About: I have always loved both cats and dogs I live in a decent sized home with my cat parsnip, I’m home all the time now so I’ll be able to keep a close eye on any animal in my care I am currently between jobs so I will be home all day making my schedule ideal for any dogs who need constant supervision or have separation anxiety I like to spend as much Time as possible with the pets in my home I leave most of my doors open so they have free reign of the house. About: Other than growing up with my own dogs at home, I’ve volunteered and worked at animal shelters as a kennel technician- I have a lot of patience for dogs of all types and temperaments. My childhood dog was very timid, so I’m extra sympathetic to dogs who need a bit more personal space. I’m a college student doing a lot of online classes. The only times I’m needed on campus are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 am-12:30 pm, so my spare time can be happily dedicated to your dog. About: I grew up caring for dogs of different shapes and sizes as well as other small pets like hamsters and fish. I’ve also had a cockatiel as well as love birds. My family and I love to board pets since we don’t currently have any, but that’s just more attention to share with yours. I am a personal trainer / nutrition coach with a very early morning / some evenings schedule. I have gaps in my day that I use to do drop in visits when many are working away from home. I’m usually up and moving at 3:30a, back home by 6a, and work from home most of the day, with some meetings away from home from time to time. We go down around 8:30p to get ready for the next day and get some sleepy time. Our home has a fenced in backyard for them to play in and pups are free to roam inside. In your home I will respect whatever boundaries are set. In our home we tend to keep people places separate from pup places, so typically we don’t allow them on couches, and definitely not beds. We do keep individual rooms off limits. Normally we do not feed them people food unless it’s provided by the owner as we don’t want to encourage hanging out under the table or in the kitchen. For boarding at our home *we prefer crate trained pups* as they need boundaries and their own space to help them be comfortable in a new environment. They may behave one way at your home and a totally different way somewhere else, and it’s best to lean more cautiously to prevent any unexpected mischief and / or damage. Under certain circumstances we can work with a dog that is not crate trained, but we need to meet them first and they need to be super mellow. We’ve had a few escape artists who have gotten into things and even caused some damage. I have a very early morning schedule and knowing exactly where the pup is located is very helpful in the dark. We also have an older family member living with us as well, so we want to avoid as many late night surprises as possible. We are a very mellow family that is home a lot due to the type of work we do. If your pup is SUPER high energy and needs lots of activity, constant attention and wants to go outside every five minutes we may not be the best fit for you as we spend a lot of time doing crafts, reading, drawing, stuff like that. Our jobs are very active so when we are home we like to rest and chill out with the animal guests.

“Crystal and her family took great care of our dog over the holidays. Her dog is friendly, and her backyard has a nice tall fence and plenty of room to run around. We appreciated Crystal's responsiveness and the cute pictures she took of our dogs playing together. Our dog seemed happy, and we would book with Crystal again.”

We talked prior to me traveling which gavd me some comfort to drop off my pups with someone we had not yet met in person. She was responsivd yo dmails and flexible for drop off anf pick up to accomodate out schedule. Pups looked well taken care of when i arrived to pick them up. Would recommend Courtney.”

“My fiancé and I had to leave for a few days to Houston for her niece’s baptism. Lisa watched our dog, Scout, for us and she did an amazing job. Her dog and Scout got along very well. She has a nice/big backyard that he was able to play in! She made sure to send us updates/photos everyday while we were away, which was so thoughtful and made us feel good knowing he was in good hands. We will definitely be calling Lisa again for sitting!”
