10. Taylor S.
About: I was a pre-vet student in undergrad and have over 500 hours of experience volunteering and assisting at an animal clinic. I am experienced with giving medication including insulin shots which I have personally administered to our family dog for 8 years. I have a medium sized dog of my own who is very sweet and loves other pets. Since she’s a little older now, she may play with your pup or just snuggle next to them depending on their energy level. I like going on runs and walks and I am happy to bring your pup along with me if they are up to it. Your dog will receive lots of love and have fun. They will be able to let some energy out or just relax. I used to pet sit on rover a few years ago and took a break to focus on my career. I have extra time now and would love to care for your baby while you’re away. I usually am home by 3-4pm during the week and can go home at lunch to give a potty relief. On the weekends I am home full time. I typically do short walks in the morning and evenings with a longer walk in the middle of the day. If your dog needs potty breaks more frequently I can accommodate that. I allow dogs to free roam and on all furniture. If you prefer they are kenneled I also have a kennel they can use when I am not home. No one lives below me so they are free to jump around and have fun.

11. Jeanne T.

“I can’t recommend Jeanne enough! She did an absolutely amazing job taking care of my cat while I was away. Not only was Minino well-fed and happy, but I could tell he received a lot of attention and love. I got regular updates and photos, which really put my mind at ease. It’s such a relief to have someone trustworthy and caring looking after your pet. I’ll definitely be booking with Jeanne again in the future!”

12. Monica B.

“Went above and beyond, stayed longer to get my shy dog warmed up to her enough to go for her walk. Thank so much! Will book again.”

13. Ronde B.

“Ronde is great! She is the only person I trust with my cat Marble. I’m a repeat client and have nothing but good things to say about her! Just book her ❤️.”

14. Dana K.
About: Hi! I’m Dana—a lifelong dog lover with over a decade of experience caring for pups of all sizes and temperaments. After moving from Michigan to New Jersey in 2012, I built a peaceful, pet-friendly home with a large fenced-in backyard that’s perfect for playtime and lounging. 🐾 Why Pet Parents Book with Me: I work from home full-time, so your dog gets near-constant attention and care Daily 1-mile neighborhood walks—rain or shine Safe, clean home with a secure backyard for supervised outdoor time I treat every dog like family—no crates unless requested Available for boarding, daycare, and drop-ins Experienced with senior dogs and pups with special needs Before your dog’s stay, I offer a free meet-and-greet (schedule permitting) to ensure a smooth, stress-free transition for everyone. I have two sweet Yorkie mixes—Duke (14) and Ben (13)—so it's important that your dog is comfortable around other calm, friendly pups. I also collect emergency contact and veterinary information up front, so your dog’s health and safety are always prioritized. Your dog will be in loving, capable hands while you're away—and I’ll send plenty of photo and video updates to keep you connected. 📩 Message me anytime—I’d love to meet you and your furry companion! Since I work from home, my dogs are truly part of my everyday life. We have a nice rhythm—regular meals, daily walks, and lots of play and cuddle breaks in between work tasks. I love having them close while I go about my day, and I make it a point to give them attention, interaction, and mental stimulation throughout. When I do need to step out, it’s usually for a quick errand, and I always make sure they’re settled and content before I go. Working from home gives me the flexibility to be present and attentive—so your pup will get the same loving care as my own. When I care for someone else’s dog, I treat them just like I would my own—with love, patience, and attention to their unique needs. My goal is always to make your pup feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. Here’s what I focus on: Safe, stress-free environment – I adjust my space and routines to fit each dog’s personality and comfort level. Consistent feeding & routines – I closely follow your feeding schedule and any special instructions, so your dog stays happy and healthy. Personalized care – Whether it’s giving extra belly rubs, administering medication, or sticking to familiar routines, I tailor my care to what works best for your dog. Clear, open communication is also important to me—I’ll keep you updated so you can relax knowing your furry friend is in great hands.

15. Liliana G.
About: Hi there! I consider myself to work really well with dogs. As I have two of my own, I know the work and patience it takes to have. Although trusting a stranger to take care of your furry best friend is hard I believe in taking care of them as if they were my own. I’ve been to Ecuador where dogs there are free to roam and know what it’s like to take care of such dogs. Since my family has a farm there they’ve taught me over the years on how to care for animals. I’m always up for adventures with my dog and hope to do the same with yours! Every day won’t be a boring day. I am currently working in the afternoon so my availability is early mornings. After work, late evenings, I am also willing to take time for pet care. I care for pets in my apartment by having them familiarize where to go and where not to go. In my clients home I will ask what the pet likes and doesn’t like doing.

16. Kahlil K.
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kahlil. My dog absolutely adores him and gets so excited every time he comes by. It’s such a relief to know that my fur baby is in loving, responsible hands when I’m away. Kahlil is reliable, caring, and always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who truly cares!”

17. Nancy r.
About: I treat every pet like family. From puppy zooms to senior snuggles; with love, patience, and tail wagging fun to every visit. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I plan my schedule around walks; feed, playtime and make sure my pets feel loved and safe At the moment, I am available on weekends, but my goal is to become a full-time pet care provider within a year and fully dedicate my time to animals In my home pets are treated like family. I provide a clean, safe and cozy environment with plenty of love; playtime and personalized attention every day

18. Lauren Haley F.

“Great pick. Lauren was friendly and personable in her visit, and really seems to enjoy taking care of the cats. Photos everyday made us know that our cats where being taken care of.”

19. Kelly R.
“The best pet mom, your pup is in great hands. Kelly is safe, responsible, super kind and just a great person. My fur babies trust her haha!”

20. Sophia G.
About: I’ve grown up with pets my whole life and have spent the past 5 years caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities—not just my own, but also for friends and family. I treat every pet like they’re my own, giving them the love, patience, and attention they deserve. Whether it’s a playful puppy who needs training, a senior dog who needs extra care, or just a reliable daily walk, I’m here to help. I’m confident handling feeding routines, medications, and any special needs your pet might have. You can count on me for flexible, dependable, and genuinely caring service every time. Pet care is a big part of my routine because I currently don’t have a full-time job, which gives me the flexibility to dedicate my time and energy to your pets. I’m available throughout the day for walks, check-ins, feedings, and any last-minute needs. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I always aim to create a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment.
