About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals. Growing up with dogs, volunteering at animal shelters, fostering puppies and kittens, and pet sitting for friends and family has given me years of hands-on experience. I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own— with love, patience, and attention to their individual needs. I work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be hands-on and attentive throughout the day. I take long walks every morning and evening and love to have a companion by my side! When looking after your pet I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and familiar environment. I stick to their usual routines as closely as possible (feeding times, walks, play, and rest) so they feel secure and at ease. I offer plenty of attention, enrichment, and affection, while also respecting any training or boundaries the owner has in place.

“Kathryn was wonderful and my puppy could not have come home happier (or sleepier!). I got lots of cute pictures and videos during the day which I appreciated because it was my first time leaving him with a sitter for the day. She clearly loves dogs and gives them a great experience while they’re with her. Leo is looking forward to his next visit!”

About: I take the time to understand each dog’s unique personality, routines, and needs—whether that means extra snuggles, structured playtime, or a quiet walk for older pups. I have experience caring for senior dogs who may require medication, mobility support, or a gentle pace. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, loved, and stress free in my home. You can count on clear communication, regular updates/pics, and true dedication to your fur baby's well-being. I currently work from home during the days that I take care of pups and have lots of flexibility to take them out for bio breaks, to stretch their legs on walks, and lots of cuddles. I prioritize comfort, safety, and consistency with your pet’s normal routine. I take time to get to know each pet’s preferences—feeding schedules, favorite toys, walk routines, and any special needs—so they feel secure and well-loved. For the safety of your dog, the dogs in my neighborhood, and myself, all standard vaccinations required by the state of California must be current. Additionally, I’m unable to provide care for dogs with known aggressive behaviors. Thank you for understanding and helping ensure a safe environment for everyone! In my home, pets enjoy a calm, pet-friendly environment with plenty of space to relax, play, and cuddle. I keep a clean and safe space, and pets are never left alone for long periods.

About: * 2+ dogs I only offer house sitting at your place no boarding* Coverage area Point Loma and OB or 10 minutes from MCRD* I love dogs! Big or small, young or old, your fur baby will be loved and entertained. I like to go on walks daily, I also offer house sitting, so your pup can stay where he or she is more comfortable. No extra charge for extra pets :) House sitting rate includes overnight stay and a mid day walk. Most days I will stay more at your house, but that’s the bare minimum you can expect. I live my life out of your house and will be in and out during the day. As a dog mom, I know how hard it is to find someone you trust around your babies! I will love on them and make sure they are happy. . I usually do a short walk in the morning, another one around mid day, and a longer one in the afternoon. I look forward to meeting your puppy! Two or more dogs from the same family, I stay at your house . I can handle medication, injections, and bathe them if needed. I spend extra time at the beginning building a bond with your dog, and making sure he/she is comfortable around me. I'm happy sleeping with your dogs in bed. I have an elderly Great Dane, if your dog is friendly and you are happy with me bringing him along (always supervised and never alone with yours!), then I will have more time to spend at your place. I don't really have a set schedule, if your pup is good in the car and happy to go on adventures, I take them along if I'm running an errand or going to lunch, if they're happy at home, I come back for pee breaks. I am rarely out at night. If I am staying at your place, I ask that you turn off inside puppy cameras. I never bring dogs from another family into your home. I usually cross the street when we walk, even if your dog is friendly, because you never know who is coming. If your dog has a great come back command, I'm happy to do off leash areas, but usually take the time to bond with a leash before doing that.

“Alexandra exceeded our expectations! Our pups were overly stressed from our vacation and immediately became acclimated to Alexandra and her home. She sent us pictures throughout the day which was great! Thank you so much!”

I can accommodate both crate trained dogs or no crate. Dogs are allowed on the furniture.

About: I have extensive experience in caring for a variety of pets, from energetic puppies to senior dogs that require special attention. My approach is rooted in patience, understanding, and building trust with the animals I care for. I provide daily walks, playtime, and ensure pets are comfortable in their environment. I’m also familiar with administering medication and managing dietary restrictions for pets with special needs. What sets me apart is my passion for making pets feel at ease while their owners are away. I am particularly skilled at puppy training, helping them develop good habits early on, and I also specialize in senior dog care, offering gentle and tailored approaches to keep them active and comfortable. I am flexible and available around the clock to accommodate your pet’s needs. Whether it's early morning walks, mid-day playtime, or late-night feedings, I work with your schedule to ensure that your pet gets the attention they need at any time of day. While I do have other commitments, pet care is always my top priority, and I’m happy to adjust to the specific routine that works best for your pet. When caring for pets in my own home or your home, safety and trust are my top priorities. I ensure that pets are kept in a secure environment, whether it’s a cozy, pet-proofed space in my home or an area in yours where they feel comfortable and safe. I follow any specific routines or rules set by pet owners, including feeding times, exercise needs, and any house rules. In my own home, I make sure that there are no hazards that could harm the pets, such as exposed cords or dangerous plants. I also provide plenty of toys, comfy spots to rest, and access to fresh water throughout the day. When staying in your home, I take extra care to maintain your pet's routine and environment, ensuring that they have a sense of normalcy and security while you're away.

Kasey R.
“We hired Kasey to take care of our 2 cats for a week. We were very impressed with the care she gave Sammy and Blue. When we got home, we expected them to be all over us...like they missed us. That was not the case as they were clearly well cared for and in need of no attention:):) Thank you Kasey for treating the boys like they were your own!!!! We would most definitely hire her again!!!!”

“I have a 6 year old shih-tzu that Lily has helped me with multiple times over the years. My pup absolutely loves seeing her ! From the very first time she walked my dog I could tell she really cared about animals and treated them as family. It’s been such a relief knowing that when I have a really busy work week I can rely on Lily to help me out with my dog and know he is in good hands. Lily has always been reliable, professional and communicative. She updates me with photos and a brief update letting me know how the day went for them. I swear my dog walks better on a leash since going for walks with Lily ! It’s so rare to find someone you can trust with your dog the way I trust Lily. Both my dog and I wholeheartedly recommend her services. She genuinely loves dogs and goes above and beyond for clients.”

“Gracie has been known to be skiddish with strangers but that does not seem the case when she's with Nam who she gives tons of kisses to. It’s such a relief to know we have someone as reliable and caring as Nam to look after our little girl. Highly recommend!”
