“Itzia was simply AMAZING!!!! First time using Rover and she explained everything to me and made it such a good experience. She watched my dog and cat while I went on a week long vacation and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Itzia sent daily pictures and updates and even helped around my house while I was away! I felt so relieved knowing my babies were being taken care of. I would definitely recommend Itzia for any fur baby needs!!”

“Brenda was the perfect dog sitter for our 9-month old Havanese. She showed him lots of loving attention including letting him sleep in bed with her as he was used to sleeping with us. Brenda sent pictures and text updates to us throughout the week so that we knew Watson was doing well. On the day of our return home, Brenda gave Watson a bath. She also took great care of our house, watered the house plants, brought in our mail, and washed the sheets and towels that she had used during the week. I would definitely recommend Brenda!”

“Heather was a great sitter for our home and dog. She took the time to meet us ahead of time, learn about our pup’s quirks, and was respectful of our home while we were away. She was communicative and sent us the perfect amount of updates to give us peace of mind. We will definitely keep her in mind for future bookings. Thanks again, Heather!”

“Amber is so caring and attentive to our 3 elderly dogs. We went out of town for 4 days and she sent us frequent pictures and updates. 5/5 or if I could giver her a 10/10!! We’ll definitely be booking her again!”

“Best pet sitters ever for our two Cavaliers! From our first meeting, we immediately felt that we had made two new friends. They followed our directions exactly as our “fur babies” were groomed and cared for just like we were still at home with them. We treasured the pictures sent while we were away. When we returned, their sheets and towels were washed and the dishwasher had been run. We look forward to our next trip because MB & Lindsey provide us with total confidence in the care of your canine family members!”

“Amanda is excellent with our Shiloh. Highly recommend her. We have used her twice and have had and excellent experience both times. Will definitely use her again if she is available as she books up quickly.”

“Mallory is amazing! Mallory does an incredible job taking care of our dog Lucy! We do not have to worry about a thing and are always able to focus on our time away. So thankful we found Mallory!”

About: I have had pets and cared for pets my entire life. Currently I have a pig, 2 dogs, 2 cats , a rabbit, and a gecko! We are animal people! I have fostered heart worm positive dogs, have had dogs with special needs, and cared for multiple friends animals. I have experience with farm animals as well. I am a teacher but will be off for the summer starting June 2nd. I am available all day ; I have a 6 year old and 10 year old son that may be with sometime. They both love animals dearly; my 10 year old has a deep connection with all animals I have a fenced yard with lots of room to run. I have 2 medium sized very friendly dogs, 2 indoor/outdoor cats, and a pig that is outside. My dogs sleep either in my bed or on their beds in my home. They loved to hang outside when it is nice out. They love to just chill on our porch. They are fed twice daily . I am a special education teacher so currently have open availability. Once I go back to work mid August I will have early morning and late afternoon/evening on week days and weekends. My dogs, cats and pig are all fed twice daily. My animals love exploring in our yard, chasing squirrels and lounging on the porch. They also LOVE to come in ajd snuggle in the bed with us. When I have clients dogs in my home I treat them as I would my own dogs. Lots of love , pets, and play time. When I do in home visits I make sure the animal gets as much attention as possible during my visits so that they don’t miss their family.
About: I began raising my Doberman pinscher at 10 weeks old. He is now 10 years old, well-trained, and very cuddly. I've also helped raise my family's Rottweiler, who is now 14. Most recently, I adopted a pointer/lab/pitbull mix who is now 7 years ago. She was very timid, anxious, and not potty trained at all. She now sits by the door whenever she has to do her business. She has also snuggled with my pet bunny! I'm amazed at the progress we've made with her. I am very active but can snuggle up with a lazy dog. I'm warm but stern and good at training dogs. I am also a cat lover. I have cat sitted while training a puppy- multitasking comes naturally. I have raised parakeets and a ball python, so I'm willing to try anything new! :-) I have a 14 month old active baby who absolutely loves dogs. He will be accompanying me in my dog sitting adventures. I have a very flexible schedule. I have just moved to North Carolina and have been a stay-at-home mom with my 13 month old baby. I am still writing remotely (I was a journalist before my little one) but I can choose my assignments and schedule. I usually go for a morning, afternoon and evening walk/hike- with or without a dog, but always with my baby. When I feed any pets- no matter how friendly or timid - I always watch them until they finish. You never know when a pup will get possessive over its food. If they’re allowed on the furniture or bed, I love snuggling with them! The most important thing to do generally is to provide pets with plenty of exercise and great food!
“My family and I went on vacation for 12 days and we could not leave our pets in a kennel for they have separation anxiety and Laura graciously agreed to stay at our house and watched our dachshund Nina and Ruby our cat. We were very pleased with Laura's work ethic and kindness to our animals. She was very professional, my pets love her, she took good care of the house and very clean, she sent me videos and pictures most everyday and she also answered my text in a reasonable amount of time. I got nothing but good to say about Laura I would highly recommend her; a great human being and fantastic pet sitter.”

“Dealie is quite possibly the best pet-sitter we have ever had. She was so attentive with our animals and respectful of our home. She kept us informed while we were away and sent us lots of pictures. She was patient and loving with our anxious pup. She truly went above and beyond. We will absolutely ask her to sit for us again! Thanks a million, Dealie!”

“Ginger is very tidy, responsive and made me feel at ease while I was away from my senior dogs. I loved her photos and communication was great! I will definitely reach out to Ginger first for my next trip.”

“Leo is a fantastic dogsitter. He is a warm and grounded person who clearly loves dogs! We left for an extended vacation of over two weeks and needed an exceptional caregiver. We felt lucky to find Leo. He clearly connected with our 6 month old Kangal who is a wonderful dog - full of energy and very independent minded who needs someone loving and caring like Leo. Leo is attentive to detail, very responsive and professional in all his interactions. He left the house immaculate. We look forward to working with him again!!”

“Anna did a great job sitting Finn and Lily. House was well taken care of and we got lots of pictures and updates while we were gone. We would definitely use her again.”

“Susan was a very organized and competent sitter. We could feel her keen interest in meeting our requests and needs while we were away. We received daily updates and great pictures as well as a very clean home upon return. We have already planned another get away.”

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life since I was a child. Every animal I meet likes me quickly. I have a knack with them. Even when they don't like other people, I win them over. For the last 5 years I have been caring for my senior, diabetic, miniature poodle. That requires being vigilant about what and when he eats as well as giving him an insulin shot after each meal. I can take care of high-maintenance animals as well as easy-going pets. I'm currently working part-time from my home. I have plenty of time to spend with my furry friends. I am available during the day, or evenings. For the right client, I would be willing to stay in your home overnight. I walked dogs daily for 2 clients when I was living in Bangkok, Thailand. They trusted me with keys to their home so I could come and go during the day M-F. There was never a problem.

Julia is an excellent cat sitter. This was her third time caring for my two beloved cats, and once again, she exceeded all expectations. Julia sent daily messages with photos about the cats' activities and wellbeing. I now have a photo album of snapshots to cherish forever. It's clear that Julia has a genuine love for animals and uses her photography talents to capture their personalities perfectly. The cats are clearly comfortable around Julia, as they purr and roll over for belly rubs whenever she is around. They seem at ease in her presence, which is a testament to her gentle and caring approach. Knowing they were happy and relaxed in their own lair while I was away was incredibly reassuring. Julia's reliability, professionalism, and genuine affection for animals make her an absolute gem. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again and again. If you're looking for a cat sitter who provides exceptional care and gives you unparalleled peace of mind, Julia is the best choice.
