About: I’m a dependable and caring pet sitter with a lifelong love for animals. I’ve been around animals since I was 5 years old, growing up caring for ranch animals, dogs, cats, and even ferrets. I understand that every animal has its own personality and needs, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine because I live a very active lifestyle. I’m an avid runner and extremely into fitness, so staying consistent, disciplined, and energetic is already a huge part of who I am. Taking care of animals naturally goes hand in hand with that lifestyle because I genuinely enjoy being outdoors, going on walks, staying active, and keeping pets engaged and happy. I take animal safety and comfort very seriously both inside and outside of my home. I have a fully fenced patio area that provides pets with a secure outdoor space for fresh air, playtime, and exercise while staying safe at all times. I also have two dogs of my own who are very friendly, socialized, and used to being around other animals. About: I’ve had cats and dogs for most of my life and caring for animals is something I truly love. I have experience caring for senior pets and those with special needs, including administering medications, supporting mobility challenges, and providing a calm, patient environment. I know how important consistency and gentle care are, especially for pets who need a little extra attention. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or quiet companionship, I’ll treat your pet like my own and make sure they’re happy, healthy, and loved every step of the way. I currently have cats of my own but they are used to other pets in the home, including dogs. Additionally, I offer complimentary meet and greets prior to petting your pet, to see if it’s a good fit. I work from home and my schedule is flexible, so I’m able to interact with and love on your fur baby all day. I can also pick up and drop off your little one if need be. I do have a few cats of my own, so if you have a kitty needing care, it may be best for me to care for them in their own environment. My cats are used to other pets though, including dogs, so they are more than welcome in my home. I also have a fenced-in yard with a lot of room for your dog to run around and live in a neighborhood conducive to walks.

“Andrew has been amazing! He’s so personable and reliable, and I have zero worries when he’s walking my dog. I’m definitely a very anxious dog mom, especially since my dog is 75 pounds and can pull hard on the leash, but Andrew is incredibly patient and handles him with no problem at all. Even when my dog decides to be a little stubborn and a jerk, Andrew is always calm, kind, and attentive. He truly puts me at ease and makes sure my dog is well taken care of. About: Growing up, I often took care of my grandmother’s six dogs, including one of my own. I also helped my aunt raise two puppies she rescued from the side of the road. I became skilled at making sure they were well-fed, clean, and properly cared for. I am a student-athlete so I am busy most of the time during the week at 5am-6:30pm, but I'm available all day during the weekends. When I take care of pets in a client’s home, I follow their routine to help the pets feel safe and happy. I make sure they are fed on time, have fresh water, get bathroom breaks, and have time to play. I also keep the area clean and follow any special instructions, like giving medicine. I like to send updates and photos so the owner knows their pet is doing well.

About: Throughout high school, I would take care of my neighbors dogs, my brothers family dogs, and many dogs owned by friends of the family. This would include walks, feeding, baths if needed, etc. I now have my own 6 month old puppy and a 15 year old senior cat who I have been working with! It fits into my pet care routine because I have had my own pets throughout the last few years. So, I have been able to start figuring out a routine both daily and weekly I always walk them daily, make sure they are well fed, and always give them lots of love and attention throughout the day when I see them.

About: !! New to Rover !! Feel free to ask me any questions or concerns you may have that I didn’t mention in my profile. I’ve grown up with dogs and cats for as long as I can remember, but it became my responsibility to clean the litter box and scoop poop from the yard in 3rd grade. Aside from dogs and cats, I’ve been around all different animals, including riding horses and taking care of them at one point. I currently have a 10 month golden retriever and 2 cats that are 5 yo. I recently just graduated from Texas State with a Biology degree and am working to save up for graduate school. Currently, I’m able to complete the majority of my work from home, which allows for me to take on pets that may require a bit more attention. I have a large space to play in with lots of toys and my apartment backs up to the purgatory creek trails. Also, my sister has a 5 acre property that’s fenced in, which I regularly take my pup to run around off leash. I’m familiar with dog friendly places in the area and an advocate for training sessions in public to socialize them. I have a large dog kennel, small kennel, cat carrier, litter box, and perhaps anything else your pet might need.

About: I’ve had pets for as long as I can remember. From dogs/cats to hampers and lizards, I’ve cared for them. Animals are my passion! It’s not just a job, it’s my life. I am currently home full time so I’m almost always available on weekdays and weekends. I’m very flexible and cooperative so I can work around different schedules. I have an active dog and 2 cats that I look after all day. I typically walk my dog once a day and he loves playing fetch so we do it off and on all day lol.

About: Hello all pet parents! I am new to Rover. I've recently relocated to Luling, TX. I am looking for small gigs like taking care of furry friends because pets are my life, as I'm sure they are yours too! Most of my professional and personal experiences with pets have been with dogs and cats, to include feedings, scheduled walks and playtimes, administering medications, bathing, nail trims, and just plain ol' cuddling. I am big on SAFETY as it is the most important thing when your pet is away from you or in someone else's care. I understand different breeds may need different types of attention, especially when factoring in age and certain health conditions. Please allow me a chance to meet your pup (or cat) and help you out occasionally! Cheers! (Smaller critters welcome, we all need a little checking on!) I’m currently a stay at home pet mom while I attend online classes to become an educator, which is self paced. It is very easy for me to balance your pets needs with my own! I may allow overnight boarding from time to time in my own home, I will keep my calendar open for that accordingly. I can take your pets outside to favored parks or areas, or care for them in your own home. I do not wish to stay overnight in your home, but may be available for extended hours.
