About: I work from home, so your fur baby will always have company around! I've trained three dogs from puppyhood and have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes. I previously dog sat for a family with eight dogs, so I’m confident managing multiple pets with different needs. I go on daily walks and truly enjoy spending time with all breeds—whether it's playing, training, or just giving them some love and attention. Your dog will be in caring, capable hands! I work from home and have a make my own schedule, so I am able to tend to your fur babies needs at all times. I am flexible with my schedule, so if you need accommodations, I am happy to help! When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on providing consistent, loving, and structured care. I make sure dogs get daily walks for exercise and mental stimulation, along with regular playtime throughout the day—usually three yard sessions if space allows. I also dedicate about 30 minutes each day to training or reinforcing commands, which helps keep dogs mentally engaged and well-behaved. Whether they’re staying with me or I’m visiting them, I treat every dog like family and tailor their routine to match their individual needs and energy levels.

About: I've worked as a petsitter for many years for my friends and neighbors. I have had experience with very elderly dogs, dogs with dietary needs, dogs with incontinence, and young dogs. I've cared for anything from chihuahuas to Australian shepherds, and bulldogs to labradors. My family has almost always owned Doberman Pincers so I love big dogs and their big barks and sometimes ruff-housing play. Don't worry, I love little dogs too and will make sure to keep in mind the personalities and quirks of all pups under my care. I am mindful of dog body language and will make sure to not push their boundaries. I am a university student and thus very flexible about visit times Friday-Monday. However, I would only be able to visit early morning, late morning, and evening on Tuesday and Thursday and would have a 5 hour period Tues.- Thurs. where I would be unable to visit. If you have a doggy door or a dog that can hold it a long time then I can work with you on those days. We can work out what visit schedule works best for your furry friend(s). I will follow all instructions to a T including but not limited to, dietary and medication needs, cleanliness expectations for your home, and specific routines your pup is expecting. Dog walking (of a leash trained dog) and poop pick up is included and expected. If you would like me to wash your dog, include such instruction in our interactions and I will gladly help out so long as your dog is not at risk of biting when in the bath. I do not offer services in my home however I can stay the night at yours. Full time, in home care is not possible but I can arrange for frequent visits where I am often at the home or at the home for longer stretches of time. If you need house sitting services I am also available to arrange for that. If you have a super friendly pet that would enjoy a few hours out on the town, let me know! I will never go to the dog park, I do not wish to be liable for the behaviors of any other dogs present. If your pet expects to go the dog park I will compensate that exercise time with extra playtime and an extra walk.

About: My love for dogs started young with my first dog Bella. I grew up with a Dog Breed book (that I have on my coffee table now) that I loved learning more and identifying dogs. I still point out and pet almost every dog I see, it never gets old to me. As a teenager I was a consistent pet sitter and dog walker in my neighborhood, volunteered at the animal shelter and being the family dog bather and walker as well. I had the honor to take my family dog to college her last year of life, I picked up puppies off the street and walked/trained them for 4 months (yay for them in happy homes), I worked at a doggy daycare for a few months, was the primary caregiver for my gramma’s golden doodle for almost two years- now I work weekends selling dog treats at Farmers Markets here and in Austin. I have two of my neighbors keys to pet sit when they work or go out of town. I am patiently waiting to adopt my own but for now, your dog can make my heart happy. My experiences caring for dogs are so special to me and I am excited for more. This Summer is special as I’m getting ready to study abroad in Spain June 20-Aug 2. I am motivated to work as much as possible now. When I get back, my last semester at Texas State is a breeze so I will be able to provide quality time and care. Depending on the dogs exercise/cuddle/attention needs I will focus on that and treat your pet with love and respect. My 2 story large apartment is welcome for your dog to make itself at home. I am comfortable to stay overnight or come for multiple daily check ins where your dogs are more comfortable. I am happy to walk, groom (cut nails, bathe, clean ears, trim face/paw pads), give medicine, take on a hike/paddle-boarding or just watch a movie and spoil them with pets.
