About: My name is Mac Harman and I am a 25 year old living just outside of Hendersonville, NC. I am a certified and licensed athletic trainer and I am the Director of Sports Medicine for my company full-time. I did my undergrad at the University of Kentucky and was on the Women's Gymnastics Team and did the sport since I was 3 years old. I mention this because as a student athlete it allowed me to be disciplined and responsible. I know how to communicate well with others, and I am diligent with my work. I take my work seriously whether that be a pet, sport or career. I fostered dogs throughout undergrad to give me more experience and make a change in an animal's life. I ended up adopting one of my foster dogs and it was the best decision i've ever made! I rescued another dog in February of 2023, so I have lots of personal dog experience. I understand that having a dog is not just having a pet, but it is another family member. I treat them as such. With my experience as a foster dog mom, and being a pet owner myself - I know that I am responsible and loving towards all animals. I love playing with dogs including taking them to the dog park, walking them, and cuddling! I would love nothing more than to help take the stress off other dog owners, and help take care of their fur friends when needed! Having a pet of my own, my dog is my whole world and I exercise, feed, and love him endlessly every day! I am lucky to only be away from my dog for a couple hours during the day and able to spend a lot of time with him still and give him the attention and love he deserves! When discussing my schedule, I do work 8-4:30pm on Mon-Fri so I am only available to do evening shifts or to help out on the weekend. I also ask the person I am dog sitting for what they want, and I always accommodate to whatever makes my client feel most comfortable! I understand that it is their space, so I always will be respectful of that and whatever their wishes are.

“Megan and Nikki are wonderful and take great care of my puppy!! He loves going over there and they always send me the cutest pictures of him playing outside !”

About: Animals are a big part of my life! I currently have 4 dogs, Chihuahua/Corgi mix (Ellie) and 2 horses (Jackie and Wildfire)!! I love them so much they are my babies!! I am also a CMA, speak fluent Spanish, and love watching cute animals videos in my free time! I’ve had a lot of animals in my childhood from turtles to hamsters to fishes and cats but I never found that passion for them like I did to dogs! That’s why until this day dogs are my best friend, are unique in their own way, and are just what I need to be satisfied! I am willing to take care of a happy, sad, or energetic dog because I know I will make him/her happy and they will make me happy! Im currently a stay at home mom. I have 2 beautiful daughters. I will have a lot of free time to care for a fur baby! And my daughter would love to have a new friend for awhile. I have a yard big enough for some play time or walk around the neighborhood. I can also crate indoors if needed, anything to accommodate your fur baby

“We were initially apprehensive about leaving our anxious pup at doggie daycare, but upon meeting Jaren, our worries melted away. Their fenced-in, lush green yard, complete with a variety of dog toys, immediately reassured us. We were warmly greeted by their adorable mini Aussie Shepherd, Bowie, who quickly became fast friends with our dog, Dale. Meeting Ann and their other two friendly doggies only reinforced the welcoming atmosphere. The easygoing nature of the household made drop-offs and pick-ups effortless. Dale returned home pleasantly tired from a day of play, without feeling overwhelmed.”

“Bowie had a great time and I was happy with friendliness and communication. Would highly recommend!!!”

“My dog has separation anxiety and loved his old doggy daycare back in our old town. I had trouble finding a daycare here when I moved that he liked and that fit with my schedule. We're so lucky we stumbled on Ryan. She has super flexible hours so I can stay late at the office if needed. She has all sorts of animals so Ludo is never lonely. She's also a retired vet tech so she has plenty of experience with all kinds of animals. Ludo barely even notices when I walk out her door to leave him for the day, and that's HUGE.”

“Megan was awesome! She clearly loves her own pets. I appreciated that she let our dog inside the house and on the bed with her for snuggles. We got lots of photo updates. Her yard is large and fenced in as well.”

About: Hi, I’m Tori! I’ve taken care of pets & farm animals for the past 7 years and love spending time with them! I have a sweet goldendoodle named Mable who enjoys fetch & playing in the yard with other doggos. Lots of yard time, walks, and snuggles here. I’m currently in a Doctor of Physical Therapy hybrid program, so home a lot studying and love to take study breaks for dog walks, fetch time, snuggles, etc. I have a large fenced-in yard, a covered back porch, and a cozy living room with lots of dog toys. My house is in a safe & quiet neighborhood conveniently located 10 minutes outside of downtown Hendersonville.

