“My husband was away for business and I had to work during the day. When original sitter plans fell through, Melissa was willing to help and she was AMAZING! She was respectful of the house, removed her shoes and went above and beyond while she was checked in on our puppy. She took outside for bathroom breaks and played with Hope for the remaining time. She even changed her water. Her notes were so fun to read and we enjoyed the photos she shared. Melissa is reliable and trustworthy. Thank you!”

“Rachel was wonderful - she went above and beyond to make sure our cats were well cared for and was super communicative with me. One of our cats is very anxious when we are not home and she really put in a lot of extra time and effort to make sure she was taken care of.”

About: I have had dogs all my life, I am very well-versed in dog walking, feeding, and playing, and I have taken part in training all my family dogs. I have dog sat since I was a teen for a neighborhood Dalmatian growing up. I am loving and caring for dogs and cats. I work in west Hartford so I can dog walk in that area T-F 3:45-4:45 Vernon areas T-F 4:45-7:45 pm Saturday and Sundays time are flexible I work full-time as a preschool teacher at the American School for the Deaf and am currently in my last year of grad school for my Special Education Master's. I live in Vernon with my fiancée and our son and dog. we are well versed in extra curricular for our son, taekwondo and swimming lessons but always have time to take our pup for a walk or to the dog park for some fetch. I am comfortable letting your dog in and out of the crate, taking them on walks, and taking them for a playdate with my dog if they are dog-friendly. there is a fenced in dog park in Vernon we can play at as well

“Melissa checked in on our 2 cats while we were away for a long weekend. It made us feel so much better to know our babies were in good hands! Thank you so much ♥️”

“Jo was terrific! Very communicative and responsible. She sent us photos every day of our cat Olivia who seem to have a terrific time visiting with her. I would highly recommend Jo to anyone looking for someone who wants to be sure that their pet will be well taken care of.”

“Karinna was so great with my dog Lucy! From our meet and greet to the drop in visits, I felt extremely comfortable knowing my dog would be in good hands. Thank you so much!!”

“Stephanie is such an amazing pet sitter, I couldn’t recommend her more! I have two dogs and two cats who are basically my babies and she’s taken care of them multiple times when we’ve gone out of town. We are picky with who we let into our home to take care of our fur babies because our two dogs especially are high maintenance, but she’s always risen up to the challenge! One of our dogs is a high energy Australian shepherd who needs to be played with and taken on walks to tire out, while the other has multiple medications he needs to take daily. Our cats can be standoffish to strangers but they immediately took to her. She took care of all of that and more, and sent us many pictures while we were gone so we were sure our babies were in good hands. Again, definitely recommend!”

“Julia has watched my dog Kili for as long as he's been alive (3 years). Having previous vet tech experience, I will always choose Julia over anyone else. Not only does she know how to adapt to my dogs needs, she loves animals first and foremost and it shows whenever she takes care of Kili. I have given her detailed rules and needs for my dog many times and she always follows them perfectly. I love that she also gives feedback on how my dog is doing both while I am away and when I return to him. Lastly, Kili is a Labrador that has high energy and needs lots of exercise so he's not anxious. Despite his large size, Julia is more than comfortable playing with Kili. Anytime I come home from vacation, he is knocked out on the couch for hours which makes me very happy. It is for these reasons that I strongly recommend Julia for any dog owner and can confidently say you will not be disappointed with her results.”

“Kelsie does an amazing job with our two pups! My husband and I work third shift and she is beyond accommodating when it comes to drop in visits at odd times. One of our dogs has severe anxiety and was immediately at ease upon meeting Kelsie. Highly recommend ☺️”

“Jen is a great cat sitter! She takes notes beforehand and did everything we asked for. She always takes a lot of photos during the visit, which makes us very happy. She even swept the floor even we didn't ask her to do it. Will definitely rebook again!”

“Amber loves animals and is very caring, especially towards cats and dogs. She often helps me with my dog who has arthritis as well as allergies. Amber gives me tips that help me with pets.”

“Elizabeth did an outstanding job with our two dogs! She always sent pics and took great care make sure they had what they needed. Highly recommended and will work with her again.”

About: Growing up I have always had both cats and dogs, some of which were cases of needing to go the extra mile due to sickness. I am up for the arrangements of making sure to do what is needed to guarantee a pet's safety and health. I am very motivated with making sure photo/video updates are always being sent to give peace of mind while you're dealing with being home sick from your fur babies as well. Will accommodate and respect owners wishes when it comes to their homes as well as mine to ensure trust. Every day I am a routine dog and cat caretaker to my own. (1 dog and 5 cats). I wake up in routine of letting out my dog out to do his business as well as feeding 5 cats alongside him twice a day on a weekday basis. Weekends are more so flexible with having the freedom to take walks and adventure. I work 8am until 5pm at a full-time job, so I am more of evening assistance, but weekends are usually more open. Every pet has its own personality and routine. My dog gets let out in the morning and then fed his mix of specific bladder/UTI aid food. 1 of 5 cats has a rabbit mane diet, she gets fed next. The other 4 are all sync'd up and luckily eat in peace in our home. Mandatory clean litterboxes at end of each day as well as a cleanup right after the dog takes his business to keep with a clean yard.

“Chelsea was great! Very informative about what was going on while I was on my trip and sent me pictures to ease every wonder I had.. She made sure Bella was calm and soothed before leaving her full of anxiety and that I most of all appreciated more than ever because my baby has separation anxiety and so do I ? We will definitely be booking Chelsea again safe to say she’s got new regulars coming her way so watch out people ?”
