“Sierra is wonderful. She’s calm and she handles dogs quite well. We hired Sierra for housesitting on Memorial Day weekend and she took care of our 80 pound labrador pitbull mix and our four month old Connie Corso puppy who is already over 50lbs and super energetic. She did a great job with both of them. We got home after 4 days and the house was clean, the dogs were happy, and the yard was clean as well. We enjoyed having her stay at our house and felt that our dogs were safe and well taken care of. We will definitely engage Sierra’s services again. You can trust that your fur babies will be happy with Sierra!! 😊”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Dogs seem to take to me well. I’ve worked as a junior groomer for a few months and trained my own dog. Not professionally, but he listens and understands. I’ve always loved dogs and been an animal person! I have an almost 4 month old baby so I have been a SAHM. I love to work and would like to help my family more. This way I can be at home loving on my son and also your fur babies! We just moved into our forever home due to my husband being retired Navy. We got married in Hawaii where he was stationed and I grew up. Our neighborhood was military and I would watch peoples dogs, board, check ins, walks. I worked at a doggie daycare and became close with a client who would bring her dog over to me to watch instead. Also, became very close with some people in the neighborhood whom I’ve take care of their dogs and now can say are friends like family!

“Ashley has been a wonderful caretaker for our puppy Linus! We are so grateful for her. Linus has separation anxiety and orthopedic problems and we felt 100% safe leaving him with Ashley. She is so attentive to his needs and clearly listened carefully and used the strategies we have found for keeping him calm as well as using her own (she honestly calms him down better than we do!). She was willing to go the extra mile and stay with him the whole time we were away (taking him with her when she needed to go out, as we had discussed) because he can't be left alone right now. She managed his meds and put on his orthopedic gear without issue. She was flexible when our travel plans unexpectedly changed and we got home very late at night. And the house was way cleaner than we left it when we returned! We will definitely be reaching out to her again--could not ask for a better experience!”

About: I’ve been pet sitting for over 5 years and absolutely love getting to know your pets and you! I’ve cared for dogs, birds, rabbits and cats of all ages from energetic puppies to senior pets needing a little extra patience and care. I’m experienced with feeding schedules, administering oral medications, and supporting pets with anxiety or special routines. I always take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I treat every pet like my own and keep communication open with regular updates and photos so you always know how they’re doing. My goal is for you to feel at ease and your pet to feel happy and at home. I currently am in graduate school at Duke, so my schedule is flexible! That means I have plenty of time each day to play, walk, and care for your pets. I’m available for boarding on both weekdays and weekends, and I make sure every pet gets lots of attention and care throughout the day. I live on 13 acres of beautiful land with backyard access to trails, which gives plenty of space for walks and outdoor playtime. While the area isn’t fenced, I always keep pets safe and supervised during any time outside. I don’t currently have any pets of my own, so your furry friends will have my full attention and plenty of company while they’re here. I also know many pets feel more comfortable staying in their own familiar environment, so I’m always happy to care for them in your home. I primarily offer in-home sitting and make sure to maintain your pet’s normal routine so they feel secure, relaxed, and loved while you’re away.

About: DISCLAIMER * As of 10/26/2024 * If i cannot meet you and your pets before the start of the booking, i will not accept the booking. This has become a safety issue for me. I will no longer be able to accept verbal verification that your pet will be fine with a stranger entering the home. (Exceptions are small puppies) I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 10. My neighbor growing up had 4 cats, that I loved dearly! She was the first person who allowed me to watch her fur babies when she went on vacation! I've pet sat many times since then. Dogs big and small of all breeds from a little pug to a 100lb+ Rottweiler. I own a 85lb pit bull mix and a 10lb weenier dog. 🐶 They are my babies.💗 I can drop in anytime to check on your fur babies. Spend extra time with them. I do bathing, and walks also! If you need your fur babies to be crated, no problem! I will make sure their safety comes first. You can put your mind at ease knowing your pets will be taken care of! This is my full time job, I enjoy every second of it! So day or night I can always do a drop in visit or a walk! Your pets safety comes first! So during a meet and greet I will be going over a small list of questions to make sure I can take care of your fur baby to the best of my ability. With this I create a “pet profile” so when you need to rebook with me I’ve already got a reference to look back at. EXAMPLE; if your dog is good with other animals, or if there is a certain amount of food that needs to be given. These are just notes I make for myself, and so you can rest assured your fur baby is getting the best care!

