About: I’ve been lucky enough to have dogs throughout my life, giving me the background I need to properly care for your pet. My parents strongly advocated for me to be responsible for my pet, including feedings, walks and outside activities and keeping both my pet and the areas they spent time in clean and orderly. I try to spent time volunteering at the Humane Society of Macomb whenever I can, which gives me one on one access to a lot of different dogs in very different and sometimes difficult situations. I am currently working full-time as a surgical assistant in Rochester Hills Monday through Friday, but I hope to use my evening and 3 day weekends to easily fit in time for pet care. I find time with the animals cathartic after hectic days in the operatory. I have always treated the pets in my charge, whether my own or someone else’s, as precious because in my opinion, they are the family that loves you unconditionally. I’m the past, I have adjusted how I care for each animal based on the recommendations of the veterinarian, and I can easily adhere to any special requests there might be. I typically keep meals on a schedule, but again I am flexible to the needs of the pet and concerns of the owner. Puppies and dogs being a lot of light and happiness into my my world and I like to try to return the favor to them.I currently live in a ranch style condominium with a gated patio and garage. There is a large park a very short walk from my home which provides multiple trails and different areas to explore. Depending on how the owner feels, I am always open to field trips to other dog parks, beaches or really anywhere that is dog friendly and the pet feels safe and secure.

“We chose Alyssa to look after our two cats while we were in Paris for a week and a half. The first problem was our wifi went out, so we couldn't see any of our stuff. No biggie. But then Alyssa called and said the front door latch had broken and she was afraid if she locked it she wouldn't be able to get back in! We guided her to a garage door opener so she could get in and out through another door. Crisis averted. Oh, any my husband talked her through resetting the wifi. Then my mother (age 97) broke her leg and had to have surgery, so my brother and sister raced into town to be with her. Alyssa met up with my brother to get him into the house. Oh, and by the way, the boys were well taken care of. Our trip to Paris was lovely, thanks to Alyssa getting us through multiple problems at home.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I love to take care of them, play, walks etc. I work at corewell health hospital and I’m looking for a weekend job to get some extra money. I will take extraordinary care of your fluffy babies I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of available time to take care of your little ones and give them the attention they need! I have a small cat at home who loves to play with others to keep your furry one company. I have a decent sized yard for running around and playing outside if desired also.

“We worked with Darren for 6+ months for reoccurring visits 3 days a week for our dog to let her out mid-day while we worked at the office. Darren was great! Great communicator. We loved getting all of the photo updates of our dog having a great time running around outside. Gave her a much needed break during the day until we got home. Glad to know she was being so well taken care of. Would highly recommend Darren for all of your dog care needs!”

About: I have experience taking care of friends, family, and neighbors pets my whole life. I have personally taken care of a variety of pets in my home since a very young age. I am more then happy to take your dogs to dog parks, go for a run, or spending quality time with your fur babies!! I may not be a vet however I have been properly trained in first aid and am a certified EMT. I am a full time college student at Oakland University so I am happy to help take good care of your pets by walking or dropping in Fridays-Sundays!! I have a wide yard that is easily accessible to a lead to allow your pets to run around and play!! I also have my own dog who is kind and friendly and would be willing to keep your pets some company as well!! There are also plenty of trails close by that can be a great form of exercise for your pups💕
