“We moved to the area in July and were really searching for a dog sitter. Our lives changed drastically when we moved as where before we moved someone was home every four hours with our dog Gabe. Moving to Wyandotte changed that as we both commute to work and coming home for lunch is not a possibility. Finding Erin was a God-send. For not only is she an awesome friend to Gabe but she is responsible, dependable and willing to switch her schedule to accommodate ours. That’s pretty hard to find no matter where you live. We trust Erin with the care of our Dog and this is very important for a special needs dog. I can tell you with certainty that WHEN you hire ERIN you get someone who puts your dog as #1. Erin is not only our dogs best buddy but also becoming our friend as well. Gabe’s ears raise to attention when we say “Erin is coming today.” Gabe makes happy noises when Erin comes into the house. Wait maybe God-send is an understatement. Erin has blessed our lives by being that special someone we can trust to come into our house, take our dog for a walk, spend meaningful times with him and leave the house as secure as she found it. About: I’ve had numerous dogs throughout my years including fosters, seniors, puppies and newborns. I have experience administering medications and aiding in mobility for the seniors. I have a one year old german shepherd mix. I have been with and handled lots of different breeds and energy levels. Pet care is everything to me and I’m looking to open that up from just my pup. I am available most of the time except Wednesdays. I have a fenced yard, lots of toys, outdoor and indoor beds, extra leases, lick mats, separate feeding stations, as well as a crate if needed.

Unfortunately where I live now doesn’t allow for any pets so I get my fix through helping others take care of their pets! 🙂 I have taken care of dogs of all sizes & many different breeds! About: I've had dogs all my life. We just just put our dog down after 12 years from being raised as a puppy. Our family isn't ready for a new dog yet, but we love the company! As a teacher, my summer is dedicated to being home and active! I am looking forward to a summer filled with backyard play and plenty of attention for our guest pups. Since we’ll be home the vast majority of the time, your dog will have constant companionship. While we might head out for the occasional short day trip or camp drop-off, our schedule is primarily centered around being home, making us very flexible for drop-offs, pick-ups, and mid-day belly rubs! Your pup’s safety is our top priority! We have a fully fenced-in backyard where dogs can safely run, play, and explore under constant supervision. Our home is a family environment with three kids who are taught to be gentle and respectful with animals, so we do require that any guest dogs be kid-friendly. Inside, we have stairs, so please let us know if your pup has any mobility issues or needs assistance. We are also happy to crate your dog for meals or naps if that is what they are used to at home. Since we currently have no other pets, your dog will receive 100% of our attention and love during their stay

About: From the time I was a young I have loved animals, small to large. I have had experience with caring for Guinea pigs while I was young and my journey with dogs began then as well. I have cared for many of my own dogs from dachshunds to German Shepherds Dogs all my life. I have bred and shown dachshunds and have enjoyed having dogs all my types in my life. In addition I have had a couple of Angora Rabbits, gerbils, several chinchillas and birds. Right now I have two dogs that fill my life with happiness. I have dog sat for several of my friends dogs while they were away for as long as four months. In addition to dogs I have cared for my grandcats when my son has gone on vacation and lived with another grandcat for a while. I have a lot of experience giving medications, even shots, to my pets and have had a lot of experience with senior dogs. My years of experience will allow me to give your pet the care they need and deserve. I am retired and have extra time for morning to afternoon to evening visits. I will work with the time schedule your pets need to be comfortable while you are gone. Your pets comfort is my main goal. Visits with walks, feeding, treats, play and poo disposal to keep your pet comfortable and engaged while you are away. Visits for your cats on a schedule you prefer with play, feeding and cat box cleaning. Small animals and birds will also be cared for as well as you require.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and have cared for up to six at once, all with very different personalities, energy levels, and needs. This has taught me how to read behavior, stay patient, and adjust my care to each individual dog. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, playtime, walks, and making sure pets feel safe and loved while their owners are away. I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure they get plenty of attention and care. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting on both weekdays and weekends. I make sure pets are not left alone for long periods and can adjust my routine to match your pet’s normal schedule, including feeding times, walks, and playtime. About: I grew up with multiple dogs as a child and am surrounded by friends with dogs! I travel for work so unfortunately I cannot take care of a dog at home. I have a lot of patience so I can handle the chaos of puppies! I work from home so it's easy to pop out for a walk throughout the day! I work full time M-F and travel a handful of times throughout the year! I work flexibly so as long as I do not have a scheduled meeting I can step out throughout the day for a check-in or walk. I have one cat at home and he is treated like he's the king of the house! He has a cat tree to watch the neighborhood wildlife through the window and get's treats for being brave after getting his daily medicine.

About: I’ve had previous in home pet sitting experience watching a coworker’s ‘babies’. When they went on vacation I stayed with their pups for a few weeks and looked after them. I also tended to their plants and made sure to clean up around the house prior to them arriving back. The oldest dog had a specific soft food diet due to his bad teeth and the other needed frequent play, snuggle, and potty sessions because she was a smaller dog. They had a long-haired cat that I watched as well (which I found out I’m allergic to). I don’t mind taking care of cats as long as they are short-haired or hairless. I can also stop by to feed, walk, and let your dog(s) outside to potty. I’m available for dog walking and drop-ins weekly! I've done lengthier stays while pet parents have been out of town on vacation. Some previous clients also had a cat that I would take care of as well. I love to spoil animals rotten, so if I am stopping by to let out your pet(s) I will make sure they receive tons of love and treats!

About: I have lots of experience withs cats, and while i’ve never personally had a dog I have dog sat for friends and family before.
