About: I used to be on rover with my mom as dog sitters. We had a lot of happy customers many of whom would book with us multiple times. Animals have always had a special place in my heart. I am available for dog walking and drop in visits. I may or may not be able to do walks every day of the week depending on what time the dog goes for a walk. When I am taking care of a pet wether it’s someone else’s or my own I do my very best to ensure that animal is get everything they could possibly need to be happy and thriving.

About: I have worked in vet med for almost 3 years now. I started work as a kennel technician and I am now currently a veterinary assistant. I have pet sat my family and friends pets throughout the years. My one pup at home is a special needs puppy so I have some special need care as well. My schedule has opened up recently and I would love the opportunity to be able to watch/care for pups. I am available in the afternoon/evenings on weekdays and I am free on the weekends as well. I have two very friendly dogs who could keep your furry friend company. I also have crates and play pens in home too for separation if needed.

About: I have been taking care of animals for roughly 13 years. We always had pets growing up and I did a lot of dog sitting in high school. I grew up on a farm so I have experience taking care of all sorts of different animals I work for a school district so I have fairly short hours during the day and have weekends off. I also have summers off as well as several random days off and full weeks here and there. I work less than half the year so I am very flexible. My house is already pet proofed with locks and baby gates. We have a dog area that is fenced in and has a doggie door connected to our screened in porch that is shaded.

I cared for her through nearly four years of treatment, managing medications, hydration, appetite, weight, and daily routines until she passed away just shy of her 16th birthday. I also have experience caring for a Yorkshire Terrier and understand the unique needs of toy breeds, including their size, energy, and safety considerations. Several family members and friends have larger dogs that I take on walks and care for when they're away. My goal is always to care for your pets the way I would want someone to care for my own. Pet sitting fits well into my schedule, allowing me to provide reliable, attentive care while maintaining flexibility. I currently offer overnight house sitting, typically from approximately 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., when many pets appreciate the comfort of having someone with them overnight. During the day, I may have other work or personal commitments depending on the booking, but I always communicate my schedule in advance so expectations are clear. I strive to keep pets on their normal routines for meals, potty breaks, playtime, medications, and companionship while respecting the schedule that works best for each household. I understand how important consistency is for animals, especially seniors or pets with medical needs, and I do my best to minimize disruptions to their daily routine. I am able to pick up your animal and drop them off for an additional fee ($10 / day). When caring for pets in a client's home, my priority is maintaining the environment and routines they already know. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, medications, walks, exercise, household rules, and any special care your pet requires. I take time to build trust with each animal, allowing shy or anxious pets to become comfortable at their own pace. Safety is extremely important to me. I pay close attention during walks, keep doors and gates secure, monitor pets for changes in behavior or health, and never hesitate to contact an owner if I have a question or concern. I also treat every home with the same respect I would expect someone to show mine, keeping it clean, secure, and well cared for during your absence. Communication is a key part of my service. You can expect regular updates and photos so you know how your pets are doing and can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: I have lots of years of animal care, animal sitting and house sitting. I've walked dogs of all sizes, big, small, etc. I've been doing pet care since I was about 14 years old, and use to house sit for a close friend of mine for years where I would feed the dogs, let them out to use the restroom, and stay to play with them. Now that I've moved to the Rockford area, I'm looking to establish trust, and offer the best care for your fur babies. I work full time, Monday through Friday. I can let animals out for potty breaks and food bowl checks after 6pm CST on the weekdays, or even late evening walks. Otherwise, weekends are completely open for walks, housesitting, and even overnights. I always make sure that your pet is safe, whether you have a fence, crate, or leash to keep them on. Before leaving, I'll make sure that the house is locked up, and that the pet is safe in their crate if needed. I do a quick last check to top off the water, food, and I'll provide plenty of updates if you wish to know how your dog or cat is doing.
