About: Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I’ve helped look after dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from high-energy pups to shy seniors who need a gentler touch. Friends, neighbors, and family regularly rely on me because I’m attentive, patient, and truly enjoy spending time with their pets. I make sure every dog feels comfortable, safe, and loved, whether we’re playing, going for walks, or just relaxing together. Your pet will get reliable care and plenty of affection while they’re with me. I have 1 year dog kennel experience that inspired me to become a vet assistant to hopefully start my own commercial business in the future! I’m in school studying to become a veterinary assistant, so pet care naturally fits into my daily routine. My class schedule is flexible, giving me lots of availability on weekends and most weekdays. Since animal care is already a big part of my life, I’m able to provide consistent attention, playtime, and reliability for your pets. I do online. Your dog’s safety and comfort always come first when im caring for them in your home, follow your feeding, potty, and exercise routine so they feel secure and settled. If you don’t really have a route with pups and are a go with the flow person like I am I can provide, 8-10 potty’s breaks and lots of attention. For safety during walks in my neighborhood, there are no sidewalks so we walk against traffic so we can see oncoming cars with dogs on the right side of me farthest away from the road in grass. In the winter, I follow a cold-weather walking policy for safety: if it’s too cold for me in an t shirt it’s too cold for them! Usually requests winter weather gear like boots and coat but one can be provided(washed after every use with pet safe detergent). (Black puffer and no slip socks.) Night time walking- don’t worry about the days getting darker I’ve got it covered with my reflective gear, flashlight, collar light clips, and more. About: I've taken care of my dogs for the last 3 years but also have experience taking care of dogs for neighbors and family friends. My experience includes giving medication to dogs and working on basic skills training such as walking nicely on leash and sitting. My daily schedule is to work from home which has allowed for flexibility in checking in on pets. Because of this, I can check in on a pet almost as often as needed. Pets in my home are put on a tie out for bathroom breaks but also taken to the local dog park to run around if they are comfortable with other dogs. There are also many walking spots that I take my dogs and others to.

About: Hello, I’m Tom! I’m a retired mailman after 33 years of delivering mail and getting to know the wonderful people and pets in my community. Now that I’m retired, I’m looking for a fun way to stay active while doing something I truly love—spending time with dogs! I’m a proud dog dad to several dogs of different breeds, so I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities, sizes, and energy levels. One of my pit bulls is also a Certified Therapy Dog, and for three years, the two of us visited Marquette Elementary School in Machesney Park, where we loved spending time with the students and bringing a little extra joy to their day. During my years as a mailman, I didn’t just deliver mail—I built relationships with the people along my route and often became friends with their dogs, too! I’ve always believed that dogs have a special way of bringing people together, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know both the pups and their families. My own dogs get several walks a day, so I’m no stranger to keeping up with happy, energetic pups! For walks, I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise, fresh air, and attention while always keeping their safety my top priority. I’m happy to follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, medications, bathroom breaks, walks, and any other routines their pet is accustomed to. About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was born and I know how to properly care for them! I am experienced in feeding, walking, and playing with dogs! I currently work part time Monday through Friday so I have plenty of free time to take care of and play with pets! I am great with all animals! I currently have a cat and a German Shorthair Pointer pup who is about 8 months old! I take my dog to the dog park daily and he loves running around and getting all his energy out!

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, mostly big dogs, so I’m very comfortable around pups of all sizes! I currently have my own Labrador Retriever, and I absolutely love spending time with dogs. I also work at an animal hospital, so I’m around dogs every day and have experience caring for them. Anytime on Sundays, Monday's between 11 am-3 pm and 5:30 pm-9 pm(I work a split shift), Tuesdays 1 pm-3 pm and 5:30 pm-9 pm, Wednesday's between 11 am-3 pm and 5:30 pm-9 pm, Thursdays between 1 pm-3 pm and 5:30 pm-9 pm, Fridays if I am working between 11 am-3 pm and 5:30 pm-9 pm but if I'm not I can do anytime 7 am-9 pm, Saturdays 11 am-3 pm and 5:30 pm -9 pm. I care for every pet based on their individual needs and routine. In my client’s home, I make sure pets are comfortable, safe, fed, exercised, and given plenty of attention and love. I’ll follow their normal schedule as closely as possible so they feel comfortable while their owner is away. I’m also happy to give medications when needed and keep an eye out for anything unusual with their health or behavior.

About: I have experience caring for a variety of pets with different needs and routines. I have taken care of a 1-year-old cat along with 3 other adult cats, including a cat who required at least 30 minutes of playtime and interaction every day. I have also cared for a large dog who ate home-cooked soup mixed with his food at specific feeding times, as well as a husky who stayed in an air-conditioned dog house unit and required daily vitamins and attentive care. I am good at following direction for the desired care you and your pet need. I work remotely and any activities I plan I would plan around a schedule if at all with the pet in mind. I will plan in advance for the openings I have in my schedule to permit me to be with the pet. I typically stay in the pets home to create a less stressful environment for the pet and go about its daily routine as instructed by the pet owner. I will stay as long as required by the pet owner or stay in a guest bedroom all day depending on what makes the pet owner most comfortable with.

About: I live on a small farm in Harvard we have horses , 2 dogs , 1 cat and a flock of chickens . I’m comfortable with all animals !! Oh ….. except for snakes :) I’m retired so I have plenty of time . Love spending time with all my animals and catering to their needs . My husband is semi retired so my availability is huge . My dogs are always supervised when outside exploring our 15 acres . They love outside time !!! They also of course enjoy their couch time .

About: I've had a love/passion for dogs since I was born into this life. Growing up, I've always had a dog in the house, so it easily became the norm for me. I have experience with a wide variety of breeds, including doberman, pitbulls, great dane, labs, boxers, beagles, and mutts. I truly love them all. I'm open to taking care of all breeds. I don't discriminate! One thing I will note is that I specialize in high energy/working dogs and am very familiar with larger breeds. Just to give you a quick example, I raised a Doberman from a puppy which led to me learning A LOT throughout the process. Doberman are a working breed and require plenty of mental and physical stimulation & I think I cracked the code! I’ve developed a deep understanding of what high-energy dogs need to thrive. I'm good at stimulating their minds, keeping them active and most importantly, happy. I'm not a certified dog trainer, but I do understand the importance of balancing their physical and mental well-being, and I'm dedicated to ensuring each dog has a great time with me! I'm very engaging and mindful, so whatever your dog may need, whether it's staying active outside or relaxing at home, I will do my best to provide. That's a promise.
