“Wes and his amazing family were PHENOMENAL! I had a last minute cancellation from a wagg hotel and he stepped in and saved me and my fur baby had a great time. Very reliable and amazing with communication! I will be returning to book with Wes for boarding anytime I need a safe place for my baby to stay.”

“Shania is amazing! She took care of my puppy Domino while I was out of the country! Her home is nice and clean and has tons of space for the dogs to roam. She sent me videos and picture and updates on her day daily. I felt so safe having her watch Domino I will definitely continue to utilize Shania for any of my future trips!!”

“We booked Gilda super last minute to watch our cat, Izzie, while we went to the zoo—and she was amazing! I was really anxious about leaving Izzie with someone new, but Gilda was so sweet, calm, and accommodating. She made me feel instantly more at ease. Izzie was in great hands, and I’d absolutely rebook with her next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of experience fostering dogs for a rescue organization and taking care of friend's dogs. I find true joy in caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages. Whether it’s playing fetch at the park, going on long walks, or just spending quiet cuddle time together, I genuinely love making every dog feel safe, happy, and special. I grew up in a home filled with dogs and have had my own rescued doodle for the past six years. I personally trained him to become a certified therapy dog, and we volunteer together at schools to bring comfort and smiles to kids. Although he is very mellow and does not play too much with our dog friends, he loves having dogs stay with us! We live on the back of a property and have our own fenced-in yard. For the past three years, I’ve also fostered and volunteered with a senior dog rescue, Frosted Faces, which has given me valuable hands-on experience with older dogs who need extra patience and care. What sets me apart is my deep empathy and attentiveness to each dog’s individual needs. I’m experienced in administering medication and caring for needy pets, and I’m always gentle and patient as dogs settle into new environments. I truly see each dog as unique, and I strive to give them the love and respect they deserve every step of the way. Pet care is something I truly enjoy, and I make it a priority in my daily life. When I’m not working, I dedicate as much time as possible to caring for and bonding with the pets I sit for. As a teacher, I have a flexible schedule with plenty of availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings. This allows me to be present, attentive, and consistent—whether your pet needs companionship, playtime, or a calm, comforting presence. I offer a safe, loving, and relaxed environment for pets in my care. I live in a cozy, private home located at the back of a quiet property, complete with a securely fenced-in yard where dogs can safely explore and play. I’m also very active and love taking dogs on walks to a nearby park that has both a large grassy field and a fenced-in dog area for safe off-leash time. My own dog, a gentle and friendly 35-pound doodle, is incredibly calm and welcoming with other dogs. He’s been a wonderful companion while I’ve fostered senior dogs and often sets a great example with his mellow demeanor and friendly energy. I'm also happy to care for pets in your home if that’s what your dog prefers. In most cases, I would bring my doodle along with me, as he’s well-socialized, non-aggressive, and comfortable in new environments. I always prioritize your pet’s comfort, safety, and routine, whether at my home or yours.

“Thank you Katia for taking care of Macey. I loved the pictures and videos you sent. I high recommend Katia to care for your pet too. I will also take Macey to her when/if she is for my next vacation. 💜”

“I’ve used my fair share of Rover sitters and Martin might be the best I’ve used. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and definitely puts you at ease when leaving your dogs in someone else’s care. I have 2 dogs that aren’t exactly the best trained and he was extremely understanding and flexible throughout their stay. Would definitely recommend Martin if you’re looking for a sitter!”

“I could not have been happier with our dog sitter, Stacy. She was so caring towards our dog and sent us pics though out our pets stay with her. During the heat wave she made pup-sicles (frozen wash clothes) for the pups to stay cool. My dog enjoyed her time with Stacy. We have finally found our San Diego pet sitter!”

“Teresa is AMAZING 🤩 This was our first time leaving our 2 dogs in quite some time and we were nervous, but Teresa put us at ease immediately, and then kept us well informed and feeling good the whole time. Lots of pictures and video and sharing! They were happy and relaxed from the first meet and greet, to our pick day💚 we will definitely be working with Teresa for our next dog care needs!!!”

“Any time you leave your pups with someone you don’t know, you naturally experience a sense of anxiety. That apprehension went away as soon as I dropped off my pups with Alan. He volunteered to show me the space where my dogs would be in his house, shared pictures of my dogs throughout the stay and gave me periodic updates on how they were doing. All this was greatly appreciated. You could tell Alan really loves dogs and enjoys pet sitting. I highly recommend Alan and plan on using this again!”

“Lisa and Logan are absolutely amazing! I can't put into words how grateful we are to them for taking such wonderful care of our baby. They go above and beyond, and it’s clear that they truly care. Thank you so much!”

“I couldn’t be happier! When I picked up my dog I could see she absolutely loved her stay! She loved spending time with Cash and playing with him and the other dog staying with them. I loved seeing the pictures I would get everyday. 100% will be booking again, can’t think of anyone better to watch my dog than Kristen!”

“This is our second time having Caitlin watch our dog, it’s been a great experience from pick up to drop off! Our dog is very happy staying with her and her pups. It was nice to get daily photo updates. Thanks again! Would highly recommend hiring Caitlin for daycare/boarding needs.”

“We are beyond grateful to Ethan and his wife, Angie, for taking superior care of our 4-month-old puppy, Mini! When we received a last-minute invite to attend the Rock & Grill Tijuana Summer Fest, we urgently needed a pet sitter and Ethan stepped up without hesitation. He even offered to pick Mini up from our home, which was incredibly kind and a huge time-saver. From the moment they welcomed her, it was clear Mini was in loving, capable hands. Ethan and Angie treated her like royalty! She came home with a new harness, leash, and an adorable toy; all such thoughtful touches that meant the world to us. Most importantly, Mini returned happy, healthy, and clearly smitten with her weekend getaway. Mini looked and felt her absolute best after her stay; her nails were neatly trimmed, her nose and paws had a soothing balsam applied, and she smelled so clean and fresh. These sweet, spa-like details truly show how much care and attention Ethan and Angie pour into each pet's visit. Mini’s tail hasn’t stopped wagging since she got back! Ethan and Angie are everything you hope for in a pet sitter...kind, communicative, and completely devoted to animals. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. 5-🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and a huge thank you from all of us, especially Mini...🧔🏻♂️👩🏻🦱👨🏻🦱👧🏻🐶!!!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was about 10 years old. Be it if they are wild and free or couch surfers, your pet will always be loved like if they are family. I am blessed enough to work from home so your pets will always have someone to look after them. Belly rubs demands will always be met as well as any needs they might have. I have a fenced in front yard and backyard to provide freedom when the jitters are jittering or nature is calling. With enough room to play fetch if that is their cup of tea. Kimberly L.
“Kim has cared for my dog several times because she is a trusted friend and a good teacher and she is very organized and patient. My dog gets happier to see her than any other friend when she visits my home. This is evidence of the love she gives to animals who aren’t her own. I have witnessed Kim care for others’ animals as I have accompanied her on hikes and other outings while she dogsits. She is an active, strong person that enjoys taking dogs out on walks and can handle all dogs, big and small.”
