About: I have worked with animals most my life. At a young age, I was helping out and working with the animals. As i got older i fell in love with being around any animal i found. In high school i took vet classes. I was able to work with actual animals learning how to bath, simple grooms, nail trims, anal glads and more. I have worked at a vet clinic administering medications, taking animals on walks, restraining, helping sick animals, puppies/kittens, and working with old pets. I will ensure your pets saftey to my full ability. No animal is too much for me and i fall in love with everyone i meet! I will give them the same love and care you you show them! I’m currently not working so I have plenty of time to play, care and be there for your baby’s! I’m available all week and weekends! I currently only offer pet sitting in your home. I will be very respectful and manner full of my surroundings and beings. I will make sure that your pet is taken care of to the fullest ability following any guidelines you have for your fur baby or otherwise.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and currently have a cat of my own, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my daily routine. I’m very patient, responsible, and attentive to pets’ needs and personalities. I understand how important it is for pet parents to feel comfortable and confident leaving their pets with someone they can trust. I have experience with feeding schedules, litter box cleaning, playtime, basic grooming, administering simple medications, and giving pets plenty of attention and affection. I’m also comfortable caring for both energetic pets and older animals that may need a calmer environment and extra patience. Since I live in a pet-friendly apartment, I’m able to provide a safe and welcoming space for pets to feel comfortable and cared for. I’m currently a college student with a part-time job, so pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. My schedule is flexible throughout the week, especially during mornings, afternoons, and weekends depending on my classes and work shifts. I make sure pets receive consistent attention, care, walks, feeding, and playtime while they’re with me. I’m organized and dependable, and I always prioritize making pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment and always make sure pets are in a safe, calm, and comfortable environment. I pay close attention to each pet’s routine, behavior, and any special instructions provided by the owner. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine to help them feel secure and stress-free. I’m careful with doors, feeding instructions, walks, and supervision, and I always make sure pets have fresh water, a clean space, and plenty of attention. Building trust with both pets and their owners is very important to me, and I treat every animal with patience, kindness, and care.

About: I’ve had animals/ taken care of animals my whole life, I currently have 3 cats, and 2 dogs, and frequently babysit all of my friends babies when they need me to! I’m currently free most of the time besides remote work! I love getting outside to play with animals or just giving them attention so it’s a good break from remote jobs! I don’t offer services from my home but I can assure you I know how to handle emergencies or just any incidents that occur. I’ve had a few in my couple years having animals of my own, and dealing with elderly pets or animals with neurological issues. I know how to use kennels, can read body language like second nature, your babies will always be in attentive hands.

It has been wonderful finding Krystal. I used to use Wag, but I don't like getting a different person each walk most of the time. It's nice to be able to use the same person so they get to know your pet(s) and their quirks. Krystal is great with dogs- helpful, intuitive, caring and a genuine animal lover. She will be hearing plenty more from me going forward. My boys love her.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs for most of my life and caring for animals is something I truly love. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routines, and needs, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I have experience caring for senior pets and those with special needs, including administering medications, supporting mobility challenges, and providing a calm, patient environment. I know how important consistency and gentle care are, especially for pets who need a little extra attention. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or quiet companionship, I’ll treat your pet like my own and make sure they’re happy, healthy, and loved every step of the way. I currently have cats of my own but they are used to other pets in the home, including dogs. Additionally, I offer complimentary meet and greets prior to petting your pet, to see if it’s a good fit. I work from home and my schedule is flexible, so I’m able to interact with and love on your fur baby all day. I can also pick up and drop off your little one if need be. I do have a few cats of my own, so if you have a kitty needing care, it may be best for me to care for them in their own environment. My cats are used to other pets though, including dogs, so they are more than welcome in my home. I also have a fenced-in yard with a lot of room for your dog to run around and live in a neighborhood conducive to walks.

Andrew has been amazing! He’s so personable and reliable, and I have zero worries when he’s walking my dog. I’m definitely a very anxious dog mom, especially since my dog is 75 pounds and can pull hard on the leash, but Andrew is incredibly patient and handles him with no problem at all. Even when my dog decides to be a little stubborn and a jerk, Andrew is always calm, kind, and attentive. He truly puts me at ease and makes sure my dog is well taken care of. He’s also very flexible and accommodating, which I really appreciate. I’m so grateful to have found him!

About: My life has been defined by a deep connection to animals, from growing up in a multi-pet household of dogs and cats to exploring the intricate world of aquarium keeping. This lifelong passion eventually evolved into a professional focus; I am currently a graduate student in Psychology and am personally training my own service dog, Disco. My experience goes beyond basic pet sitting; I understand canine behavior, the importance of positive reinforcement, and the necessity of a calm, structured environment. Whether I’m managing a high-energy dog, a senior pet with a strict medication schedule, or even a delicate aquatic setup, I bring a researcher's attention to detail and a lifelong lover's heart to every home. I’ve spent years caring for the pets of friends and family, and I look forward to providing that same expert, reliable care for your companions. Pet care is the foundation of my daily life. As a service dog handler, I live and breathe animal behavior and routine. My day is built around structured walks, training reinforcement, and clear communication. While I balance my graduate studies and work, my school breaks are dedicated to providing high-quality, attentive care for your pets. Because I am used to the responsibility of a working dog, I bring that same level of discipline and reliability to your pet’s schedule, ensuring they feel secure and cared for in a low-stress, organized environment. I provide a calm, supervised environment where your pet’s safety is the top priority. I am accompanied by my service dog, Disco, who is expertly trained to be neutral and respectful of other animals' space. This often provides a wonderful, stabilizing social environment for the pets I watch. I am meticulous about feeding and exercise schedules, and I am particularly mindful of safety—for example, avoiding noon-day heat to protect paws and prevent overheating. Whether we are in my home or yours, I maintain a 'safety-first' mentality, ensuring all environments are secure and all interactions are positive.

Kristina was great. She accepted my request with only three days advanced notice. When she came to meet my dogs they loved her and in talking to each other we found that we live a few blocks from each other and we have common interests. I received pictures and could see the the path that the walks were taken on. Couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely remember her for future bookings.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
