Michelle E.
“Before going to rover for my pet care needs I got Michelle’s card for Puppy Loves Pet Services. I recently got 2 shepskys puppies wasn’t sure how I was going to handle two puppies at 8 weeks old (also being a single mom of two children 2 & 8). Michelle just recently started training the puppies at my house which makes it so convenient for the kids and me. the advice and knowledge that she gives to us each week is amazing the kids are learning every week something new that they can teach the dogs and be involved. Michelle is so patient with the dogs and the kids and myself because before her we were lost on what to do never really professionally trained other dogs I have had in the past . I highly recommend Michelle for all of your dog needs you won’t be disappointed.”

About: I have taken care of all types of dogs ranging from very small to very large. I am very comfortable around all animals. I am very cautious and alert since I have a husky who runs. I grew up on a farm, so I am also used to all sorts of animals, such as horses and pigs. I am an early childhood education major at Northern Illinois University. I currently work at Rockton Grade, School, as an assistant teacher, and have the summer off, and the fall as I am doing to student teach in the spring. I am very reliable and flexible. I am more of a homebody, so I am usually enjoying activities, such as gardening, reading, and painting. I know how to communicate properly and will always make sure to give updates and stay in frequent touch. I am currently working at Rockton Grade school, but I have the summer off since it is now summer break. I am home until after winter break when I start student teaching! I have open availability Sunday through Monday, but in primarily looking for work during the weekdays of Monday through Friday. I am very accustomed to animals. I currently have a full bred Siberian husky. That is my best friend. We do many things together and he is fully trained. He does like to get out and run when possible so I am very cautious at all times with doors, and with leashes, when on a walk or a bathroom break. I make sure to provide a clean environment if animals were ever to come over to my residence. Otherwise, I am very neat and organized. I have no trouble with keeping things clean and safe for animals. I know how hard it is to leave a furry baby and I do my best to make you feel as good as possible, just like I would when leaving my animals!

“Never afraid to go above and beyond. Very grateful for Helen!”

Ashtin M.
“My dad is a veterinarian, so naturally I grew up surrounded by animals and my love for them is still exceeded by Ashtin’s. I have never met a more kind, caring, selfless human being — especially where animals are concerned. She is reliable, punctual, and professional and I would have no hesitation hiring her.”

Jaymee D.
“As we all know, our pets are our babies. My dog, Leia, is very skittish, and can be tricky to walk. She needs whoever walks her to pay close attention to her because one loud sound can scare her and cause her to bolt. Leia is also a bit of a couch potato and will refuse to walk at times. Jaymee makes sure to give her the attention and patience she requires. She LOVES to play with her and makes sure shes very active, which I highly appreciate! You can tell that Jaymee truly loves animals and respects their owner.”

Sienna B.
“Working with Sienna has been a pleasure. She cares deeply about her clients pet's. Rest assured when your furry friend is under her care, they are being spoiled with loads of attention!”

Kennedy F.
“Kennedy is a very responsible and trustworthy person. She has grown up around all kinds of animals from our four dogs to our chickens, goats, ducks/geese, cats, and even a hedgehog. She is very loving and caring to all animals and has her own cat as well now.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats as well as many other animals from rodents to horses my entire life. I’m comfortable caring for your house pets, and whatever pet large or small, will be cared for like my own. I have training and rehabilitation experience as well as many years of house and pet sitting experience. I work self employed jobs and I’m able to accommodate my schedule to work around you and your pets needs when the time comes. So I’m able to give them plenty of care and multiple visits throughout the day usually. I care for them as closely to their routine and schedule as I can to help them comfortably adjust while you’re away! I will do my best to keep things as close to how they are so your pets can feel comfortable with someone new coming in and shaking up their routine or schedule.

“Leah is a great pet owner and very responsible! She has been a cat lady her whole life and loves little pups. She'd be a great pet sitter or dog walker!”

About: I've had/taken care of dogs since I was 10. I have one of my own currently (a pitty named blu 🩵) and she's spoiled with love. I work from home on a flexible schedule so I am able to work with you on the times you need. There are some days I won't be able to do nights, depending on my son's schedule, but those are rare. Unfortunately I am not looking to bring dogs into my home, but I can travel to yours! I've used dog sitters and babysitters myself, so I understand the necessity of respecting someone's home.

Jessica W.

“Jessica has been walking my Beagle regularly while I am recovering from a broken ankle. She arrives on time and gives my dog a good long walk. When my dog sees Jessica coming she gets so excited to see her and I think the feeling is mutual! We are very happy with Jessica!”

About: I grew up with pets and have helped taken care of them since I was a child. I also dog sit for my grandparents and other family members frequently. I have cat sit for my cousin and close friend many times. I recently fostered a dog this past summer. Im currently taking a gap year after graduating college and trying to figure what field I want to go into. I am staying home for this year and would love to help out with your pets in my free time! I would treat your pet as my own, showing them all the love and care I do for my own. I would ensure their safety while also making sure they have a fun and loving time.

Megan K.
“Megan has years of experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and abilities. She is very kind and patient when it comes to dogs. My dog Frank is a runner and not a good listener but, one time he got out while Megan was over and she was able to get him to come back before he even made it to the sidewalk. Your pups will be in great hands with Megan!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and play with their pets! I’m currently working for my grandparents and going to school part time, I’m available throughout the week and Saturday after noon. My Sunday’s are always open so I’d be available anytime! I can take your pup on a walk, bathe them, visit vet on a weekly/monthly basis if needed! I would keep a clean hygienic environment for them!

Jordyn L.
“Jordyn has had a love for animals from the time she was a little girl, it has only intensified as she has grown. If I had a pet (I don’t at this time) she would be the first person I would ask to walk my pet or take care of it if I was gone and couldn’t take my pet with me. Jordyn would not only make sure the pet had the best of companionship but she would also make sure rules were followed.”

Katie G.

“Katie was excellent with my crazy 6 month old. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.”

Amanda E.
“Amanda is a very caring and sensitive human being. She cares about others - both human and animal. Amanda and her family have adopted 2 dogs, a cat, a bird, and her daughter has a fish. She is always making sure they are well cared for. Amanda is patient and gentle with pets. She has a cautious gentle approach the pets need. I have two dogs Amanda helps care for. They are always so happy to see her! I know you will find Amanda reliable, trustworthy, and a breath of fresh air. She is the type of person that can provide the love and care your pet needs in your absence!”