About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, spiders, snakes and even children lol for family and friends since I was 13! I’m currently working full-time Monday thru Friday onsite but can be very flexible! I am available in the mornings until 9:00am and available after 3:30pm. I have an open schedule on weekends! We stay in a gated apartment complex and have multiple neighborhoods and a dog park around for a variety of walking paths and adventures! We have a bengal cat who loves outside so we walk her almost every day, she is great with the dogs and children. I am all about making sure the pet owner is comfortable with their pet staying with us. I stay on the schedule and rules provided by the pet owner. I am punctual and always aware of my surroundings.

About: Welcome! I'm Melinda, a longtime dog mom, and sitter who treats every guest like family. I currently share my home with Louis and Leo and Mabel (cat). Louis is older now and prefers a calm environment; he does great with dogs who respect his space but can get grumpy with high-energy pups who crowd him. Because of that, I'm currently only taking dogs under 30lbs with low-to-moderate energy. I work from home, so someone is here most of the time. Your dog will have full access to the main floor (furniture included) and plenty of cozy spots to relax. Upstairs stays gated when we're all downstairs, for safety and routine. Hardwoods throughout both floors. Meet & Greet required. A free 20–25 minute Meet & Greet before booking lets your dog explore the space, meet Louis, Leo and Mabel, and make sure everyone's comfortable. Have a cat-shy pup? My cat Mabel is gentle and well-socialized. I’m happy to do a free 4 hour trial to check the match. Boarding details: I can host up to two dogs overnight depending on temperament and length of stay. Repeat clients — if my calendar looks full, message me anyway; I'll try to make it work. Questions? Just send a message. I'd love to care for your pup while you're away. Being at home the majority of the day your dog will have plenty of walk time and cuddles. Our 1 year old cat Mabel may even initiate some play time. Fenced yard; they are allowed on furniture unless your preference is to keep them off. Plenty of toys and extra bowls. Harness will need to come with them.

About: I grew up on a farm taking care of all kinds of animals! I took care of cows, horses, pigs, goats, chickens, quails, frogs, dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, hamsters and rats! I have always been a major animal lover and continue to be! I love spending time with my pets and for my friends and families pets too! I currently am remote Purchasing Associate for a national dermatology company. My shifts are usually about 5 hours long, which gives me lots of time to spend with the fur friends. I usually run my dog in the morning and evening, and spend time with her at the park and other places I go to. Sometimes Cardi, Boat and I just like to hang out in the yard and have a cup of coffee! I often take walks and go to the park and many other places. When I pet sit for my friends and family I work with what they have in their home. At my home I also have a long lead so they can safely play in the yard!

About: I have always had dogs and cats ever since i was a little kid. I know how to take care of all pets, feed them, bathe them, and walk them. Dogs and cats became part of who i am. Im currently working part time and live alone with my sister. I have alot of free time and would like to make this a side hustle. I will look after dogs or cats very carefully. I will be feeding them on time and taking them for a walk as needed. I live in a three bedroom townhome which makes it safe for dogs or cats to roam around the house freely. And i have a porch that is fenced which makes it safe for pets who like to chill outside.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats, young and old, since 2019. I’m a lifelong animal lover who’s parented guinea pigs and parakeets as well. I pride myself on creating enriching experiences for the animals I sit through play and exercise. I’m a freelancer by trade and work for myself so I have open availability during both weekdays and weekends with limited notice needed to make myself available. I ask that pet owners provide any necessary supplies as I do not have them at home. I do live in a newer apartment complex with a fenced in playground for dogs to run around and lots of sidewalk space for walks.
