“Jen was absolutely AMAZING with our Jimmy! He gets separation anxiety when we are gone & she was like the dog whisperer with him! He had so much with her & her dogs & we didn't worry at all about him cuz we knew he was in good hands! We will definitely be back!!”

“Stacy was wonderful with my two cats! I’ve never actually dropped them off with anyone before, so this was a first for me. Stacy made the process painless, and was available over a holiday weekend, which was a lifesaver! She provided lots of updates each day, including photos. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter!”

“Brooke did an excellent job taking care of my dog, Bruno. He’s a large German Shepherd and can be pretty anxious in new situations, but she handled him with patience and care. She clearly knows what she’s doing and took extra time to make sure he was comfortable. She also kept me updated throughout the day, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with him again.”

“Jasmine did a great job taking care of Arlo and helped me out with my last minute request! She sent me updates and pictures throughout his stay. I would definitely recommend having her watch your pet !!”

“David was great to work with and we felt very comfortable leaving our pup in his hands. He consistently communicated with us providing updates which gave us peace of mind that Bo was in good company & care.”

“Andria and her family were a great fit for our pup! They sent many pictures and it is clear that he felt very comfortable with them. We will definitely have them sit our dog again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from your own for a bit!”

“Geezer loves going to Andrea. He particularly looks forward to all the new pups/dogs he will meet. He comes home exhausted and happy- exactly what you want your pup to be.”
“Ben & Jennifer were both awesome! They sent a ton of pictures while they had my dog and made sure he felt comfortable. They went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute sitter need - I can’t recommend them enough!”

“Great setting on a farm in rural Lake City. Lovely place for Luna to spend a few days running around and exploring :) Communication was frequent and picture updates were fun and appreciated.”

“An amazing person to take your pets to, very attentive and caring and even got me a little refund when I didn’t book correctly my first time! Definitely recommend and will be booking Mathew & Angela again.”

“Michelle was fantastic with Juniper. Juniper is a super nervous dog and Michelle was very patient with her. Gave me plenty of updates knowing how nervous I was. Will definitely book with her in the future!”

“Cooper enjoyed his stay at Cynthia’s place. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our dog. Cynthia was flexible and communicated with us about Cooper during his stay. We have found a home away from home for Cooper and will book again!”

“Can you give double 5 star ratings?? Margarita was so wonderful for us and our fur baby! She treated Pip like part of the family, sent us pictures, created fun videos, dealt with the spring shedding season, and even gave him a bath so he would be clean for the trip we were taking after picking him up. She is amazing!”

“Our dog Sue is 12 1/2 years old. She is a senior rescue and goes everywhere with us. But while I but I was having surgery at Mayo Clinic, we needed to find someplace for her. jennifer and Scott’s beautiful home with a fenced yard was a home away from home. Sue was allowed free roam and not required to be in a kennel or crate. She was not left on her own. They do doggie daycare and Sue loved having the other dogs around during the day and then her own space at night. They updated us with photos. It was as good as it gets and I was grateful knowing she was n a good place where she was safe and part of the family.”

“Donna did great. She sent updates with pictures and was flexible with times for pick up/drop-off. She was able to exercise our dog, give him his oral medications, let him out in the middle of the night when he demanded, and provide lots of cuddles.”

“Rebecca once again was a great sitter for my lab Link! She is very attentive to the dogs that she cares for and always keeps us updated. I can always rest assure that Link is in good hands when he's in her care. We will definitely being using her in the future! Thank you Rebecca!”

Here’s a warm, polished Rover review you could post for Skye’s sitter 🐶💚 We had such a wonderful experience with Skye’s stay! She had an absolute blast and came home happy, comfortable, and very well cared for. It was clear she was treated like part of the family the entire time ❤️ Skye especially loved spending time and playing with their two dogs — they all got along so well and she had so much fun! We really appreciated all the love, attention, and updates while we were away. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in such a caring and safe environment. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and attentive sitter for their pets 🐾

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
