Originally requested daycare for ~4 hrs, but appointments at Mayo kept being added on. Thought we would be finished around 2 pm, but not finished at Mayo until ~4 pm...no problem with David and his wife. Our Piper is a small rescue mix-breed with some anxiety issues, but she did great with their boxers. Several pictures were sent throughout the day that definitely decreased my anxiety. We were even gifted special treats that were sent home with Piper. I highly recommend, and will definitely use again in the future with our appointments at Mayo.”

About: We’re a small-dog-loving, bilingual family with over 5 years of experience caring for pets—our own and others’. We are a multi-generational home, where i work from home and my retired parents stay active maintaining the household. This means we provide your dog with plenty of attention, routine updates, and one-on-one care. My parents enjoy taking dogs on daily walks around our quiet, safe neighborhood and sometimes even drives to the nearby park for longer strolls. We are attentive to individual feeding/dietary needs, and keeping the space clean and calm. We offer several quiet areas for resting, a secure backyard, and a 3-season porch perfect for shy or senior pups. Our 8-pound chihuahua enjoys other small dogs but also has her own space if needed. We follow your instructions closely and treat your pup like part of the family! =) Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. I work from home with regular breaks, and my retired, active parents help with walks and attention throughout the day. Our small dog goes out 3–4 times daily, and we can match your pet’s routine closely. We’re flexible most days except Wednesdays (no new drop offs this day, and pickups only after 8:30pm) and can provide weekend coverage three weekends a month. Preferred drop-off/pickup times are before 10am or after 4pm on weekdays, with advance notice for exceptions and flexible on weekends. Due to work my calendar and availability is up to date about two months in advance. **Dogs over 25 pounds will require meet and greet*** In our home, your dog will have safe, clean, and comfortable options based on their needs. We offer a fully fenced backyard with shade and toys, a 3-season porch for dogs who prefer quiet or indoor sun, and a temperature-controlled garage for extra space and calm. Our own small dog has her own area, ensuring your pet can relax whether they’re social or more independent.
About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life, and my love and respect for them is endless. Caring for pets is not just a responsibility for me—it’s something I truly enjoy. I love going for walks, playing, giving affection, and making sure every pet gets the care, attention, and love they deserve… and a little extra. Whether it’s keeping them active, comfortable, or simply happy, I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m a medical doctor currently studying from my apartment in downtown to validate my degree in the U.S., so I spend most of my day at home. This gives me plenty of time and flexibility to care for your pets. I love walking, taking dogs out for fresh air, and staying active—I exercise for about an hour each day and enjoy including furry friends in my routine. My own pets are in Colombia, and I miss them dearly, so all the love and care I have is ready to be shared with animals who need it. Your pet will receive my full attention, affection, and care. I live in a safe downtown apartment, enjoy taking regular walks, and will make sure your pet feels happy, secure, and loved as if they were my own. I can also follow any special care instructions to ensure their comfort and well-being.

He also walks Gizmo often. Gizmo is a friendly dog but Cesar is careful when strangers approach him to make sure both Gizmo and others feel comfortable with the interaction. Cesar is responsible and always carries bags with him to clean up after Gizmo. It is obvious to me that he loves animals as he has a dog named Luna and a bird named Pepe both who receive the best of care and get lots of attention. Luna has a fenced in backyard where she gets exercise and playtime with Cesar and family. I believe Cesar would be great at caring for other dogs!”
