About: Hi there! My name is Dawn - I've always had cats for as long as I can remember. Over the years I've had 4 cats, I've volunteered at a few cat shelters including Ferndale Catfe and Petco. I've also fostered cats for Rosie's Kitty Catfe and I'm currently fostering for Precious Pet League. As someone who loves to travel I understand how much you will miss your pet while on vacation- knowing your pet is being well cared for and getting updates puts you and your pet more at ease. I would love to provide your cat (or small dog) the same level of care I would want for my cats while away. I also had rats growing up and would love to stop in to care for your rats, ferrets or other rodent pet. I'm a stay at home wife and have plenty of time to come to your home for proper care including play time with pictures and/or videos. My phone takes some good pictures! 🤳🏼🐈 In your home I will be there to feed, check that they have enough water, treats at your discretion and I will do my best to ensure your cat is comfortable. Daily photos and videos will be provided. I understand that sometimes cats need a bit more time to be reassured you're a safe person. I like to use Churu treats and/or catnip for cats who are a bit more shy- if your cat wants space from me I will respect that and try to provide a soothing and calm presence. Please let me know if there is anything particular that will make YOUR pet feel the most comfortable and I'll be happy to accommodate their unique needs. ---- I'm currently not offering boarding due to having a foster cat. When space opens up I will be able to take your cat for long term boarding - your cat will have his or her own guest room and if boarding is long term slow introductions to my cats will be done so your cat can be socialized and given access to the rest of the house. We have experience with successful slow introductions. I want your cat to feel at ease while you're traveling.

About: I’m an experienced and loving pet caregiver with a soft spot for dogs! I have my own pup at home and know how important it is to have someone you can trust with your fur baby. I’ve watched dogs for others, taken them on walks, and made sure they’re safe, happy, and cared for like they’re my own! As a full-time esthetician student and part-time employee, my schedule stays busy, but I’m looking to fill the gaps in a way that feels more fulfilling. That’s where pet care comes in. Spending time with animals brings me joy and peace, and I love being able to help pet parents feel confident their pets are in good hands. Whether it’s quick visits, walks, or giving a cat some company while you’re away, I’m happy to be there when my schedule allows. I will always treat your pet like family. I make sure they’re comfortable, safe, and getting the love and attention they need. I’ll play with them, take them on walks or runs (if they’re up for it), feed them on schedule, refill water, and can administer medication if needed. My goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away.

About: I have taken care of all ages, but my specialty is seniors. I am great with furry friends that love a strict schedule as well as those that go with the flow. I am great at hiding icky medicine in their favorite foods. I am also active and would love to go on walks or play fetch with the energetic babies. I truly enjoy pet care, and at this time I am available on the weekends and an odd Friday. I am able to pop in for check-ins and potty breaks or stay full time. I am great at following instructions for your pets care. I always clean up after watching fur babies and try to leave the place better than I found it. I bring my own food most often as well.

About: I have been a pet owner my entire life, I grew up on a horse ranch, which exposed me to many different types of animals. I usually would get young animals, from cats, dogs and horses...it would give me the chance to train them. I am very Blessed to be able to stay at home...I am available 24/7, 7 days a week. I have a 3 year old very friendly golden retriever. 4 outdoor cats, 3 adults and 3 baby kittens I believe pets are like children, food and water along with a friendly voice goes a long way. I get along with both cats and dogs.

About: I have taken care of dogs on my own for 10 years. I have always had dogs growing up though. I have helped rescue dogs, bathe them, walk them and worked on beginners training with them. 😊🐶 I have been background checked, fully vaccinated and finger printed for my career as a nurse. Since my semester just ended, I am available on a regular basis I have two dogs in my home currently. One is a rescue Wheaton terrier (Lilly) she is 2 and a rescue golden doodle (Marley) who is 7 months. I can feed your dogs, crate them, walk them, play and love on them ❤️ I will treat them like family! I also have experience with bigger dogs (pit lab mix, and boxer lab mix) 😊 Currently CPR and First Aid certified through American Red Cross

About: Growing up on a farm we always had animals. Horses, cows, chickens, dogs, cats. I have been around all breeds of all animals! I have relatives and close friends who would rely on me to take care of their farm animals and house animals while they were away! I currently work at Boot Barn in Lake Orion so I try to keep my bookings in between Romeo and Auburn Hills. I prefer not to stay overnights but can do late night and early morning check ins, if it is needed I am available to stay it’s just not preferred! I’m pretty flexible all around. Although it would not be preferred I can host animals at my house. I don’t have a lot of yard space but we do a lot of walks around our neighborhood! I’m someone you can trust to follow the rules of your home and pets! I’m an active person myself so I do enjoy talking walks or runs while having a furry friend with me!

About: I have always been an animal lover. I have been around birds, dogs, cats, hamsters, and rabbits since I was 2. I have extensive knowledge of animal body language and behavior and am constantly seeking to learn more. I have 12 years of combined personal and professional experience in pet sitting. I walk, feed, play with, and spend a lot of time assuring the pets under my care are not stressed, or bored. I provide a very natural transition from your home to mine as I do not use kennels or crates (unless instructed by the owner). In my clients' homes, I provide drop-in visits which include an hour of play and attention, assuring the pet is comfortable, has been walked (when applicable), has eaten, and has an overall clean environment while you are away. I also provide walking services for doggos! I walk them around your neighborhood for an hour, and if needed I run with them, I can enforce already pre-existing training during that time as well.
