“Misty is truly amazing and really proactive with our pups. Truly a professional. We had a toenail issue during one visit and she sent me photos so I took Wolfie to the vet to get evaluated and Misty later texted to see how he was doing post-visit. The injury was his fault…chasing a squirrel and lost footing in the gravel. I know some people may find it odd to use this app but it’s legit. We receive texting and picture notifications with report cards during each visit. You won’t regret it! :-)”

About: I have had animals all my life. I grew up with large dogs and indoor cats. Currently on the farm, I have 3 dogs, 2 horses, chickens, ducks, and a barn cat! Our pets are family and yours will be too! I am available for drop in visits daily. I can do boarding at my home anytime. There is always someone home to care for the animals. I have an 8 acre property with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. Dogs can be leashed if needed, but will be watched 24/7 when outside. Dogs will be in the comfort of the home hanging out freely when not outside.

I will walk them if needed and I will show them lots of love so they will not even be sad while you are away. I can even take pictures with your dog and send you pictures and little updates in case you miss your little furry friend while you're on your trip. Right now I am in college and only have to focus on taking classes. So I have a lot of free time. I completed multiple classes that allowed me to learn both hands on and through bookwork, to acquire my veterinary assisting certification. I have flexible availability all weekdays for drop ins, walks and doggy daycare. I am available for boarding weekdays and weekends. I may be away for a few hours daily, but someone will be home with your pet at all times. Care is tailored to you and your pet’s needs. When it comes to your fur-babies staying in my home, they will be kept separate from our animals, in their own space, which will provide a calmer and less stressful environment for your pet! I will require that each pet staying in my home have their own crate and any other personal things you would like to bring for them to make their stay as happy and comfortable as possible. If you have any special requirements or information that you would like to give me for your pet, I will happily accept and follow it. I understand and respect that every pet is different! All pets, whether boarding or doggy daycare, will get optimal amounts of supervised outside time. I have a large, fenced in back yard that is the perfect place for playtime! If you would prefer a leashed walk for your pet, there is a long, country road with tons of sights and smells for your pet to enjoy that we can walk together! After playtime, plenty of water and cuddles will be provided. They will have plenty of time outside of their crates to hang out with me and explore! If you would like a nail trim or a bath, just let me know before hand and I will be more than happy to do that for you. I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

About: I have raised many different types of dogs for 15+ years. For the last 5 years, I have housed many different animals in need. I have trained puppies, as well as nervous, and abused dogs. I make sure my home is a very welcome environment for animals of all kinds. Like my husband likes to say, I want a petting zoo in life.
