“We hired Cindy to walk our pup while we were on vacation. I was a little worried because we have an anxious pup who can be easily overwhelmed and slow to warm up to people. Cindy was great with him! By 2 days in he was so excited for his walks he was waiting for her at the door when she arrived. She gave him the time he needed to stop and sniff which helps him decompress. Since he is part lab she really tapped into those personality traits by walking him near water and places where he could see, smell and hunt around for small animals. She was punctual and sent pictures as well as a map of his walks everyday. I will definitely hire her again!”

About: Hi there! My name is Salina! (: Any dog I’ve met I have loved & treated like my own. I have taken care of dogs my whole life and growing up we always had a dog in the home. Within the last five years I had to do a move & my current residence does not allow me to have pets unfortunately. Yes, this makes me incredibly sad because dogs are one of the greatest joys of life & if I could have a dog or two, I most certainly would. However, over the years prior, I have grown up around & taken care of boxer/pit bull mix, a Brittany Spaniel & Jack Russell terriers. I have been reliable & trusting for close friends & families on care for their dogs (small & large) at their home while they have been out of town & always treat them like my own since I can’t have any myself. Dogs are family, really any pet you have is family & always deserve all the loves & care! I am also very active & enjoy being outside, getting fresh air & exercising! I’m currently a full time nursing student & typically only work one day a week. I’m unavailable on Thursdays & available after 2pm on Fridays as of now. The rest of the days are open, usually in the mornings or depending on the times needed for your pups 😊 Making time for self care is important in between studies & what better self care is there than to be able to play & care for some fur babies! At a client’s home, I can adapt to any routines your pups may have with detailed instructions. I am sure to follow any & all instructions. I will be sure to give them quality interactions & make sure they are fed, watered & pottied & of course, all the loves, belly rubs & words of praises! I would also love to know if they have any favorite snacks and/or toys!

“I've known Stephanie for nearly 30 years. Stephanie has always loved pets(animals). She has cared for quite a few of mine over the years, she is great with them. Stephanie would foster dogs and cats if she was allowed to have several at her residence, most cities have ordinances that only allow 2-3, thats how much she loves them and being around them. Stephanie can even help with some basic training. I give her a 10+for nurture and love. She would be a provide a wonderful ,safe, loving time with other peoples pets. Those pets she would care for would be loved as if they were her own. Stephanie would be a great asset to Rover.”

About: Hi everyone! My name is Eve and this is my partner Ryan. We first started our rover journey back in July of 2022 in West Virginia though we took some time away due to our move up here to Michigan and an unexpected loss of our dog, our sweet boy Oni. After some time to process and heal, we have decided to give rover another go as we have missed the sweet and loving company of a dogs presence! (Of course, cats are welcome too!!) On that note, let me tell you a little about us and our experiences 🖤 Again hello, my name is Eve! I've loved and cared for various types of animals since I was a little girl. I grew up in a household with both cats and dogs, as well as some reptiles, fish, and rodents such as hamsters, guides pigs, rabbits, and even domesticated rats! I even did dog walking and pet sitting from a young age which is what initially inspired me to look into rover. I've also worked at jobs involving animals. Including right now! I currently work full time at a pet store. 😁 I got lucky to meet someone who loves animals just as much as I do and his name is Ryan! He grew up mainly in a household with cats but has since grown his love more towards dogs after our sweet boy Oni passed. Ryan currently works at a dog boarding place and has experience in their care alongside cats! We both have experience of newborn to senior furbabies as well. Together, we currently have 3 kitties and two domesticated pet rats but are looking to spread and share our love much further to your fur babies. ❤️🐾 Unfortunately we are no longer in a place where we can board furbabies at our house but are open to house sitting, dog walking, and drop in visits whenever needed! I also love to provide to any and all our fur baby guests seasonal/holiday themed treats and/or toys for you to take home if the pet parent would allow us to do so for giving us the opportunity to love and care for your sweet babies! ❤️ Ryan and I like to go hand in hand to give our babies the care and love they need. We don't have an exact set schedule but usually around 8am I feed our furbabies and give them a little extra care and attention before leaving for work. Ryan's schedule varies on both days and hours but we always work around each other's schedule to provide the proper care and love to our babies. When booking with us our best times would be anytime after 5pm on weekdays (normally) and any time on weekends! We always like to ask the furbabies owners what their scheduled routine is, including feeding times and when to go potty, play time, etc. And of course if they have any allergies or aggressions to be aware of like food/toy aggressions! I love to take pictures and videos every other hour so the pet parents can always know what's going on with their babies! I'll also always ask if any questions pop up about your companion in our care!

If I were going out of town again and needed someone, I'd pick her. She is a former student, and I picked her out of thousands of former students to care for our animals, two of which are seniors. About: Hello! I have one year of dog bathing/grooming experience along with a lifetime of personal experience. I've had many pets in my life, including many different breeds from rottweilers to shitzus. Im also extremely experienced with cats and even reptiles. I'm caring and just genuinely love animals. I'm also super friendly and good at communication. Excpect lots of photos of your pet while your away! im working part time hours and would love to care for your pet any other time I'm available. I'm looking forward to playing with your pets :) I have 1 year of experience working at a dog salon where the pets safety is our number one priority. If there's ever a problem I will immediately call the owner and fill them in.

About: Huge animal and huge dog lover since I was a kid. Got my first pup 12 years ago and just rescued another from the shelter 6 months ago. Never met a pup I didn’t fall in love with and they always seem to share the same feeling :) I currently work full time as a nurse which is three 12 hour shifts a week, my schedule changes but I am off every other weekend and usually every Wednesday and Friday! I will treat your home with respect and your fur baby with nothing but love and care! I am happy to walk the dog, play in the backyard, lounge and cuddle in the house. I have given oral and subcutaneous medication to my own pets before, if there is something I don’t know I am happy to learn!
