“Christina and her husband are so kind, caring, and patient with our shy cats. Both our boys have started to open up under their care and I love working with her. 10/10 would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great sitter!”

“Lillian did a great job for my cat. She uploaded a lot of videos while she was taking care of the cat. While my cat is shy and usually afraid of new people, he quickly got along with Lillian.”

“Andrea took such great care of my puppy! She followed all instructions, did some basic training with her and played with her! She has great communication with me and flexible scheduling which is amazing especially having a young puppy !”

“My boys and I just had our second booking with Andrew and it just keeps getting better!!! He is such an attentive, loving and generous sitter for my boys. I always know my boys are in the best of hands with Andrew!”

“Nicole was great! Booked drop-ins on pretty short notice and Nicole was flexible & gave great updates & pictures on our kitty who had actually just been missing for a few days & was recovering and had some slight injuries still-she was super sweet & helpful - would definitely use Nicole again!!”

About: I have spent my entire life around animals. My home has been shared with cats, dogs, snakes, birds, a rabbit, an iguana. I was also a veterinarian assistant for over a year. I took care of any and every animal that walked through our doors; cats, dogs, ferrets, birds, rabbits. Animals of all sizes. I walked, fed, bathed and cleaned up after them. I cared for them as if they were my own and will continue to do so with every animal entrusted to my care! I am currently working from home but my schedule can be flexible. My daily job and walk times work around each other so please notify me at least 3 days in advance of your booking date and I will try my best to make it work for you! As stated on my profile, I have a strict 7 day cancellation policy applied and it is automatically enforced by the Rover app. This is due to the nature of my day job as I may need to adjust those hours when scheduling a booking of any kind. Please be mindful of this, thank you. I always make sure their sleeping area is clean and tidy and I always make sure there is available fresh water. Food is given at a schedule dependent on the individuals needs. I give plenty of time for play/attention to ensure that they always feel loved and never lonely. Sometimes they want to be left alone and I respect that as well.
“Honest feedback here - I was a little hesitant in using Xavier as he was young without too many years of experience, but I was in a bind and my last two sitters flaked - I saw that he was rated as a star sitter though with great reviews, so moved forward here and I am so glad I did. His communication skills are above the charts. He is extremely responsive, communicates very well (seems to truly care about your pets and their needs) and was always great about texting updates and photos - Too boot, he was extremely accommodating as the drive was a bit far, but he knew I was in a bind and took the job without hesitation - Moreover, he was very punctual and came at the times I needed him too. I can't tell you how nice it was to come home after my trip to a home where it was very easy to see my babies were well looked after and taken care of - Lastly, he has very good energy and I felt good leaving my babies in his hands even though was a stranger -”

“Bryndon was amazing! Communicated well with us after every visit and sent tons of pics. He put us at ease while we were away and we felt very comfortable leaving our pups with him! 5 stars, I recommend him for your pet care needs!!!”

About: I started my experience dog walking 2 years ago for a professor’s friend in Winchester, Virginia. Twice a week, I would walk her hyper pups. She then recommended me to her father, whose dog I began walking twice a week as well. From there, my mini business boomed through word of mouth. I began dog sitting in people’s homes as well for multiple individuals for varying time spans. Most of the dogs I interacted with were seniors and required extensive care. However, all dogs owners loved and recommended me to others! I still walk the original dogs and add in others as my schedule allows with two other jobs. I am sad to leave my extensive clientele in Winchester, but I am moving back to New Jersey for graduate school and excited to meet new puppy friends!! For the summertime, I am incredibly flexible with nothing planned. I prefer weekly walks / drop ins, but also like sitting as well. In August, I start physical therapy school at Columbia University so my availability will decrease but I’d be willing to provide services on nights / weekends. During breaks, my availability will open up again! Whenever walking / sitting, I respect the owner’s rules, no matter what. I long to maintain utmost cleanliness and adherence to routine as physically possible. I am also very communicative and honest, building trust with my clients.

“Grace and her husband are simply amazing! They took care of my two cats like they were their own. I was out of the country for 6 weeks and my trip kept getting extended but Grace was very flexible and patient when it came to needing to book her for longer. They both went above and beyond and I will definitely be booking them again.”

“Best pet service!! I’m truly happy I found Diane and was able to have her taken care of my two kitties while I was gone for vacation. She is very patient and caring for my little ones and has given me the comfort of knowing they were in good hands while I was away! Will totally rebook her on for next getaway ☺️”

“Enis was great with Teddy! This was our first time using Rover and we were very satisfied with the promptness and care Teddy received. Enis was booked somewhat last minute and was very accommodating, came to meet Teddy ahead of time and was able to stop by twice when we were out for the day. We received Rover cards and photos right after each visit which was so nice. Would gladly book Enis again.”

I work part time at a vet clinic, so I have freedom on Sunday-Wednesday. if true weekends are needed then I can request that time. I create boundaries with Owner and clients. “Diana and Andrew helped us at last minute notice care for winter when we couldn’t be home at normal hours. Great communication throughout and was very friendly to winter :)”

Katie has been a wonderful sitter for my cats! She was easy to reach and very responsive. She even agreed to an emergency visit when my cat toppled the water fountain over. I was able to enjoy our vacation with peace of mind knowing she’s looking after my babies :) Thank you, Katie!

Yong was an excellent Rover sitter for my cats. He was incredibly diligent, followed every instruction exactly, and made sure their medications were administered properly—which was especially important to me. He was also very communicative throughout the stay, sending plenty of pictures and thoughtful updates that gave me total peace of mind. I came home to happy, well-cared-for cats and would absolutely book with him again.

We hired Genesis to take care of my elderly mother’s cat who is also elderly and relies on Thyroid Meds. My mom really wanted to go away but was reluctant to leave her cat as the cats brother had died in June and both Mom and Cat where grieving. Genesis put my mom at ease and sent regular pictures. We really appreciated it. Would definitely hire her again.
We are so glad to have found Kimberly. She went over and beyond watching our fur baby, Booda. She updated us daily on him and sent pictures. She took great care of him as if he were her own. 100% recommend and would absolutely have her watch our fur baby again.
