About: Hi! I’m Kristina, a big dog lover who enjoys walks, playtime, and lots of cuddles. I’m reliable, friendly, and treat every pup like they’re my own. I make sure every walk is safe, fun, and tail-waggingly happy! Currently, I work part-time for myself at home. This makes me very flexible & available to help with your fur babies! I am available for day time visits and overnight stays at my home. I have a large fenced yard for your pup to run and play in. I have two friendly doodles to keep your baby company too. I can easily crate if desired as well.
“Susanee is an excellent dog sitter! She took great care of my dog, Zhuangzhuang, and there was also another Bernese dog for them to play with, which helped Zhuangzhuang burn off a lot of energy. Plus, Susanee has a large, fenced yard, perfect for active pets. Zhuangzhuang had a fantastic day!”

“As a mom of a toy senior fur baby who’s almost 17, it’s always worrisome when she’s not in my care with her growing list of health issues and how fragile she is. But luckily I found Eden who is amazing and has the kindest, most loving energy! Her love for dogs is apparent and shows in how she cares for both her own and mine. ❤️ She carefully asked all the appropriate questions, gave me a tour of her place (along with a separate living area perfect for small dogs; connected to a dog door and outdoor dog run) and updated me throughout the stay with pictures and quickly answered any questions I had. Thanks again Eden, you’re a lifesaver and I look forward to future bookings with you! 🐶 ❤️🫶🏻”

“She's great. My dog has never been with anyone but family and she is able to comfort him. With my schedule changing, it is wonderful having her as a backup for work. Like I said, she's great.”

“Nice guys who have a great house for dog sitting. You can tell they take their job as sitters seriously. They send pictures every time and communicate quickly. Will definitely book them again.”

“Whitney is one of the most comprehensive and attentive sitters I’ve gotten. Got loads of pictures and fantastic updates! Definitely a recommend and would love to have her take care of Terry again!”
About: Hi, I’m Michelle. I’m a longtime dog owner with over 16 years of experience, and I recently returned to Rover after taking a few years’ hiatus to care for our senior pup full-time. We recently said goodbye to our sweet girl, Mika, who was with us for 16.5 wonderful years. Caring for her taught us so much about patience, comfort, and the extra love senior dogs need. While we’re not quite ready to adopt again, we would truly love to share that love with your pup. My husband and I have a calm, dog-free home, which allows us to give your dog our full attention in a peaceful, low-stress environment. We have a special place in our hearts for senior dogs and those who may need gentler care, but we love pups of all ages. Your dog’s days will include two walks (adjusted for age and energy level), playtime or cozy downtime, treats with your approval, and lots of affection and belly rubs. I also provide photo updates and check-ins so you can feel confident your furry family member is happy and well cared for. My goal is simple: to make your dog feel safe, loved, and at home while you’re away. A Few Things I’d Love to Know To provide the best care possible, please let me know: • Any special needs or medical considerations • If your dog experiences separation anxiety • Feeding schedule, diet, medications, or allergies • Their daily routine and energy level • Favorite comforts, routines, or quirks Important Note Extended stay: An additional $25 day rate applies if pick-up is over the 24-hour period. Your pup will get plenty of attention. We can go for walks and have some play time. Ofcourse (if your pet is older we will go for shorter walks) They’ll get treats and belly rubs. We have a patio with grass they can go potty anytime :) I have a cozy and fenced patio. They can sit and lay out by the sun. I also have a grassy area for potty breaks anytime the want.
About: Hi, I’m Emily - a life long dog lover who's had pups most of my life, including my sweet Pomeranian who lived to 19 years old. I work from home, so your dog will have constant companionship, lots of love, and plenty of attention throughout the day. We have a fenced yard for safe play and zoomies, and I truly treat every pup like part of the family. From walks to snuggles, I’m here to make your dog’s stay pawsitively great 🐾 I currently work from home so I'm available 24/7 to take care of your sweet pup. Because of my flexible schedule, I can easily adjust to your fur baby's unique needs. I am available Monday - Sundays for boarding at my home in La Mesa, CA. I have a fenced yard and a sweet Pomeranian to keep your dog(s) company. I can adjust to your furry friend's eating, walking and sleeping schedule. I'm here to ensure your dog is as happy as possible while you're away.
About: I have personally owned two dogs, a golden retriever and an Australian shepherd. Though our sweet golden made her way across the rainbow bridge after 15 years together, our Aussie is living in WA with her grandma and grand-paw, where she has a big yard to play in! I have always had no less than three kitties at one time, until moving to San Diego. I now have two Maine coons, Milo and Milly. I like to describe them as a sassy teenager and a toddler going through his terrible two’s, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! Their spunky personalities are what attracted me to Rover. I’m so excited to meet your fur babies! I recently left my career in finance to focus on raising my son and to spend more time with my family and two kitties. Because of this, I have the freedom and flexibility to make my own schedule and accommodate your pets’ schedules. My two year old and I take 2-3 walks a day and trips to the park throughout the week, but we’d love to be joined by your pup or to make a pit stop to see your kitty! Personally, I do not let my cats outside due to how many coyotes are nearby. We do have a fenced yard for doggies to run and play in. Our home is clean, with endless toys for them to play with!

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats around the neighborhood for years. When our neighbors go on trips, they leave their pets in my care. In the past, I've gone to the beach, taken long walks, and helped with basic training. I am excited to meet all my new furry friends :) I am free any time, any day! 😁 I are happy to take care of your pet at any time. Your pet will be the center of my attention. I live in a fenced yard with plenty of space for your furry friends to run around. My home is quiet, and there's always someone around to be with your pet. I live in a safe, secure home, with lots of inside space to chill out.
“Ben and Luke were great with Penny and she had such a great time with them! She had a blast playing with their 4 other fur babies. We'll definitely be a returning client. Thank you Ben and Luke for taking such great care of our baby.”

