She met me at the hospital to get my keys and took such good care of my babies, sending me pictures and updates that gave me so much peace of mind. But what she did beyond that completely shocked me. About: For 17 years I have been taking care of dogs (really animals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes) both of my own and for others too. There has never been a point in my life that I have not had a dog. Right before I was born, my parents got a beagle that I grew up with. I started taking care of her at a young age (I’d say even later than 17 years ago, just not notable enough to count for it) when she needed special baths for her skin condition, treatments for her ear infections, and catering to her broken arm after getting run over by a car. Before she passed, we got a husky. I helped train (on and off leash commands), groom, trim his nails, and learned how to speak husky. He was a very loved hand full. I learned so much from him because of all the trouble he made from running away, eating glue, chewing up the entire house… you name it, he did it. Through these lessons I have learned not only how to retain my patience and grace, but also how to be a beacon of support and reservoir of love for all fur babies. Nevertheless, when he got older, I gave him shots for his hip dysplasia and ensured he was most comfortable until the day my sister and I sat in the room with him on his way up to doggy heaven. Today, I have a great pyrenees who is a bundle of joy. Again, I have trained her, happily cater to her persistent anxiety--especially with thunderstorms--ensure she is exercised, groomed, and feeling loved. Currently I am working part-time and most of this is at home doing online research for school. Pet care is my daily routine anyways and I have a partner who often stays home to take care of our pup. He certainly supports me needing to fill my cup with more love in my heart from interacting with animals. Nevertheless, I love to help people out. I find that having a good, stable community is the most precious thing we can have as people. It takes a village and I am happy to be apart of that village. About: I’ve been around many kinds of animals my whole life, including dogs, turtles, rabbits, fish, and guinea pigs. My childhood dog, Zoey, was an older German Shepherd who really shaped my understanding of and love for animals. I grew up in a very animal-loving family where caring for pets was seen as an important part of building responsibility and character. I’m very comfortable with big dogs and used to handling high-energy personalities. Now as an adult, I have my own dog, Aries, a sweet and playful 3-year-old Pitbull Lab mix, who I’ve had since she was a puppy. Being a dog owner myself helps me understand how important it is to fully trust the person caring for your pet. I’ve personally used Rover and had great experiences, and I’m excited to provide that same level of care, communication, and reliability to others. I genuinely love spending time with animals, whether that means going on walks, playing, or just cuddling and keeping them company. My home has a big open first floor where dogs are free to hang out and make themselves comfortable. They’re also welcome to sleep in my bedroom if they like being close at night. I don’t allow pets on the couch, but they’ll always have their own comfy spots to relax. I do have a yard, and while it isn’t fenced, I use a secure leash setup so dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time with supervision. I also use my open garage as a great shaded space for my dog to relax for 2-3 hours a day. I supervise our Ring Cameras frequently. Fresh water and a comfortable resting area are always provided.

I have never left my Squiggle with a pro-sitter, so I was apprehensive about the experience - but I had to try it out, knowing I would probably need sitting services in the future. That is some serious awesome. And although very excited to see me and be home, Squiggy wasn't traumatized I left him with a stranger. Now that he has met Wendy, I wont hesitate to book her again, should we need her. Squiggy made a new friend, and I am now totally cool with Wendy watch my little guy again.”

Nick and I both work from home and have a flex scheduled. We have plenty of time to give the pups lots of love and attention throughout the day. No kids. We give lots of attention and outside time. Our home is a calm, dog-focused environment. We have a large fenced yard and are outside a lot. We have a pool. While our dogs don’t swim, many of our friends’ dogs love a dip. We don’t mind! We love it. And we won’t leave them unattended.

I have multiple years working and volunteering at boarding facilities and shelters, and I have never been petless myself. About: We are a family of 3 people who really want to add a dog as a family member but unable to take on the financial responsibility at this time so this might be the next best thing, just genuine love for your pets, no special skills at this time. Currently work from home and have the ability to be very present with your dog. My 2 children have been reminding me that I promised them a dog by the time my son turns 10 and my daughter is 8. I'm just not ready to find my forever dog yet- My son is now 11 and daughter is ready to turn 9 right after Christmas and we have loved having your dogs as a part of our family while you're away! About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with family in the countryside in my homecountry, where caring for animals was part of everyday life. I’ve always had dogs, been around them, and I currently have a dog of my own. About: For 17 years I have been taking care of dogs (really animals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes) both of my own and for others too. There has never been a point in my life that I have not had a dog. Right before I was born, my parents got a beagle that I grew up with. I started taking care of her at a young age (I’d say even later than 17 years ago, just not notable enough to count for it) when she needed special baths for her skin condition, treatments for her ear infections, and catering to her broken arm after getting run over by a car. Before she passed, we got a husky. I helped train (on and off leash commands), groom, trim his nails, and learned how to speak husky. He was a very loved hand full. I learned so much from him because of all the trouble he made from running away, eating glue, chewing up the entire house… you name it, he did it. Through these lessons I have learned not only how to retain my patience and grace, but also how to be a beacon of support and reservoir of love for all fur babies. Nevertheless, when he got older, I gave him shots for his hip dysplasia and ensured he was most comfortable until the day my sister and I sat in the room with him on his way up to doggy heaven. Today, I have a great pyrenees who is a bundle of joy. Again, I have trained her, happily cater to her persistent anxiety--especially with thunderstorms--ensure she is exercised, groomed, and feeling loved. Currently I am working part-time and most of this is at home doing online research for school. Pet care is my daily routine anyways and I have a partner who often stays home to take care of our pup. He certainly supports me needing to fill my cup with more love in my heart from interacting with animals. Nevertheless, I love to help people out. I find that having a good, stable community is the most precious thing we can have as people. It takes a village and I am happy to be apart of that village. I am happy to make any accommodations possible to help you and your fur baby feel the most comfortable with my care. Upon your request to book me, we will go over the requirements of their boarding or my visit(s). You let me know what I can do to help and what you feel most content with.

About: I’ve been around many kinds of animals my whole life, including dogs, turtles, rabbits, fish, and guinea pigs. My childhood dog, Zoey, was an older German Shepherd who really shaped my understanding of and love for animals. I grew up in a very animal-loving family where caring for pets was seen as an important part of building responsibility and character. I’m very comfortable with big dogs and used to handling high-energy personalities. Now as an adult, I have my own dog, Aries, a sweet and playful 3-year-old Pitbull Lab mix, who I’ve had since she was a puppy. Being a dog owner myself helps me understand how important it is to fully trust the person caring for your pet. I’ve personally used Rover and had great experiences, and I’m excited to provide that same level of care, communication, and reliability to others. I genuinely love spending time with animals, whether that means going on walks, playing, or just cuddling and keeping them company. I’m currently studying biology and hope to work in the veterinary field one day, so caring for animals truly means a lot to me. I am currently just a student, so I have plenty of time for your pets! I'm home the majority of the time, except for my saturday classes and I'm available any day of the week! If I'm never not home either my sister or father will step in. My home has a big open first floor where dogs are free to hang out and make themselves comfortable. They’re also welcome to sleep in my bedroom if they like being close at night. I don’t allow pets on the couch, but they’ll always have their own comfy spots to relax. I do have a yard, and while it isn’t fenced, I use a secure leash setup so dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time with supervision. I also use my open garage as a great shaded space for my dog to relax for 2-3 hours a day. I supervise our Ring Cameras frequently. Fresh water and a comfortable resting area are always provided.
