About: I've taken care of dogs for family members, friends, and neighbors since I was 16. They have relied on me to walk, bathe, and feed their pets. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. I am currently working from home right now, and I am in school online, so I will have plenty of time to love and take care of your babies. Trips to the dog park will always be on our to-do list to have some fun! I also have a pup loving boyfriend who would also be happy to keep your baby company.
“Kelly is amazing. Not only is she great with animals, but people too. She is caring, kind and full of energy. I highly recommend her and will tell my friends about her!”
About: I've been a dog mom to a spoiled little guy for 9 years. My dog has medical issues so I have plenty of experience administering medication. I also have 3 years of cat sitting experience, including litter box cleaning, feeding, and administering medication. I also love bugs! On the off chance you have any you need help with, I'd be honored. I love animals and I'm excited to meet yours! I have a very open schedule and I'm very flexible. The biggest thing I need to work around is medical appointments, but once I have you on schedule I can book them around your visit! Your pets safety is just as important as the safety of my own pet. I'll make sure any needs they have are met, especially for disabled pets!
About: My life doesn’t feel complete unless I have little paws around me! Right now I have three doggos…A giant Lab/Dalmatian mix, a goofy Goldendoodle, and a small Cocker Spaniel nugget. I promise that I will treat your pups just like mine and love them as much as you do! Pets are a part of our family and should be treated like it. A lot of my life is dictated around my dogs, and that’s the way it should be! I never leave them for more than 6 hours and I always make time to play and stimulate them because they wait all day for us! I love taking my dogs on new adventures and to new places so they can explore! I will follow all of your directions and keep your schedule just like you would! I always think that pets do best on a schedule so I promise to keep yours to make their life easier! I will follow their dietary restrictions along with their training!
About: I've had dogs all my life. We just just put our dog down after 12 years from being raised as a puppy. We recently just got a beagle Basset Puppy who loves to play and has gotten along great with all of the dogs we've watched so far! I am looking forward to a summer filled with backyard play and plenty of attention for our guest pups. Since we’ll be home the vast majority of the time, your dog will have constant companionship. I’m happy to send you pictures, daily updates, whatever you need! While we might head out for the occasional short day trip or camp drop-off, our schedule is primarily centered around being home, making us very flexible for drop-offs, pick-ups, and mid-day belly rubs! Your pup’s safety is our top priority! We have a fully fenced-in backyard where dogs can safely run, play, and explore under constant supervision. Our home is a family environment with three kids who are taught to be gentle and respectful with animals, so we do require that any guest dogs be kid-friendly. Inside, we have stairs, so please let us know if your pup has any mobility issues or needs assistance. We are also happy to crate your dog for meals or naps if that is what they are used to at home. Since we currently have no other pets, your dog will receive 100% of our attention and love during their stay

I’m available every weekday at any time, besides 3pm! right before or right after that I’m perfectly free to pet-sit for you!! If I pet sit before 3 I won’t need to leave by 3, I just can’t arrive at 3pm. In my home my Pit-bull is very well cared for. About: Open home with no children or other animals. All sizes of cats and dogs welcome! I hope your baby likes fun and affection because this is the place for it! I've had pets most of my life, and enjoy having happy wagging tails and purrs of contentment nearby. Pet families welcome too! Pet sitting fits seamlessly into my weekly routine, providing a meaningful way to blend responsibility with care. Each visit is thoughtfully scheduled to ensure consistency, creating a sense of comfort and safety for the pets. I prioritize secure environments, always double-checking doors, gates, and feeding instructions to protect their wellbeing. My growing knowledge of animal behavior helps me recognize what each pet needs, whether it’s a calming walk, playtime, or quiet companionship. This attentiveness brings peace of mind to pet owners and happiness to the animals, making pet sitting not just a task, but a fulfilling and trusted part of my week. When caring for a pet in someone else’s home, I prioritize trust and respect in every action I take. I understand that I’m being welcomed into a personal space, and I treat it with the same care and consideration I would expect in return. I follow all instructions closely, from feeding schedules to house rules, to ensure the pet remains comfortable and routines are maintained. I respect the home by keeping it clean and secure, and I always communicate openly with the owners, providing updates for peace of mind. Above all, I build trust by being reliable, thoughtful, and fully focused on the wellbeing of both the pet and the home.
About: I have been helping my parents with their pets for the past 15 years. At the age of 13 I was given my own puppy, which helped me understand the responsibility that it takes to care for animals. I pride myself in being a trustworthy and caring person, who loves to spend time with animals. I currently am in school for nursing so my schedule varies. I try to find free time every week to get outside and move, which is why I am looking for the opportunity to spend time with animals while I do this. I have found that animals tend to respond better to calm and collected persons, so I pride myself on staying calm under pressure. Many of the families that I have pet sit for in the past complimented my patience and caring nature.
About: I’ve been dog sitting for friends probably since I was 16. From my friends in Ohio, to those closer to home. People rely on me to be there. I’m empathic and ready to take care of your pet! Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Wyandotte
We moved to the area in July and were really searching for a dog sitter. Our lives changed drastically when we moved as where before we moved someone was home every four hours with our dog Gabe. Moving to Wyandotte changed that as we both commute to work and coming home for lunch is not a possibility. Finding Erin was a God-send. For not only is she an awesome friend to Gabe but she is responsible, dependable and willing to switch her schedule to accommodate ours. That’s pretty hard to find no matter where you live. We trust Erin with the care of our Dog and this is very important for a special needs dog. I can tell you with certainty that WHEN you hire ERIN you get someone who puts your dog as #1. Erin is not only our dogs best buddy but also becoming our friend as well. Gabe’s ears raise to attention when we say “Erin is coming today.” Gabe makes happy noises when Erin comes into the house. Wait maybe God-send is an understatement. Erin has blessed our lives by being that special someone we can trust to come into our house, take our dog for a walk, spend meaningful times with him and leave the house as secure as she found it. Friends like Erin and her husband are the kind of folks you want to have more of in your lives. They are both great people and will not leave you disappointed. In fact you will rest at ease knowing that the care of your family member is in the care of Erin. Most of my reviews I joke around - but I wanted to leave a review from the pit of my heart so you know how we feel about Erin as our sitter.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
