❤️Your Dog’s Home Away From Home 🐾
Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats, including rescue fostering and caring for animals who need a little extra patience, understanding, and love. Our family has welcomed countless foster animals over the years, including our two foster fails, our sweet senior pup Stinky and our cat Smouse. ❤️ I’m home full-time, so your pet gets plenty of companionship, attention, and supervision throughout the day rather than being left alone for long stretches. Our home features a large, fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely run and play, along with a covered patio and plenty of comfortable places to relax. Dogs have full access to our home and are not routinely crated or confined to a separate room. We believe dogs should feel like they are on vacation, not simply being boarded. Your dog will be part of our normal family routine, with plenty of opportunities for play, cuddles, relaxation, and attention throughout the day. Every dog is different, so we follow their lead. Whether they are a social butterfly who wants to play or a quieter pup who would rather curl up beside us, we make sure they feel comfortable. Rescue Experience Means Extra Patience and Understanding. Fostering rescue animals has taught us that not every pet arrives feeling confident and comfortable in a new environment. We are especially mindful of nervous, shy, or sensitive dogs and give them the time and space they need to settle in. We pay close attention to body language and individual boundaries, and we never expect a dog to immediately feel at home. Our goal is to earn their trust and help them feel safe. After all, they are not just staying at our house. They are staying with our family. 🐾 We would love the opportunity to meet you and your furry family member!

Schedule
As a stay-at-home mom of three, I’m available to offer morning, afternoon, and evening drop-in services. I’m also home most of the time to care for our overnight guests. My husband, a fellow animal lover, works from home half the week and is often present as well. We live with our three kids, ages 10, 9, and 7, who are just as excited to welcome your furry family member!

Safety, trust & environment
I provide an extra-large, fully fenced backyard to ensure your dog’s safety and comfort. Your pup will have unlimited access to our home (and couches!), which they’ll share with our two elderly dogs and cat. If you prefer, I can crate your dog when I leave. I also have gates to separate your pet from ours, in the rare instance that no one is home. As a walking and drop-in provider, I will ensure your pet is always leashed and secured. I will promptly pick up and dispose of their waste, provide constant access to fresh water, and feed them according to their specific needs. Your pet's safety and well-being are my top priorities!
Pets
A typical day
I am available for frequent walks. We have a large, fully fenced backyard that allows for plenty of space to explore and play fetch. The kids enjoy throwing the ball for all of the fetch enthusiasts.
