About: I treat every dog like my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I follow their routine, give them plenty of attention and playtime, and keep owners updated with photos and messages so they always know their pup is happy and well cared for. I’m home for college and have a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time to care for pets. I love animals and enjoy spending my day walking, playing, and taking care of dogs. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I’m able to give them consistent attention and care. I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I follow their normal routine for feeding, walks, and bathroom breaks, and I give them plenty of attention, playtime, and love. I also keep the space clean and send regular updates so owners know how their pet is doing.

I’ve had dogs my entire life and have two years of professional experience working in a dog daycare creating an understanding of dog behaviors. I strive to make every experience as comfortable and enjoyable for your fur babies! I have met so many dogs with different temperaments and needs to create a positive experience while in my care. I volunteer with the local shelter and take out foster dogs all the time and I love advocating for them too! I am so passionate about animal welfare and ensuring pet parents have someone they can trust to take care of their precious babies. I am currently a full time college student with full weekend availability but Monday-Thursday I am usually out of the house during the day 7-4:30 while Fridays I have a half day of classes, if this something that is okay with you. About: For 17 years I have been taking care of dogs (really animals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes) both of my own and for others too. There has never been a point in my life that I have not had a dog. Right before I was born, my parents got a beagle that I grew up with. I started taking care of her at a young age (I’d say even later than 17 years ago, just not notable enough to count for it) when she needed special baths for her skin condition, treatments for her ear infections, and catering to her broken arm after getting run over by a car. Before she passed, we got a husky. I helped train (on and off leash commands), groom, trim his nails, and learned how to speak husky. He was a very loved hand full. I learned so much from him because of all the trouble he made from running away, eating glue, chewing up the entire house… you name it, he did it. Through these lessons I have learned not only how to retain my patience and grace, but also how to be a beacon of support and reservoir of love for all fur babies. Nevertheless, when he got older, I gave him shots for his hip dysplasia and ensured he was most comfortable until the day my sister and I sat in the room with him on his way up to doggy heaven. Today, I have a great pyrenees who is a bundle of joy. Again, I have trained her, happily cater to her persistent anxiety--especially with thunderstorms--ensure she is exercised, groomed, and feeling loved. Currently I am working part-time and most of this is at home doing online research for school. Pet care is my daily routine anyways and I have a partner who often stays home to take care of our pup. He certainly supports me needing to fill my cup with more love in my heart from interacting with animals. Nevertheless, I love to help people out. I find that having a good, stable community is the most precious thing we can have as people. It takes a village and I am happy to be apart of that village. I am happy to make any accommodations possible to help you and your fur baby feel the most comfortable with my care. Upon your request to book me, we will go over the requirements of their boarding or my visit(s). You let me know what I can do to help and what you feel most content with.
