E came to our place before our trip to get a vibe of the cats, learn the home, and just understand what we needed. It was so professional and made us feel so safe and comforted to leave our cats with E. Immediately, our cats loved E! Every visit, E took so many pictures, and that really helped us on our 2 week vacation. They did everything we asked them too - they tailor their care to what you need them too. E loves all pets and we could immediately feel that. They also caught a big problem! Our AC went out while we were gone, and E let us know, and fixed it by finding the circuit box to turn it back on.
