befriend your big dogs, that shouldn’t suggest that I don’t love our smaller friends, as well. Big and small, I love them all❣️ I’ve been responsible for animals most of my life. Chiefly, I’ve had the privilege to care and own big dogs. Growing up, we had a Sheppard-Mastiff mix, and that’s when my love for big dogs began. In our house, we had a macaw, cockatoo, kākāriki, ring-necked parakeet, and a cockatiel, tropical/ saltwater fish, dogs, and cats. I continue to be a proud breed ambassador and have owned 4 Rottweilers over the years. I’ve been gainfully employed as a civil servant for 25 years. After my last Rottweiler passed away, I wanted to care for a dog again, but haven’t adopted quite yet. I enjoy hiking, outdoor activities, walking and traveling, and of course dogs! I’ve had the privilege to care for our misunderstood and sometimes reactive dog friends, as well. All dogs deserve love. I helped welp Belgian Malinois puppies and ensure they found loving, deserving homes. I joke that, “If the choice was between world peace or puppies, I would choose puppies.” I can’t wait to meet your doggie! Since I’m a civil servant, my schedule is consistent. I have free nights and 3-day weekends. I enjoy a lot of free time that I would like to fulfill with dogs. I have a secured, fenced yard. I can also kennel your pets as well. My responsibility to you is ensuring your family member is secure in my charge.

About: I have lived with pets my entire life. I have experience with pets of all ages and sizes, from a puppy boston terrier to a senior german shepherd. I have experience walking large dogs and dogs that do not get along with other animals. I love getting to meet and work with animals and getting to know all their unique personalities! I am currently in school and working. On the weekends I am more than happy to spend the entire time with your pet, and during weekdays I am happy to stay overnight after I get off of work. I will spend quality time with your animal (if that is what they want) and will ensure they have enough food and water, especially if I am helping out on a weekday. I am very attentive to the specific needs of each pet and household and am willing to work with you to ensure your pet gets the best care possible.

About: I’m a Santa Rosa/Sonoma County local and lifelong animal lover with experience caring for cats of all personalities. We have an easygoing outdoor cat of our own who we absolutely adore, so I understand that cats like their routines, their space, and affection on their own terms! 🐱❤️ I’m happy to help with feeding, fresh water, litter box care, playtime, outdoor/indoor routines, and of course plenty of love and attention. I know how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your cat while you’re away, and I’ll treat yours with the same patience and care I give my own. I’m fortunate to have a flexible full-time job and work from home a few days a week, with the ability to work remotely longer when needed. This gives me plenty of flexibility to pop in and check on your pets throughout the day. I’m also free most weekends and never work past 5 PM Monday–Friday, so I can easily make time for walks, feedings, check-ins, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. I’ll treat every pet as if they were my own, whether I’m caring for them in their home or welcoming them into mine. I have a fenced yard and a pet-friendly home where their comfort and safety come first. To me, animals are family and deserve to be treated with love, patience, attention, and plenty of affection.

“Cecilia is amazing! We had a lady minute need for her to come and hang with our two dogs and she not only made time for them so went above and beyond. Apparently one of our dogs managed to trap herself in our downstairs bathroom (went inside the small space and when she went to check behind the door it closed on her). Needless to say our dog was nervous and tired from probably barking and scratching at the door for hours and in her boredom also destroyed all the toilet paper she could find. Cecelia not only rescued her and gave her lots of love and cuddles, but also cleaned up the disaster that was left in the bathroom. We’ve used several pet sitters over the past deferral years and while none of them have been terrible, none of them have given the same love, time and care for our dogs and house that Cecilia has. Cecilia has watched our two dogs multiple times and is always fantastic.i would highly recommend her services to anyone.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a young girl. One thing that will never get old is the bond you can create. I have worked with senior dogs, second chance animals in shelters, and even new born puppies. I have time and time again helped my friends and family train and look over their dogs. I work as a starbucks barista! My shift are usually short so I have more time for your pets! They are also very good about my availability! My pets at home are my babies. I always give them treats and make sure no matter what time I get home they have enrichment time.

About: I have experience caring for and walking my family and friends’ dogs for 10 years. I have experience with reactive dogs. I understand that every dog is unique and that each dog has different needs. I am familiar with dog CPR. I am no stranger to administering medication to dogs. I am free after 4pm on Monday-Friday. On weekends I am free from 7am-9pm. If needed, we can arrange earlier or later appointment times. Thanks! I can stop by at your home to check in on your furry friend(s) and make sure that they have plenty of food and water in their bowls, as well as give them ample time to go to the bathroom prior to completing the check in. I can provide 30 min-1 hour walks, or stimulate/play with your dog(s) for 30 min-1 hour in the safety of your home yard or nearby dog park.

About: I have around five years of practical experience in providing dependable care for pets belonging to friends and family members. My pet experience includes walking, bathing, arranging meal times and treat routines, as well as enjoying quality time with them while their owners are away, sometimes for weeks at a time. Plus, I genuinely love going for daily walks every morning, and dogs always manage to bring a smile to my face. Since I'm on break, I'll be free Monday through Saturday, 5 days a week. What hours work best for you will work best for me! I will always review the guidelines given by my client for house-sitting or dog-walking services, and I will make sure to follow any additional instructions to a T. When I first meet a cat or dog, I take the time to understand the animal's temperament, checking for any signs of anxiety or specific likes and dislikes. I care a lot in ensuring that the pets feel secure when around someone new. After that, I simply enjoy spending time with them, hoping that they will grow to appreciate my company too!

I understand that every animal has their own personality and routine, and I take the time to help them feel comfy and safe. Senior pets and pets with additional needs are welcome, incl administering medications. About: I have loved animals since I was a little kid, and I grew up surrounded by animals including a cat, two dogs, and a rabbit. As a teen, I was also a junior zookeeper for several years at my local wildlife refuge, helping to care for animals that couldn’t be released into the wild and also educating visitors on the importance of these animals and their natural habitats. For the last 10 years, I have had the pleasure of being the guardian of a sassy little tabby named Moon. I have also had the pleasure to housesit for some other furry friends when their humans were out of town. Currently have a pretty flexible schedule as long as I know a few days in advance what’s up 😊 Which is why I unfortunately can’t take same day bookings. At this time, I am unable to accommodate overnight housesitting requests where a pet cannot be left alone for at least 4 hours at a time. I am committed to making sure that your furry family members are safe and well cared for while they are with me. Please communicate any known issues to me (things your pet likes to chew that they shouldn’t, medications they take, behavior issues, for instance) and in turn I will do my absolute best to keep them safe and report any possible issues immediately.
