“Tiffany is an excellent dog walker! Both my Rhodesian ridgeback and dachshund get so excited to see her for their walks! I would absolutely recommend Tiffany as a dog walker. She is kind, timely, and my dogs love her!”

About: Other than growing up with my own dogs at home, I’ve volunteered and worked at animal shelters as a kennel technician- I have a lot of patience for dogs of all types and temperaments. My childhood dog was very timid, so I’m extra sympathetic to dogs who need a bit more personal space. I’m a college student doing a lot of online classes. The only times I’m needed on campus are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 am-12:30 pm, so my spare time can be happily dedicated to your dog. I will act in close accordance with any specific instructions given. If your dog is shy, I will respect their space- if they are high-energy, I am very capable of matching that too! I also have no qualms for cleaning up messes. Any concerns will be communicated asap.
About: Our dog of 14 years passed in 2024 and our dog of 2 years passed Dec 2025. We arent ready for a permanent new fur baby, but our hearts long to love on yours! Our kids love to run around in the backyard to wear your rambunctious puppies out! We also have experience in administering medications to animals and being gentle to older animals. I am a stay at home mom! Pet care easily fits into my day and nights. I am free to care for pee training puppies as well as needy older dogs. Animals have free reign of our house as we love them to snuggle on the couch with us! However, if your rules and training requires otherwise, we respect and honor that!

About: I’ve had cats and dogs for most of my life and caring for animals is something I truly love. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routines, and needs, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I have experience caring for senior pets and those with special needs, including administering medications, supporting mobility challenges, and providing a calm, patient environment. I know how important consistency and gentle care are, especially for pets who need a little extra attention. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or quiet companionship, I’ll treat your pet like my own and make sure they’re happy, healthy, and loved every step of the way. I currently have cats of my own but they are used to other pets in the home, including dogs. Additionally, I offer complimentary meet and greets prior to petting your pet, to see if it’s a good fit. I work from home and my schedule is flexible, so I’m able to interact with and love on your fur baby all day. I can also pick up and drop off your little one if need be. I do have a few cats of my own, so if you have a kitty needing care, it may be best for me to care for them in their own environment. My cats are used to other pets though, including dogs, so they are more than welcome in my home. I also have a fenced-in yard with a lot of room for your dog to run around and live in a neighborhood conducive to walks.
“Lindsey was great with Lili, very communicative, prompt, reliable and knowledgeable of the breed (French Bulldog). Will definitely be using her again in the future! :)”

About: Hi! My name is Risa! I had a Labrador growing up, she was sweet and rambunctious. During Covid, I fostered a malnourished dog until he went to his forever home! Currently, I’m dog walking full time! I’ve fostered dogs before, but don’t have any pets currently. I’m available for pet sitting and dog walking every day! I love hiking and walking, so can happily take dogs for long walks. I want to have a great time hanging out with your furry friends
“Her services were amazing and caring. Kept us communicated timely. We would love to use her service in the future and highly recommend as well. My dog, Yaga, loves Victoria!”