About: We are a fun family who adore bubbers and love to take care of animals. We have experiece with all behavior types, all pets are loved 😍 We have the perfect set up for your doggo! One adult works from home during the week so someone is always here to watch the animals. Our kids love dogs and we provide a family experience for your pet to be well-loved and taken care of. We have a backyard for the dogs to relax in the sun or run around. We do have a pool in the backyard also. We have 3 easy-going, medium sized adopted dogs, and they adore other dogs. If your dog needs to be crated and needs alone time during the day, we can certainly arrange for that too.
“Rebecca was amazing. I requested the night before, and she made room for Pancake the next day. She had an amazing time playing with the other dogs and kiddos at the house and came home to zonk out. Thank you so much for giving her such fun days!”

About: I am a dog-lover with my whole life of experience in caring for dogs! I have had them in all shapes and sizes - my first two dogs being big German Shepherds to my last dog which was a little Maltipoo, and a few in between. I have potty trained quite a few dogs in my life, as well as helped them through their senior years. Most important of all, I will love your pets like they're my own children! I'm currently working part time from home so I have plenty of availability to take your pup outside for potty breaks or walks and give them attention throughout the day. I have a safe, fenced yard with plenty of room for sniffing and sunshine. I also have senior dog care items like a step to get on the couch. I have a long gate that can be made into a pen, and a cage for a small dog, if requested. Pets are family here - I have always allowed my own pets on the couch or bed and will do the same for yours unless you prefer otherwise.
About: I provide calm, attentive, and personalized care, making sure every pet feels comfortable and secure in my care. I have hands-on experience with puppies who need structure, consistency, and positive reinforcement, as well as senior pets who benefit from patience, gentle handling, and extra attention. I’m comfortable giving medication, following special feeding routines, and keeping up with any training or house rules you have in place. What truly sets me apart is the care and attention I put into getting to know each pet. I take the time to understand their personality, energy level, and comfort cues so they feel safe, relaxed, and loved while you’re away. I treat every pet like my own and always prioritize safety, clear communication, and dependable care. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I work from home. This allows me to be present, attentive, and flexible throughout the day for walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship. Pets in my care are never left alone for long periods and receive consistent attention and supervision. When caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I follow all feeding schedules, walking routines, medication instructions, and house rules provided by the owner to help pets feel comfortable and secure. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and mental stimulation based on their energy level and personality, along with quiet time for rest. Safety is always a priority, and I closely monitor behavior, appetite, and overall well-being. I also provide regular updates with photos and messages so owners feel confident and connected while they’re away. My goal is to create a calm, loving environment where pets feel safe, relaxed, and cared for—just like they would at home.
About: I have been an animal lover my whole life and luckily WFH, so I can be with them all day and night! There is a big dog run across from my apartment and I am surrounded by grass and beautiful trails for nice long walks. My partner also works from home and he is second line of support! Your dog will always be walked, played with and cared for ! He will also do the heavy lifting for drop offs and pick ups I work from home a few hours a day, so I have plenty of time to play, feed, and go for long walks with any kind of dog. On the weekends I am always flexible and I am usually a home body so if your dog needs attention, I am able to give it as much as it wants ! I am across from a dog run, and dog park if the owners allow the dog to go. I am surrounded by the mission trails and a lot of grass and greenery that if the dog needs the outdoors frequently I am able to take them out. If your dog loves to lounge and play, I am home all day to give it the attention it needs.

“Adam was great! Bernie loved spending time with him and got plenty of excercise. This was my first time ever leaving him with someone and felt very comfortable. If I hadn’t moved away I would definitely still be using Adam for doggy day care.”

The median cost per day for doggy day care in Lake Murray is $45
Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Lake Murray
We have boarded our Snoopy with Emily before and this time it was for a daycare. Emily kept us up to date with Snoopys day. She's very easy to work with and is very flexible with dropoff and pickup time, which we greatly appreciate. We can enjoy our time knowing Snoopy is in good hands.

Kyra was absolutely amazing while watching my dog for a full week. From start to finish, her communication was top-tier—she kept me consistently updated and always made me feel at ease while I was away. She sent frequent pictures and detailed updates, which really reassured me that my dog was happy, safe, and well cared for. We joked and laughed at Banroll goofiness which made my experience with her even better. You can tell Kyra genuinely cares about the animals she watches. My dog looked relaxed, comfortable, and clearly enjoyed being with her. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pet for that long, but Kyra made the entire experience stress-free. I would 100% book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, attentive, and caring. She truly goes above and beyond!

Cerita is an AMAZING human! I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience for my pup. This beautiful, loving family took such incredible care of him over the weekend and treated him like one of their own. It was clear how much time, attention, and genuine affection they gave him — from playtime to cuddles and everything in between. I felt completely at ease knowing he was not just being watched, but truly loved. I’m so grateful for the care they provided and would trust them again without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend! 🐾💛

Chloe is an excellent dog and house sitter! I know I can always rely on them in a pinch and that my animals will be thrilled. Archie & Agnes love her and I trust her with my home etc. Always sends great pics and is super communicative! Definitely recommend Chloe for all your pet needs.

The JingChun couple are really very considerate. They often share photos and videos of the baby with me, and give him biscuits and beef liver. The baby is a very shy and timid dog, but at their home, I saw him happily running on the grass. Moreover, the baby's toilet habits are not good; he often poops on the mat, but they are still very patient. They take her to the toilet within 1-2 hours. Thank you for your patience with the baby, I highly recommend their home! You will definitely not be disappointed.
