About: "I may be starting fresh on this platform, but my genuine love for animals runs deep. I am a highly responsible, organized, and attentive individual who understands how important your pets are to you. I am committed to following your exact care instructions, providing timely updates, and giving your pets all the love, exercise, and companionship they need to feel safe and comfortable "I work a full-time schedule from Friday through Sunday, which means my primary availability for dedicated dog walking is Monday through Thursday. On these days, I have excellent, flexible daytime hours to get your pups outside for some fresh air, potty breaks, and fun exercise!" "Safety is my top priority while out on a walk. I maintain a firm grip on the leash, stay highly alert to our surroundings, and ensure your pup stays away from traffic or unfamiliar dogs. I love sending fun photo updates and a quick summary after every walk so you know exactly how it went!"

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life! As a dog groomer I know the extent of care and kindness to give our fellow furry family members to make sure they are always happy and well taken care of. There's so much more to it than just fur and fluff, though. It's all about understanding their unique needs and how to communicate with them. By day I'm working for PrimPups Dog Salon! Where by surprise I am grooming dogs! So my life is constantly surrounded by our furry friends! I arrive home most days by 3pm! Weekends I'm free luckily not from dogs, I have two golden retrievers (Simba and Nala) and a chiweenie! (Letty). All of which are the friendliest of pups! On most weekends they are at our local dog park playing with the other pups in town! We are a down to earth and understanding family and would be honored to share our love to others! In our home we have half an acre of land for all the running and playing your dog will need! Fresh water and treats are always at the ready! We love having all the pups hang out together! However if needed we can section out the house for everyones own personal time. Our Goldens love to have friends over and adore playing tug of war. We do crate the pups when we leave the house. So it is preferred for the pups to be crate-trained. In addition our dog room does have a camera so I have constant live footage of your babies. Canine CPR and First Aid Certificated ✅️ Additional service: Nail Trim/Grinding - $20 cash/venmo/zelle

About: I work from home, so I am able to walk my own dogs 2-3 miles a day. I know how much they enjoy it and would love to be able to help others out that are not able to walk their pets as much as they would like. I frequently go on walks and runs multiple times a day, so adding a four-legged friend to my walking would be perfect. My work schedule is very flexible so I’m able to move things around as needed. I do not currently care for other pets in my home. I have 3 Siberian Huskies all under the age of 5 so it’s already a full house!

About: Safety is always my number one priority, and snuggles are a close second. While I don’t consider myself a professional dog trainer, I have a lot of hands-on experience training my own dogs and enjoy doing fun, light basic training with pups who are willing participants. Above all, my goal is to make your pet feel completely comfortable and happy in my care whether that means going for walks, getting extra snuggles, or engaging in a little positive, low-pressure training. I work part-time for my family business and have the flexibility to take my work with me anywhere. That means your pet gets plenty of attention and care! I truly love animals and make them a natural part of my daily life, it’s something that brings me a lot of joy and fulfillment I have three playful, friendly, and highly socialized dogs in my home. Crating is available if needed for your pet’s comfort and safety. My yard features a secure 6-foot privacy fence with plenty of space for your dog to run, play, and explore.

About: Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I’ve helped look after dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from high-energy pups to shy seniors who need a gentler touch. Friends, neighbors, and family regularly rely on me because I’m attentive, patient, and truly enjoy spending time with their pets. I make sure every dog feels comfortable, safe, and loved, whether we’re playing, going for walks, or just relaxing together. Your pet will get reliable care and plenty of affection while they’re with me. I have 1 year dog kennel experience that inspired me to become a vet assistant to hopefully start my own commercial business in the future! Thank you for considering me and contributing to my experience it is greatly appreciated and your animals will be treated like my own! I’m in school studying to become a veterinary assistant, so pet care naturally fits into my daily routine. My class schedule is flexible, giving me lots of availability on weekends and most weekdays. Since animal care is already a big part of my life, I’m able to provide consistent attention, playtime, and reliability for your pets. I do online. For pet sittings I do have a night part time job Monday-Thursday 11:00pm-3am and Saturdays 5pm-9pm so I can always stop by before and after and if your dogs are anxious I can always spend the night but I don’t plan on sleeping at your home. Your dog’s safety and comfort always come first when im caring for them in your home, follow your feeding, potty, and exercise routine so they feel secure and settled. If you don’t really have a route with pups and are a go with the flow person like I am I can provide, 8-10 potty’s breaks and lots of attention. For safety during walks in my neighborhood, there are no sidewalks so we walk against traffic so we can see oncoming cars with dogs on the right side of me farthest away from the road in grass. In the winter, I follow a cold-weather walking policy for safety: if it’s too cold for me in an t shirt it’s too cold for them! Usually requests winter weather gear like boots and coat but one can be provided(washed after every use with pet safe detergent). (Black puffer and no slip socks.) Night time walking- don’t worry about the days getting darker I’ve got it covered with my reflective gear, flashlight, collar light clips, and more. Thank you for understanding and helping keep your pet safe!

About: I graduated in May of 2025 from the Madison Area Technical College Veterinary Technician Program, then passed the VTNE to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. In school we worked with dogs, cats, horses, cows, and lambs. I have had dogs since I was a child, and I currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I worked on a farm taking care of horses for about two and a half years from 2020-2022. I've taken care of pets for friends/family for many years as well! I currently work at a vet hospital, though I am out on FMLA. Unfortunately, that means I can only take on pets less than 30 lbs at the moment. If you're looking for someone to take extra care of your pets, please reach out to see if we're a good fit! I'm currently working full time as a certified veterinary technician at a veterinary hospital. I work 40 hours a week with a varying schedule. Generally I work 8 am - 6 pm four days a week (my day off during the week changes each week). I work on Saturday about once per month. My rover clients will be scheduled around that availability. I currently live in an apartment with a cat and will not be able to watch clients' pets in my home. If I am watching pets in the client's home, I will take care of them the way I would take care of mine. I am respectful and conscientious of your personal space and privacy.

