About: Hello all pet parents! I am new to Rover. I've recently relocated to Luling, TX. I am looking for small gigs like taking care of furry friends because pets are my life, as I'm sure they are yours too! Most of my professional and personal experiences with pets have been with dogs and cats, to include feedings, scheduled walks and playtimes, administering medications, bathing, nail trims, and just plain ol' cuddling. I am big on SAFETY as it is the most important thing when your pet is away from you or in someone else's care. I understand different breeds may need different types of attention, especially when factoring in age and certain health conditions. Please allow me a chance to meet your pup (or cat) and help you out occasionally! Cheers! (Smaller critters welcome, we all need a little checking on!) I’m currently a stay at home pet mom while I attend online classes to become an educator, which is self paced. It is very easy for me to balance your pets needs with my own! I may allow overnight boarding from time to time in my own home, I will keep my calendar open for that accordingly. I can take your pets outside to favored parks or areas, or care for them in your own home. I do not wish to stay overnight in your home, but may be available for extended hours.

About: I love cats and dogs of all variety, growing up on the countryside I had plenty of pets and dog sit for my brothers constantly. You can be at ease leaving your furry one(s) to me! I work nights on weekend and monday but am free every morning before 3pm. I can work around dog sits if needed feel free to reach out anyways I can be flexible. I watch and care for 4 cats in my household, they fill my photo gallery probably as much as i fill them with treats and affection. If cat hair is an issue please let me know ahead of time!

About: I have had two dogs throughout my entire life. One of them is a younger German Shepherd, and the other one was a 15 year old Shi Tzu. I am able to walk dogs for as long as needed. I can play with and take care of dogs that have a lot of energy. I also can care for dogs who are sick and need to take medication, for I had to do this with my Shi Tzu for about a year before he passed. Although I have not yet pet-sitted professionally, I am very knowledgeable when it comes to caring for and loving all different types of animals, especially dogs! My schedule is pretty flexible! I can come in during early mornings, late nights, in the middle of the day, weekends, etc. I do have longer class days on Mondays and Wednesdays, but we can discuss further if interested! I’m pretty much available any day of the week, and I do accept same-day bookings. I would prefer to go to the client’s home if the dog is a bit smaller. I have a large and friendly german shepherd who has loads of energy. I understand that this can sometimes overwhelm certain pets with certain personalities.

About: Pets have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with small dogs, and over the years I've lived with and cared for cats and medium to large dogs owned by family, roommates, and neighbors. Today I own two cats and regularly watch friends' pets when they travel. I'm comfortable with pets of all sizes and I treat every pet in my care the way I'd want mine treated. I currently work from home, which means pet care fits naturally into my day rather than being squeezed in around a commute. I'm able to visit at consistent times for feedings, walks, and playtime, and I'm flexible enough to adjust visit times if a pet needs extra attention or a different routine. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their established routines and rules as closely as possible so the pet's environment stays familiar and low-stress. I always confirm entry/exit procedures, secure doors and gates behind me, and check that food, water, and litter are addressed on schedule. I treat each home with the same care and respect I'd want for my own, and I stay attentive to a pet's body language and comfort level throughout each visit, always reaching out to the owner if anything seems off.

About: I’ve always lived animals growing up and I’ve been surrounded by many animals including cats dogs for the past 4 years , I love taking dogs on walks and caring for cats as well I’m currently a full time college students and working on finding a part time job I’m also involved in clubs on campus but 3 days a week I’m available almost all day to walk and play with pups. About: I want to be involved in dog walking and pet sitting because I have loved dogs my whole life. I grew up with a dog from the time I was five years old, and that dog became my best friend. Being around dogs makes me happy, calm, and full of joy. Because of that, I would love to help take care of other people’s dogs too. I understand that owning a pet can sometimes be stressful and time-consuming, and I want to be someone others can trust to give their dogs love, attention, and care when they need extra help. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine because I am currently in college and have gaps between my classes with a lot of free time. Instead of wasting that time, I wanted to use it to do something I truly enjoy. Dog walking and pet sitting are a great fit for my schedule because they are flexible and easy to plan around my classes. I also come home often during the holidays, which gives me even more availability during those times. This makes me reliable and consistent when families need extra help with their pets. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I always follow the owner’s instructions to make sure their pet feels safe and comfortable. I make sure they are fed on time, have fresh water, and get plenty of attention and exercise. I’ve grown up with dogs and cats for as long as I can remember, but it became my responsibility to clean the litter box and scoop poop from the yard in 3rd grade. Aside from dogs and cats, I’ve been around all different animals, including riding horses and taking care of them at one point. I currently have a 10 month golden retriever and 2 cats that are 5 yo. I recently just graduated from Texas State with a Biology degree and am working to save up for graduate school. Currently, I’m able to complete the majority of my work from home, which allows for me to take on pets that may require a bit more attention. I have a large space to play in with lots of toys and my apartment backs up to the purgatory creek trails. Also, my sister has a 5 acre property that’s fenced in, which I regularly take my pup to run around off leash. I’m familiar with dog friendly places in the area and an advocate for training sessions in public to socialize them. I have a large dog kennel, small kennel, cat carrier, litter box, and perhaps anything else your pet might need.