About: I’ve had pets of my own since as long as I can remember. The smallest being a hamster and the largest being two horses. Cats and dogs are my happy place though. If I’m walking by any dog I have to stop and ask if I can pet them! I want the very best for these sweet souls. If I can help you make sure your baby is taken care of, it would be an honor! I am currently a stay at home mom with a handsome little boy. I have the flexibility to go to your home to play or walk your fur baby. I can also go on an adventure, go to the park, or bring them to my home. What you and your babies need works for me! I have two dogs myself. I have Piper a Pomeranian and Reese a brindled Heinz 57. We have a ranch style home with a fenced in back yard. Our neighborhood is a great walk with varying grades. I keep a clean and tidy home free of choking opportunities since I have a young son. Reese is crate trained and Piper roams around.

“We had such a wonderful experience! Thorough, and very kind dog owner! Austin sent updates, and in every photo Flint looked like he was very confident and comfortable with Austin and his sweet dog. Austin took them on a walk and allowed them to play in his fenced in yard. Will definitely book again!”

“Logan is awesome, he agreed to doggy day care on short notice. He gave our dogs the space they needed to adjust to him and his dog, and when I picked them up in the afternoon they were playing and ignoring me, and fell straight asleep in the car ride home. We found our new routine!”

About: I’ve had my dog since I was 15, he went to college with me, moved across the country with me and has gone through many more life experiences. We have added some feline siblings to the mix since and our house is full of spoiled pets and lots of couch snuggles. I have a lot of experience administering medicine as my dog is a senior boy with some health concerns and cat has needed medication before! I love to be outside so walks, playing and running are right up my alley. Is your cat a little timid around strangers? No worries there I will stick to their boundaries, they rule the household right?;) I am currently running my own business from home, so I am on my own schedule and will be pretty available and very flexible. I will not be staying overnight or having pets stay with me due to our housing rules. But I will be very available for drop in visits and even staying for 1-2 hours at a time to play and socialize with your Monday-Sunday. I will follow all of your instruction on how you want your pet cared for, I know leaving them is hard and you want to be sure things are done the way you, and they, like! If there are any accidents in the home while you are away I will clean it up and make sure your pet knows it’s okay and not their fault.

“Sherry provides consistent, kind, and loving care to my dog! My dog’s favorite day of the week is dog daycare at Sherry’s. She loves playing with her dogs and running in her yard.”

About: Until this year, I have owned a dog my entire life with many cats in between. This year, I have also had the pleasure of sitting 13 house sits in California, Oregon, Washington, and now North Carolina. I have experience with young puppies, as well as elderly dogs with a plethora of health problems. I have experience with big dogs like German shepherds, Australian shepherds, and Rottweilers, to teacup Pomeranians, spitz, and many more. I am very creative and fun, and the animals I’ve looked after always seem to pick up on my great energy and can’t wait to hang out. :) I recently moved back to my childhood state and have been caring for my mother’s 2 year old German Shepherd and 8 year old cat. I sell vintage clothing, so being self employed allows me to accommodate all the needs of the animals. This includes recently taking the dog to get spayed and long walks on our property. My services on house sits include obviously feeding and general care of the animals, as well as promptly following specific dietary regimens and health requirements of every animal. I have cared for very old dogs that needed assistance in bowel movements as well as simple motivation for stubborn dogs that don’t like to walk. I have also looked after countless plants and hot tubs, ensuring proper watering and chlorination.

About: Hi there! I’ve grown up my whole life taking care of & loving family dogs, cats, lizards and birds. I have my own 2 fur babies at home, and have extensive experience caring for and handling most animals. Ever since I was young, I’ve always had a deep passion for the unconditional love only they can give. Whatever they need, I assure you I can provide - whether they be elderly or one year old. I’ll be sure to give them ample snuggles, constant affection and more than enough walks/nature time! Right now I’m only working part-time (self-employed) so I will have so much quality time to spend with your baby! I’m home most days and nights. I will follow their schedule you’ve made for them, feeding them on time, letting them out to run/walking them, plenty of playtime and exploring, potty breaks as needed. I also update frequently with photos & videos of your pet, just so you have peace of mind and know they’re getting all the love and being well taken care of. 🥰

About: If I could foster and adopt every dog, I would!! In 2020 when the world slowed down, I wasn't traveling for work any more so I volunteered at my local shelter (Austin, TX) and fostered 12 dogs within 7 months ranging from 5 weeks- senior. I've learned training techniques over the years that have worked well with our dog, Lucy (one of my fosters we adopted). We are all about positive reinforcement. My husband and I both work from home, I am part-time flex and a stay at home mom. We love spending time outside with our dog playing chase and fetch, and we are 10 minutes away from Harmon Park. On our days off, we love hiking and hanging out at home working on the house. We live on almost 1 acre off of a quiet road and both work from home. Our dog loves when she has a fur friend to play with so your dog will never get lonely or bored.