About: My name is Thomas, and my girlfriend's name is Emily. Together we have 8+ years of experience with pet care. Emily grew up on a farm around animals, and I grew up with a dog. We also own a fur baby together and have had her since she was a puppy. She is now 8 years old. Emily is a real estate agent and works from home all day so will be able to tend to your pets whenever they are in need. I am home in the morning, afternoons, and weekends so will be able to help out with overnight stays. We are a cage free home that allows pets on the furniture and bed. We care for pets by taking them on walks throughout the day and ensuring each one is catered to for its individual needs. We would love to watch your furbaby today! Reach out with any questions. I work from home so am able to tend to the dogs anytime they need something. I can care for them in anyway the owner requests. I will take the pets on walks, and make sure they are fed. I will treat them as if they were my own pet and make sure they feel safe and loved while they are in my care.

About: I have much experience with animals. I have had a couple pets growing up including dogs, cats, and even a guinea pig! I love all animals! I am currently a full time college student and work full time as well! I am looking for part time work after 3pm Monday-Friday and open availability on Saturday and Sunday! About: My professional background consists of direct experience in animal care, handling, and behavioral management across multiple facility settings. Through my roles as a Dog Boarding Specialist and a Dog Trainer/Handler, I have supervised large-scale playgroups, implemented mental enrichment routines to reduce animal anxiety, and maintained strict facility sterilization standards. To build on this practical experience, I am independently completing coursework through the GoodPup training program. This curriculum focuses on learning theory, canine body language, and behavioral cues. I understand the importance of ensuring that your pet receives all the love and attention they need. With my open availability, I am here to provide daily walks, plenty of playtime, and even overnight stays if necessary! When taking care of pets in my home or at a client's home, I make sure to meet all of their basic needs. This involves feeding them according to their dietary requirements, providing fresh water, and taking them for walks or engaging in playtime for exercise. I also ensure to follow any specific care instructions provided by the pet owner, such as giving medication or following a grooming routine. Additionally, I maintain a safe and clean environment for the pets, and give them plenty of attention and affection to keep them happy and comfortable.

I’ve used Rover in the past and after an initial meeting, have had great luck with dog walkers. Michelle is even a step above those walkers. Her kindness and patience in allowing my timid dog to get used to her slowly, over a few visits, was such a relief. Michelle’s a rockstar! 😊

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. For the past 8 years, I’ve been the proud pet parent of two wonderful dogs who are a big part of my daily routine—I play with them, make sure they get plenty of exercise, feed them nutritious meals, and, most importantly, give them lots of love and attention. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve also volunteered with a local rescue organization, helping homeless puppies find loving homes. I’ve fostered dogs and kittens in need, giving them a safe and nurturing environment while they wait for their forever families. This hands-on experience has taught me how to handle a wide range of temperaments and needs with patience and compassion. I’m available on weekends and most holidays, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for your pup, including visits to your home if needed. During the week, I work a regular 8–5 job, but I make time in my schedule to provide consistent care. I can stop by for potty breaks and walks in the morning before work, around lunchtime (around noon) if needed, and again in the evening after 5 PM. Your dog’s comfort and routine are important to me, and I’m happy to work with you to make sure they get the attention, exercise, and love they need throughout the day. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for any pet—whether it’s in my home or yours. In my own home, I maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment with secure spaces where dogs can play, relax, and feel comfortable. I’m always mindful of keeping anything unsafe (like cords, small objects, or toxic foods) out of reach, and I never leave pets unattended in risky situations. When caring for a client’s dog, I follow their routine closely and keep communication open with regular updates, photos, and messages so you always know how your pup is doing. I take the time to get to know each dog’s personality, needs, and boundaries to make sure they feel safe and loved. Whether we’re on a walk, having playtime, or just cuddling, your dog’s well-being is always my focus.

Hurt my leg last month and can't walk my dog. I'm so glad my vet and a couple trainers recommended Rover. Medea's been walking my baby a couple of weeks now. Caoimhe's been so much better behaved now that she's getting some exercise again. Medea is even continuing the training I'd been working on with her. Appreciate Medea so much!

About: I’ve had pets all my life. My family is full of animal lovers and they know they can rely on me if they need someone to care for their pet for any reason. I have experience with end of life care for cats, administering pills and fluids to cats, and feeding cats by mouth with a syringe. For example, one of my cats has a hyperthyroid and acid reflux and takes pills to manage it, and another has arthritis and takes a liquid medication orally to manage it. I primarily have experience caring for cats, dogs and hamsters. Petsitting is my focus, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets. I’m normally available for house sitting both weekdays and weekends, however I do have my own obligations and pets of my own to care for, so I must be able to leave for ~4 to 5 hours at some times. Due to this, I am not always able to accept requests for constant care (meaning pets who cannot be left alone for more than 1-3 hours, as an example). I spend as much quality time with my clients as I can, giving them plenty of love and attention. I love cuddling with them if they’re cuddlers and using their favorite toys when I play with them. I cannot take on higher energy dogs to care for, as I cannot provide them with the stimulation and exercise they need to thrive. In addition to Rover’s Guarantee, I am insured and bonded through PCI.
