I have been caring for dogs for over ten years. I have grown up with dogs my entire life, so daily pet care has always been a natural part of my routine. From walking and feeding to playtime and companionship, caring for dogs has been something I have done every day since I was young. Through my dog-sitting experience, I have worked with dogs that have a wide range of needs and personalities. I have cared for puppies and dogs who weren't fully potty trained, so I am very comfortable cleaning up accidents and being patient while reinforcing routines. I have also cared for senior dogs, including hand-feeding dogs who didn't have teeth to make sure they were able to eat comfortably. In addition, I have experience administering medications to dogs while dog-sitting and carefully following the owners' instructions to ensure the pet stays healthy and comfortable. Daily exercise has always been important in my household, and I have walked my family's dogs every day for most of my life, so making sure dogs get the activity, stimulation, and attention they need is something I take seriously. My goal when pet sitting is to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away, and to treat every pet as if they were part of my own family.
