About: I’m a licensed attorney and an animal lover at heart. I grew up surrounded by animals, in a house with a dog and four cats. I frequently care for my neighbor and friends’ pets when they are out of town, and have two cats of my own. I also have 3 years of volunteer experience at a no-kill animal shelter, and am comfortable giving medications and handling any special health or behavioral needs. I have experience caring for dogs that require frequent potty breaks due to age or medical condition; as well as those with Arthritis, recovering injuries, or other mobility concerns. Similarly, I have cared for cats of all ages and temperaments, many of which were medically vulnerable (seizures, kidney disease, cancer, incontinence issues). I have also worked with former ferals, and am comfortable caring for those who may be especially shy or anxious when routines are disrupted. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust look after your pet. I value reliability and communication, and strive to provide the upmost care. I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I work fully remote, so I have plenty of flexibility when caring for your pets. I update my calendar frequently, and am happy to work with your schedule. During housesits, I will make your home my base camp so pets will not be left alone for extended periods. I will be sure to communicate with you to ensure your expectations for drop in visits or house sitting are fully met. I’m here for any special care requests. I’ll check in after each drop-in session with plenty of photos of your pet and a rundown on the visit. I typically provide two updates mid-morning and evening each day while house sitting. I always include detailed information about your pet’s activity and behavior, along with lots of photos and videos documenting the day. However, I am happy to provide updates at your preferred frequency. I am always available and responsive during visits should you have any questions or requests.

About: I have worked with almost every kind of animal in both private practice, rescue and research. My many years of working in the veterinary field has given me the skills needed to care for many species from newborn to seniors. I can provide medical treatments and have taken classes in behavior training. I'll take care of your pet(s) as if they were my own and thoroughly enjoy doing it. I work full time at NC State Vet School and am available for early am and evening sits during the week. I generally have whatever time needed available on weekends. Since, I was a baby and got my first cat at 6 weeks old, I have grown up in a household full of animals with everything from cats, dogs, chickens, rabbits, you name it, and those animals have taught me so much, enough that I want to give back to the local community and their animals! My specialties are with cats and dogs of any age, though if you have another animal in need of service, I am open to anything! Currently, I have two dogs (Jack Russells who are 2 and 8 yrs old) of my own that I have raised since they were both 8 weeks old. I have knowledge in feeding, medication management, daily exercise, enrichment activities such as tricks, routine care (bathing animals), hygiene maintenance, potty training, and as always, I strive to have strong, reliable communication with owners of your furry friends! Weekdays: I have open availability for the summer from 8am-8pm Mon-Fri Weekends: Open availability from 10am-10pm Sat-Sun (CAN work before/after hours when requested!!) As I previously mentioned, I have two dogs (both Jack Russells) of my own that are 2 and 8 years old. I strive to maintain a clean space and comfortable for my pets where they can relax and follow their usual routines with no worries. I maintain consistent feeding schedules, provide daily exercise and playtime, and ensure their safety by always supervising. They have designated rest areas (although I do allow animals on furniture), plenty of enrichment activities/toys, and lots of affection of course! I am always supervising them, making sure they are healthy, eating/drinking, and exercising correctly. In a clients home is a bit different as this is not my personal space. I tend to follow the routine/schedule exactly as written and complete the usual duties such as feeding, walking, playtime, waste/litter cleanup, etc. I keep the home clean, ensure safety over the property and animals, and provide regular updates and photos to owners. I always double check and make sure all pets are comfortable, safe, and have everything they need in their space before I leave.

About: I’ve pet sat my friends animals, and they’ve had so many! Senior dogs that have accidents and have behavioral issues. Exotic pets, of many kids. Every morning, I fill the cat and water bowl in my room, weekly I clean the bowls. For my dogs, whenever my parents don’t feed them cause they are out, I feed them and fill their water. I brush their coats, and try to give them baths every few weeks or so! However the pet parents would like, but I care for what is best for their health. I understand each pet is different and needs different things. I can bathe the animals depending on behavior, my right leg doesn't haven't as much feeling since surgery and cant handle a lot of big pressure.

About: I’ve always lived with animals. I’ve had cats and dogs, I also have worked with horses! I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, horses and chickens. I have a full time job as a teacher, so summers I’m the most available! During the summer, I can pet sit as long as you need! I can easily crate your dog if needed. A fenced in backyard is perfect for your pet to roam while we play outside! I’m able to operate an automatic feeder and water.
