About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life, and my love and respect for them is endless. Caring for pets is not just a responsibility for me—it’s something I truly enjoy. I love going for walks, playing, giving affection, and making sure every pet gets the care, attention, and love they deserve… and a little extra. Whether it’s keeping them active, comfortable, or simply happy, I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m a medical doctor currently studying from my apartment in downtown to validate my degree in the U.S., so I spend most of my day at home. This gives me plenty of time and flexibility to care for your pets. I love walking, taking dogs out for fresh air, and staying active—I exercise for about an hour each day and enjoy including furry friends in my routine. My own pets are in Colombia, and I miss them dearly, so all the love and care I have is ready to be shared with animals who need it. Your pet will receive my full attention, affection, and care. I live in a safe downtown apartment, enjoy taking regular walks, and will make sure your pet feels happy, secure, and loved as if they were my own. I can also follow any special care instructions to ensure their comfort and well being. ✨ If the owners are okay with it, I love giving the pets I take care of a little gift my homemade chicken feet gummies 🐾. They’re super simple, made only with chicken and water, healthy, and full of protein and collagen that can help their joints and skin. I will offer 10 gummies as a special gift 💝
“My pickles absolutely loved his walk with Denielle. Her communication and attention to detail are top notch. If you are looking for top teir dog sitter or walker who loves your furry friends like her own then look no further!”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid! I currently have two golden retrievers, a cat and a horse. I am very responsible, and I love to be outside walking! I currently own my own spa, so my hours are fairly flexible around appointments. I always schedule time into my day to be able to walk my own dogs, and I only work 4.5 days a week at the spa I am used to walking two big dogs together, sometimes 3 when I babysit my sisters dog. My younger dog is quite rambunctious, so I am good with energy
“Andrea is great! She was the 5th person I contacted in a day to walk my dog Morgan and she answered very quickly! She was on time, did the rover card, and took lots of pictures. I would use her again if we're in the area!”

About: I have cared for everything from puppies to senior dogs as well as cats, small mammals (guinea pigs, hamsters, etc), and lizards. Each animal has such personality that I am excited to learn. During the school year (September-May) I am available evenings and weekends. During the summer (June-august) I have way more flexibility and can work with your needs. I unfortunately cannot take care of any fury animals in my home due to my family members allergies. However, I will follow whatever guidelines you may have.
About: Hello! Thanks for considering me to care for your furry companion. I have been around all types of animals for as long as I can remember. We always had pets in my family growing up. I have spent a lot of time over the past decade walking for and training my own dog, Bowie, but after his passing I've found myself with a lot of time and love to give. I am comfortable with all breeds and have lots of experience caring for large dogs. I work a full-time office job and am not available most weekdays until after 6pm. Tuesday is the exception during the week and I should have free time to take care of any pet that may need it. I care for your pets in your home by respecting their boundaries, giving them plenty of attention, taking our time to sniff on walks, and whatever else you or they would like. My goal is to treat each pet as if they are my own.
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, and caring for them has always been second nature. I grew up with birds, learning patience and gentleness from an early age, and throughout my school years I helped neighbors with their dogs, including walking, feeding, and making sure they felt happy and safe while their families were away. Today, I care for my own cat, who reminds me daily how important consistency, love, and attention to detail are. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, or just making sure pets feel comfortable and secure, I treat every animal as if they were part of my own family, especially those I care for in shelters. I work 8-hour shifts with varying start times, which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the week. On many days I’m available for daytime check-ins and walks, and I’m also free evenings and weekends. My schedule allows me to reliably fit pet care into my routine, making sure your pets get consistent attention and love when you need it most. I focus on caring for pets in the comfort of their own homes, where they feel safest and most at ease. I’m experienced with feeding, litter box and waste cleanup, walking, providing plenty of playtime, and making sure pets are comfortable and secure. I’m reliable, attentive, and treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring peace of mind for you while you’re away.

Rochester dog parents share their Rover experiences
Matthew did an excellent job with my 12-year-old dachshund named Isaac. He was quick to respond, right on time, very friendly, and is clearly experienced with dogs. Isaac can sometimes feel stressed when separating from me in a new environment, but Matthew immediately knew how to help keep him calm and comfortable. He sent photos during the walk, recommended some great parks and dog-friendly walking areas around Rochester, and chose an excellent place for us to meet. You can tell he genuinely enjoys spending time with animals and pays attention to their individual needs and personalities. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would absolutely trust Matthew with Isaac again in the future. I highly recommend Matthew for taking good care of people's pets.

While we were away, Anne cared for our elderly dog. We can’t say enough about how great her care was for our old gal! We are so thankful for her attention to detail and thoughtfulness in providing the right amount of exercise, affection, food and water. We definitely recommend Anne!
