Before booking, we had a meet-and-greet and were even introduced to another dog that would be staying at the same time, which I really appreciated—it showed how much they care about making sure all the dogs get along. They communicated daily and shared plenty of photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Their backyard is perfect for dogs who love to run and play, so my pups got lots of exercise in addition to their walks. I also made the mistake of not packing enough food (our dogs usually don’t eat much when staying with sitters), but they ended up eating every meal. Heather went above and beyond to make sure they were well fed despite my oversight. We will definitely be utilizing Heather for future sitter needs.”

About: I became a dog mom at 19, and have been dog-sitting off and on ever since! While the extra income is always nice, I mainly do it to prevent coming home with a new puppy every week. I treat all the dogs I meet like they're my own and give them as much love as I do to my own babies - an 11 year old Lab mix and 6 year old German Shepherd! They both have loved every dog I've ever had staying at my house. I'm comfortable with all breeds and all ages, and have no problem giving medications if needed. I am available during the daytime for long walks and have a very flexible work schedule, which means a lot of play time for your pup! I’m currently working remote part-time and have the flexibility to choose my own hours, which means I have plenty of spare time during the day to spend with your pup! I treat your pets as if they are my own, giving them the same amount of love and attention if not more! I always make sure they are well cared for and that the client comes home to a clean house and happy pets!

About: I grew up with several different kinds of animals at home. My first job was at a pet store and I have continued to love caring for animals since then. I've taken care of friends and neighbors pets for several years. I am comfortable with any pet, as long as they have a good temperament. I am a fourth grade teacher, so my schedule is completely open in the summer. During the school year, my availability is mostly limited to weekends. At my home I have a fenced in backyard and two high energy dogs ( a Dutch Shepherd and a Corgi) who would love a buddy to play with. I also have three children, ages 8-15, who like to help take care of our furry friends. At your home you can expect your pet to be cared for just like you were there, whether they need to be walked or just let out and played with while you are away. Dogs must be crate trained for boarding or day care at my home. This allows me to make sure my pets and yours are safe when I leave the house.

Right now I have two huge inside boy kitties..and a long hard Chihuahua and a Chihuahua terrier mix and a lab shephard mix they are all neutered and older gentlemen...I have had pigs, goats, cattle, horses, sheep, rabbits, hamsters, fish, chickens still, cats, dogs and a iguana on weekends in 8th grade LOL...I can walk your babies hold them spoil them and take care of any special needs they might have but I'm not medically trained . I do not currently have any pets, so I am able to accommodate animals who may have anxiety or prefer to be the only animal in the house. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. Growing up I was around breeds such as Labradors, Cocker Spaniels, Chows, German Shepards, Poodles and Lhasa Apsos. The first time I became a dog mom was to Zoe, a Bichon Frise. I lived in Chicago at the time in an apartment so I had to walk her multiple times a day. Bichons also need a lot of maintenance with their fur, so I’m very familiar with grooming methods of that type of breed. After Zoe, I became a dog mom to a Pit Bull/German Shepherd puppy, Garner. I got him when he was 8 weeks old and had him for 13.5 years. I understand the level of care a puppy needs as well as a senior dog. I’m also very familiar with handling large breeds on a leash. I understand how a pet is part of the family and I will show your dog lots of love and affection, just like I would my own. I am available Monday-Friday 8am-2pm then from 6pm-8pm. I’m available 7am-10pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please contact me if you need help outside of those times and I can try to work with you. I am a Senior in high school and I only go to campus for 2 hours everyday. So that leaves plenty of time for me to take care of your pet! Their backyard is perfect for dogs who love to run and play, so my pups got lots of exercise in addition to their walks. I also made the mistake of not packing enough food (our dogs usually don’t eat much when staying with sitters), but they ended up eating every meal. Heather went above and beyond to make sure they were well fed despite my oversight. We will definitely be utilizing Heather for future sitter needs.”

About: I became a dog mom at 19, and have been dog-sitting off and on ever since! While the extra income is always nice, I mainly do it to prevent coming home with a new puppy every week. I treat all the dogs I meet like they're my own and give them as much love as I do to my own babies - an 11 year old Lab mix and 6 year old German Shepherd! They both have loved every dog I've ever had staying at my house. I'm comfortable with all breeds and all ages, and have no problem giving medications if needed. I am available during the daytime for long walks and have a very flexible work schedule, which means a lot of play time for your pup! I’m currently working remote part-time and have the flexibility to choose my own hours, which means I have plenty of spare time during the day to spend with your pup! I treat your pets as if they are my own, giving them the same amount of love and attention if not more!
