I am a student-athlete so I am busy most of the time during the week at 5am-6:30pm, but I'm available all day during the weekends. When I take care of pets in a client’s home, I follow their routine to help the pets feel safe and happy. I make sure they are fed on time, have fresh water, get bathroom breaks, and have time to play. I also keep the area clean and follow any special instructions, like giving medicine. About: I've cared for animals my entire life and have experience looking after a wide variety of pets. I regularly pet sit for my brother's cats and dogs throughout the year, and I've also cared for my aunt's animals, including her pony and tortoise. I love all animals! About: I’ve taken care of a variety of pets for 8 years. I have helped administer medicine to animals with diabetes. I also have a dog of my own. I am a college student at Texas State and currently have no other job. I am happy to work around my class schedule to provide the upmost care to your pets. I'm good at reading and respecting the dog's energy. I know that it can take time to gain a dog's trust, especially as a new person. We can take things slowly if necessary. I work from home, so I'm available the majority of the day. If I leave, it's usually only to run a quick errand. During summer, we would not be outside too long unless you request a river play date. For dog sitting: I have a large, wooden-fenced yard and one small, male neutered dog. He is very friendly + energetic and loves playing with other dogs. Water is always available and plenty of space for relaxing. For walking and drop-ins: Safety is number one priority. Always leashed up and scanning for potential distractions.
