About: Hi, I’m Michelle. I’m a longtime dog owner with over 16 years of experience, and I recently returned to Rover after taking a few years’ hiatus to care for our senior pup full-time. We recently said goodbye to our sweet girl, Mika, who was with us for 16.5 wonderful years. Caring for her taught us so much about patience, comfort, and the extra love senior dogs need. While we’re not quite ready to adopt again, we would truly love to share that love with your pup. My husband and I have a calm, dog-free home, which allows us to give your dog our full attention in a peaceful, low-stress environment. We have a special place in our hearts for senior dogs and those who may need gentler care, but we love pups of all ages. Your dog’s days will include two walks (adjusted for age and energy level), playtime or cozy downtime, treats with your approval, and lots of affection and belly rubs. I also provide photo updates and check-ins so you can feel confident your furry family member is happy and well cared for. My goal is simple: to make your dog feel safe, loved, and at home while you’re away. A Few Things I’d Love to Know To provide the best care possible, please let me know: • Any special needs or medical considerations • If your dog experiences separation anxiety • Feeding schedule, diet, medications, or allergies • Their daily routine and energy level • Favorite comforts, routines, or quirks Important Note Extended stay: An additional $25 day rate applies if pick-up is over the 24-hour period. Your pup will get plenty of attention. We can go for walks and have some play time. Ofcourse (if your pet is older we will go for shorter walks) They’ll get treats and belly rubs. We have a patio with grass they can go potty anytime :) I have a cozy and fenced patio. They can sit and lay out by the sun. I also have a grassy area for potty breaks anytime the want.

About: We’re a dog-loving family of four offering a calm, safe place for your pup to feel at home. I’ve had dogs since I was 10, so caring for them is second nature, and your dog will be treated like part of the family while they’re here. Our dog, Sunshine, is a 4-year-old Aussiedoodle who is incredibly sweet and great with other dogs. She can be a little shy at first, but warms up quickly and loves having a buddy around. I work from home, so your dog will have plenty of attention throughout the day—whether that’s hanging out nearby, playing outside, or just relaxing. We have a fully fenced yard with real grass, lots of plants to sniff, and a sunny patio for lounging. Inside, our home is very low-key and relaxed. We also have two kids (15 and 12) who are gentle, respectful, and love spending time with dogs. Whether your pup wants to play, nap, or just be near people, we create a comfortable, easygoing environment where they can settle in and feel safe. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine since I work from home and am with my dog, Sunshine, all day. Dogs in my care are rarely left alone and can spend the day hanging out with me, getting attention, and going in and out of the yard as they like. Our routine is pretty low-key and flexible, so I’m able to adjust to each dog’s needs—whether that’s more playtime, rest, or sticking to a specific schedule. Walks, feeding, and outdoor time are all built into the day, and evenings are calm with the whole family around. Because this is already how our home operates, adding another dog feels very natural and not like a disruption to our routine. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. Since I work from home, they get plenty of attention throughout the day and are rarely left alone. Dogs are free to relax inside, spend time with us, or play in our fully fenced yard. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, and any specific instructions you provide.

“Mark has been wonderful to work with. Our dog, Mello, has some anxiety around new environments, so we arranged a test daycare day before the official boarding dates. Mark has been incredibly patient and thoughtful in helping Mello get comfortable. We really appreciate how willing he is to work with us and plan a few more test daycare and boarding days ahead of the actual stay. It’s clear he truly cares about making sure the dogs in his care feel safe and supported. Based on this experience, we’re very confident Mello will have a great time during his upcoming stays.”

About: I have had a family dog my whole life. My current pup is a 2year old mini goldendoodle that is about 25lbs. He is high energy and loves play time, long walks and going to the dog park. I work remote full time so I am home with my dog the majority of my day. Any pet in my care would get the same treatment as my own. Multiple walks, a trip to the park and of course regular feedings. My pet is free to roam my apartment, I have a balcony that he also has free access to during the day. I keep the door open for him.

About: I am a dog-lover with my whole life of experience in caring for dogs! I have had them in all shapes and sizes - my first two dogs being big German Shepherds to my last dog which was a little Maltipoo, and a few in between. I have potty trained quite a few dogs in my life, as well as helped them through their senior years. Most important of all, I will love your pets like they're my own children! I only accept one doggie family at a time, so your dog(s) will be the only ones here for boarding and doggie day care. I'm currently working part time from home so I have plenty of availability to take your pup outside for potty breaks or walks and give them attention throughout the day. I have a safe, fenced yard with plenty of room for sniffing and sunshine. I also have senior dog care items like a step to get on the couch. I have a long gate that can be made into a pen, and a cage for a small dog, if requested. Pets are family here - I have always allowed my own pets on the couch or bed and will do the same for yours unless you prefer otherwise.

In adulthood I found my passion for rescue dogs and have rescued/fostered pitbulls and mastiffs for the last 8 years! I have a heart for gentle giants but love snuggling and taking care of my parent's little poodle mixes as well. I also have a lot of experience handling senior and ill dogs, and give that level of care and patience to all dogs that I work with. I handle our two dog's enrichment all day and love having visitors. I'm currently working from home so can be their all day for your pet's needs. I understand that pet routines are key to creating happy healthy pets and will do what ever I can to accommodate your needs! We also have doggie doors to allow your pet access to potty breaks whenever they need! I have a fenced yard and two friendly pups to keep your pup company! I also have a great neighborhood for walking your fur baby in, low traffic and tons of plants for them to smell. Dogs are more than welcome to cuddle up on the couch or our dog beds. I have comfy crates available as well if that's your dog's jam.
