About: I used to have 3 cats, named Mist/Bliss/Derpy. we had to give them away because my moms boyfriend didn't like the smell of their spray and we couldnt get the cats to stop. anyway, I cared for them since they were old enough to come home from their foster mom. About: I want you to know that I have experience with giving animals pills. I have also watched dogs with trauma who have a hard time accepting new people because I have a calming presence. Not officially trained but have taken care of dogs through seizures and I'm always willing to learn more. I currently work full-time during the week between the hours of 3pm-10pm on monday and 1pm-10pm Tuesday through Friday so I am always willing to visit during the midday to check on your furry babies. I can always watch them if you have a weekend where you are away. I will not be able to take care of pets in my home because I am not allowed dogs and currently already have the max number of cats.

About: We are parents to 3 boys (baby, 3, 5 - they all love dogs) and and our 9 year old lab/ hound, Macie. We have a nice sized fenced in yard and Macie would love some fur friends to run around with. We treat our dog like our child! Brad works from home half of the week so there is not too much alone time for the dogs. Macie is able to spend as much time as she like outside during the day (and coming in and out as she pleases). We have a large fenced in yard. Our dog loves to be with other dogs. We allow our dog to sit with us on the couch so she gets lots of pets and snuggles. However on “in office” days, the dogs would be free to roam the house while we are at work (typically 8am-5pm). About: I go by my middle name Jo! Ivy is used for legal reasons. Once upon a time, I had 2 sets of parents, 2 different households, 2 sets of pets. Dad's house had a pet whippet and lab. Mom's house had three long haired cats (I know how to clean a hairball) and a collie/German shepard/lab mix. she herded us as kids, and loved to learn tricks. I love taking dogs on walks that range from a lap around the backyard to a mile and a half loop around the area. I am equally as delighted to spend hours on the couch, lounging and reorganizing their blanket nest as needed, with all the belly rubs and chin scratches they desire. Lastly, I hesitate to offer this, but I am willing to give baths to furry friends as long as theyre not super aggressive. My cats way back in the day were fond of eating with their feet. I am available any day at any time!! :) This is a part time gig for me, I am a full time college student looking to get money for a car. I will probably discontinue this when college starts in the fall. I let my dog out into the yard with supervision twice a day, and I walk her once a day right before dinner. I keep all dogs on their leash on their walks, but a yard with a fence is free reign. I am used to animals who try to run out the door, so I know the trick to enter with your leg first to push their noses out of the way so I can slip in.

My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is receiving loving, reliable care in a safe environment. I work from home full-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. Because I’m home, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods and will receive plenty of companionship, potty breaks, playtime, meals, and attention. I can also easily accommodate your pet’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable while you’re away. I believe every pet deserves individualized care based on their personality and routine. I take the time to get to know each pet so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether your pet enjoys walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby, I’ll make sure their needs are met. I follow all feeding schedules, administer medications if needed, keep litter boxes and living areas clean, and provide regular updates with photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own.
About: I love pets and handle almost any type of temperament :) Living in the Del Ray area, I've had many opportunities to interact with different breeds and I've never had a dog I couldn't taken care of.