I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I’m committed to providing personalized care that keeps them happy, healthy, and on their normal routine. Whether your pet enjoys long walks and adventures or prefers relaxing at home, I’m happy to match their pace. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone, and I’ll care for them as if they were my own. My schedule is flexible, and I do my best to accommodate each pet parent’s needs. You can expect regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I have had two dogs throughout my entire life. One of them is a younger German Shepherd, and the other one was a 15 year old Shi Tzu. I am able to walk dogs for as long as needed. I can play with and take care of dogs that have a lot of energy. I also can care for dogs who are sick and need to take medication, for I had to do this with my Shi Tzu for about a year before he passed. Although I have not yet pet-sitted professionally, I am very knowledgeable when it comes to caring for and loving all different types of animals, especially dogs! I am currently on summer break, so I am looking for some extra income before I start my next semester. That is to say, my schedule is extremely flexible! I can come in during early mornings, late nights, in the middle of the day, etc. I would prefer to go to the client’s home if the dog is a bit smaller. I have a large and friendly german shepherd who has loads of energy. I understand that this can sometimes overwhelm certain pets with certain personalities.
About: I take the time to understand their unique personalities, routines, and any specific needs they may have. Additionally, my commitment to communication (and picture-taking skills!) ensures that pet owners receive regular updates and peace of mind while they’re away. I work remotely, so I am able to prioritize flexible hours to accommodate pet needs, ensuring I can provide consistent care and attention. Each day includes time for walks, play, and feeding, while also allowing for regular updates to pet owners. In my home, I create a safe and comfortable environment tailored to the pet's needs, with designated areas for sleeping, eating, and play. For clients' homes, I maintain their routines, following specific feeding and exercise schedules while ensuring the space is clean and secure. I prioritize regular check-ins, exercise, and plenty of affection to keep pets happy and engaged.
About: What sets me apart is the level of care, patience, and attention I give every pet. I treat each animal like a member of my own family and take the time to learn their unique personality, routine, and needs so they feel comfortable and safe while you're away. I'm experienced with puppies and can reinforce basic training, potty schedules, crate training, and positive behaviors through consistency and patience. I'm also comfortable caring for senior pets, including administering oral medications, accommodating mobility challenges, and providing the extra attention and gentle care they need. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or has special requirements, I'm committed to providing dependable, loving care and regular updates so you can have peace of mind knowing they're in good hands. I am currently a college student so I can provide pet care before and after classes. I am also free every Friday, Saturday and Sunday! I care for every pet as if they were my own. I follow their regular routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications to help them feel comfortable and secure. Whether in your home or mine, I provide plenty of attention, exercise, and updates with photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.
About: I’m a dependable and caring pet sitter with a lifelong love for animals. I’ve been around animals since I was 5 years old, growing up caring for ranch animals, dogs, cats, and even ferrets. I understand that every animal has its own personality and needs, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine because I live a very active lifestyle. I’m an avid runner and extremely into fitness, so staying consistent, disciplined, and energetic is already a huge part of who I am. Taking care of animals naturally goes hand in hand with that lifestyle because I genuinely enjoy being outdoors, going on walks, staying active, and keeping pets engaged and happy. I take animal safety and comfort very seriously both inside and outside of my home. I have a fully fenced patio area that provides pets with a secure outdoor space for fresh air, playtime, and exercise while staying safe at all times. I also have two dogs of my own who are very friendly, socialized, and used to being around other animals. However, I understand that every pet has different comfort levels and needs, so my dogs can always be safely crated or separated if necessary to ensure visiting pets feel comfortable and stress-free.
“So great to have Kristina look after our pets again. She went above and beyond. Super trustworthy and even took care of a busted fire alarm while we were away to make sure our animals were happy and comfortable.”

About: Boarding: Hello! My dog, Norman, and I would love to have your beloved fur baby stay with us. I have a large, fenced-in yard with lots of room for playing and running around. I have over 10 years of experience caretaking for pets, and animals are an important part of my life. At this time, I'm only accepting one dog at a time so that I can ensure your pup gets the most care and attention. ***Your dog MUST be on flea meds. I will not take any dog that has fleas. Thanks for understanding.*** We look forward to meeting you! Walking and Drop-ins: I'm attentive & caring, and your dog's safety is my priority. I'll take good care of your pets while you're at work! I'm good at reading and respecting the dog's energy. I know that it can take time to gain a dog's trust, especially as a new person. We can take things slowly if necessary. I work from home, so I'm available the majority of the day. If I leave, it's usually only to run a quick errand. During summer, we would not be outside too long unless you request a river play date. For dog sitting: I have a large, wooden-fenced yard and one small, male neutered dog. He is very friendly + energetic and loves playing with other dogs. Water is always available and plenty of space for relaxing. For walking and drop-ins: Safety is number one priority. Always leashed up and scanning for potential distractions.
“Krystal is amazing!! Champ has grown very fond of her real quick. He waits to go for his walks now. She is very professional, reliable, always on time, deals with champ patiently and lovingly. Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Martindale. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.
For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. - 91% of walkers can help with special care needs

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
