“Taylor did an excellent job caring for my two dogs and my home while I was out of town on vacation over Labor Day Weekend. The boarding place I usually use was full, and I had never had someone come stay in my home. To say I was nervous would be an understatement. I had no idea what to expect, how it worked, or if my belongings, pets, and home would be safe. Taylor proactively communicated with me leading up to my departure date, and made sure that he had everything he needed. He covered every base. He sent me regular updates about the dogs. Photos of them eating, resting, and walking. Once I got the first photos of the pups I knew they'd be okay. I want to express my gratitude to Rover and to Taylor for making me feel so at ease. I now know that I have a pet-sitter I can rely on, which makes it so much easier on my nervous system when travel is coming up. A big Thank You to Taylor and Rover for helping me have a great trip and ensuring my pets and home were cared for.”

About: I’ve always love animals ever since I’ve been a child. I’ve always have had some type of animals. Growing up we would rescue dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, and also rats. My mom and sister have their own little farm with many rescues in with and also a turkey, ducks and lots for chickens. I go there a few times a week to help out and get my hands dirty. I can be around just about any kinda pet, I’m not afraid of any reptiles, or rodents. I’ve pet sit two elder dogs that did have to take medications for different problems. I have an elder cat of my own that I’ve had ever since I was a child, we follow a routine for her every day to keep her motivated and content. I have two huskies that I take long walk with every day.They love to send some of their day sleeping and playing with the cats.

Communication was great and she goes above and beyond with things like making extra treats and offering to come back because our flight was delayed. My dogs were very happy when we got home! About: I love playing with pets, going on walks/jogs and relaxing on the couch with them after a long day. I have been a pet owner for 15 years. I work full time during the week and available for boarding over the weekend or holidays without an issue. I will update my calendar during the week when I’m not working and can offer walks or visits I have a fenced backyard with about 400 square feet, a friendly boy German Shepard (almost 2) that loves to play with other pups he is also kennel trained.

“Myung was amazing! He stayed at my house and took care of my dogs for a week. He gave me daily updates. He has a very calm demeanor and was wonderful with my dogs. He left the house clean and went above and beyond. It’s comforting to know that the dogs were happy while we were out of town and my home was safe. I will definitely be requesting Myung again when we plan another trip!!”

“Cassandra was delightful and we are so grateful that she was able to take care of our dog and cat for 3 nights at our house. We never used Rover or a pet/house sitter before, but we will absolutely use Cassandra again for future trips. She was great with communication and even sent pictures of the animals for my kids. About: I grew up with dogs and love them. I’m currently a nanny and treat their family dog as my own. I am in the process of finding my own fur pup as well. I’m available most weekdays 7-1 and most evenings after my nanny shift is over. Weekends do vary but I can always work around those hours if needed. I am very caring and I love to do research when I have any concern or questions. I am also very patient when it comes to animals.

She is a 10 mo puppy horse & can be intimidating and needy, but he connected with her quickly and has experience with large, working breeds & he was great with her. About: Dogs and cats have been in my life since I was a toddler and over the last couple years, i’ve raised 2 litters of kittens on my own, and 1 litter of puppies. I’m gentle and caring when it comes to my dogs, and any other dogs or cats. Currently I have a part time job so usually I have a lot of spare time with my pets personally, but I would love to meet and take care of more dogs and cats. First off, I would like to build a relationship with your fur-babies to be able to build that trust with them. I have 2 adult dogs at home, and one playful puppy which would definitely help for socializing.

“Jessica has always taken very good care of all her pets. She's even looked after mine whenever I'm gone for vacation. I'm alot more at ease being able to be away from home knowing she's taking care of my pets. She keeps me update on them and also keeps them groomed. I definitely recommend her!”

“Percy is an angel who took care of our babies for a week. I wanted him to spend the entire week at our house because we had a geriatric dog that we worried about. Callie was 14 but was in great health. Percy was on time and bonded with our cats and Callie right away. When we left Callie was in his arms and looked so happy. Percy sent us pictures and videos and everything was going great. Percy called the third morning we were away at 3:00 a.m. Callie was coughing and having trouble breathing. Percy sent a video and we decided that Callie needed to see the emergency vet. Percy took Callie to the vet and the prognosis wasn't good. Percy then took Callie to our regular vet at 8:00 a.m. Percy was proactive and handled all this perfectly. Our vet unfortunately agreed with the emergency vet and we had to make the horrible decision to put our precious Callie to sleep. It was a collapsed trachea that could not have been foreseen. Percy stayed up the entire night and held her and loved her for us. We were in California and it was impossible to get there but I thank God Percy was there. He continued to take care of our cats and did a beautiful job. We came home and Percy had left us a drawing of our precious Callie. He also left the house spotless and our cats happy. Percy will always take care of our pets and I can not recommend him enough.”
