She was respectful of the house, removed her shoes and went above and beyond while she was checked in on our puppy. She took outside for bathroom breaks and played with Hope for the remaining time. She cared for our cats during an unpredicted and unprecedented blizzard that occurred while we were out of the country (before we left, 3-4 inches max were predicted and instead it was 1-2 feet!). In typical Rachel fashion she proactively communicated, worked out a plan to ensure the cats were safe and fed during the blizzard, and even checked the feedback from our automatic feeders on the days she was unable to physically get to them. She provided valuable feedback on our snow removal situation that helped us ensure the way was cleared and safe from afar. Our very shy kitty Misty felt safe enough to play with Rachel, and by the end of our trip she did not run or hide when Rachel came in (which is unheard of!). Rachel is thoughtful, detailed, reliable, an excellent communicator, and creates an environment where my cats are not only well cared for but feel safe and comfortable as well. About: I’ve taken care of dogs, bunnies, fish, and guinea pigs since around age 11. Neighbors and family trust me to walk, feed, cuddle and play with any fur babies. I am currently a full time college student on summer break until late August. I am currently working part-time at a job with flexible hours, so I am able to work around certain request times. I am comfortable cuddling and playing with your animals inside or outside the home! I will crate animals if requested. I am highly communicative and will send updates/pictures from the visit/sitting. The more the merrier!

About: I have always been surrounded by pets; enjoy giving plenty of attention; and have cared for their well-being (bathing, administering medications, monitoring recuperations after illness/surgery). I work full-time during the school year (August 20 - June 15; leave home at 7:30 a.m. and I am home by 4:30 p.m.) and have my evenings and weekends free. During the summer I am home and available during the daytime as well. I am available for check-ins, walks, and stays. Your companion would be cared for by keeping to his/her routine/schedule, keeping them safe, following any additional instructions, and giving them lots of attention and playtime.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8, from watching relatives dogs to neighbors across the street. I personally have two large German Shepards in Connecticut. I’ve volunteered at MSPCA in Boston and worked with puppies there. I’m very patient with dogs of all ages and activity levels! I am available all day! I am home for the summer after graduating college, so I have a lot of availability during the week and weekends! I have a very large living room with plenty of space for animals! I also have a large yard for them to walk around and love going on walks with dogs.

About: Hey there! My name is Alexis. I am a very caring and friendly young woman! I’ve grown up with animals of aalllll sorts lol, I am quite familiar with signals and all types of signs (i.e sickness, potty break, hurt, etc.) I will go above and beyond to make sure your dog is happy and healthy to the best of my ability. I love to go on walks or go play out in the back, outdoor play time is 100% guaranteed! Rest assured all of your house rules will be followed through with, I will carry out any reasonable accommodation! Your pup leaves with a big smile and a treat! I work part time Monday-Wednesday 8a-4p, but my spouse will be home to carry out any necessary request until my return. I am completely free through the rest of the week! Given that I have a four year old home is thoroughly cleaned quite often. Kitchen can be blocked off for those whose nose gets them in trouble. Your pup will ALWAYS be leashes while going outside to prevent any accidents and for peace of mind for everyone.

About: My family got a chocolate lab when I was 8 & I have had pets ever since. I am a part time nanny of 2 boys, 5 & 9. I cared for their elderly dog of 15 along with them for the last year of his life. I am very patient & gentle, I do not yell or get overly upset with children or animals. At the end of their dog Madden’s life he had a lot of accidents & emotional needs. Cleaning up after him & taking care of him never bothered me. It made me happy to give him comfort & nurturing, especially at the very end when he wasn’t feeling very well. I cared for my family dog similarly when he was at the end of his life. I had my first personal pet Cornica the cat (pictured with the corn toy lol) for 9 happy years. She unfortunately passed in 2024 from a severe hyper thyroid issue that came on very suddenly. Putting her down was the hardest most painful decision of my life but it was what was best for her. 2 months later I rescued my two sister cats Ice Cream & Sundae from a local cat shelter. They are such wonderful good girls & I am so blessed to have them. We all love each other very much. My sister’s dog who I have cared for many time has allergies so I have experience in providing both medication & supplements to dogs. I also have experience with providing medication & supplements to cats as I mentioned Cornica had a thyroid issue & I give my current cats preventative vitamins. I love all types of animals including those seen as scary such as tarantulas, reptiles & snakes. As you can see I have my cousin’s snake on my head in one photo. I even like bugs & do not kill them. I added the photo of me with the dolphin just because it was such an amazing experience & dream of mine I was able to achieve. I work part time as a nanny on a rotating schedule, so I either work Monday & Wednesday during the week or Tuesday & Thursday. Weekends I am always free. Fridays I do work for my side business, I am a professional psychic for the last 6 years. I am very gentle, patient & cautious with my cats & other people’s animals. After my first cat passed from being sick so suddenly I am extremely proactive & even a bit hyper vigilant to make sure everyone is happy & healthy. I am very tapped into their usual behaviors & personalities to be quick to notice any deviations. I have lots of toys, scratch posts & comfy places for my ‘beans’. We play & cuddle all the time. Vet & nurses comment on what good, sweet girls they are. I make sure they get plenty of open window & enrichment time as well. I keep very clean litter boxes too to encourage great bathroom behavior & comfortability for them.
