As stated on my profile, I have a strict 7 day cancellation policy applied and it is automatically enforced by the Rover app. This is due to the nature of my day job as I may need to adjust those hours when scheduling a booking of any kind. Please be mindful of this, thank you. I always make sure their sleeping area is clean and tidy and I always make sure there is available fresh water. Food is given at a schedule dependent on the individuals needs. I give plenty of time for play/attention to ensure that they always feel loved and never lonely. Sometimes they want to be left alone and I respect that as well.
