About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was born and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I currently do not have any dogs as my sweet boy crossed the rainbow bridge in July 2026. I have experience with dogs of different ages, personalities, energy levels, temperaments and needs; from playful puppies to loving seniors who need a little extra patience, comfort and attention. I don't believe in simply "watching" a dog. I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and at home while their family is away. What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give each dog. I am attentive to their routines, personalities, body language and little quirks. Your dog won't just be another booking to me. They will be a guest in my home and treated like one of my own. I work from home and so I am here to provide attention and not just put them in a crate. Dogs will have free roam, unless requested to be in a crate from their family. I also only book one family at a time. I believe dogs do best when they receive plenty of individual attention so I keep my environment comfortable and just want to make their routine and stay feel as normal and comfortable as possible. I will offer photos, videos and updates so you can relax and know your pup is happy and doing well! I have cared for dogs through all stages of life, including senior care. I am comfortable with medications, routines, and keeping a close eye on changes in behavior or well-being and giving older dogs the extra TLC they may need. One of the most meaningful parts of my experience was caring for my own dog, Bear. When he was diagnosed with kidney disease, I was initially told that because he was almost 14, he may only have about six months. I devoted myself to his care and learned everything I could about CKD. I ultimately helped reverse his disease from stage 3 to stage 1 and he lived to be 16 1/2 . Caring for him taught me just how important patience, attentiveness, consistency and advocating for your pet can be. After a lifetime of having dogs by my side, I am not quite ready for another dog of my own yet, but I miss having a dog to care for and the joy they bring. Rover feels like the perfect way for me provide the kind of loving, attentive care I would want for my own without making it a full time commitment just yet. I would love to meet your pup and give them a wonderful home away from home while you're away! I currently work from home and can take breaks throughout the day, so your pup will get the care they need! I’m able to provide plenty of potty breaks, playtime, attention, and companionship throughout the day, so they won’t be left alone for long periods of time and my office door is always open! I have a fenced yard where your pup can safely play and get outside. I provide a calm, loving environment and will follow your pet’s routine, feeding instructions, and any special needs. I can also easily crate your dog if needed and will always make their safety and comfort a priority. Your dog will be treated like family, and can free roam in my home, but I will also respect the routine and rules you have established at home.

I was very nervous having someone new watching them but Lindsey was able to relax me with the pictures she sent me to see how fur babies were doing. She took extra special care of Mittens who has 2nd stage kidney disease in making sure he was fed and water constantly changed. The liter box area kept very clean and neat. About: I've had dogs all my life. We just just put our dog down after 12 years from being raised as a puppy. We recently just got a beagle Basset Puppy who loves to play and has gotten along great with all of the dogs we've watched so far! About: I’m have 2 cats stormy and kitty . They and both indoors but I gave her then option to go outside too. They are very friendly. We do feed other cats bin our neighbors I have 4 bowel of water and food on my porch for them. Always have loved animals and had a caring connection with them. In addition to taking care of our family pets, I have also helped care for family and friends furry friends I work part time and I’m able to do house visits or add a walk in the park in my schedule it no problem. I have a fence yard and I have my own cat kitty she friendly and spray and up to date on shots. I have an area extra bedroom for play time or naps.Our sofa is open for naps too.

We recently just got a beagle Basset Puppy who loves to play and has gotten along great with all of the dogs we've watched so far! I am looking forward to a summer filled with backyard play and plenty of attention for our guest pups. Since we’ll be home the vast majority of the time, your dog will have constant companionship. I’m happy to send you pictures, daily updates, whatever you need! While we might head out for the occasional short day trip or camp drop-off, our schedule is primarily centered around being home, making us very flexible for drop-offs, pick-ups, and mid-day belly rubs! Your pup’s safety is our top priority! We have a fully fenced-in backyard where dogs can safely run, play, and explore under constant supervision. Our home is a family environment with three kids who are taught to be gentle and respectful with animals, so we do require that any guest dogs be kid-friendly. Inside, we have stairs, so please let us know if your pup has any mobility issues or needs assistance. We are also happy to crate your dog for meals or naps if that is what they are used to at home. Since we currently have no other pets, your dog will receive 100% of our attention and love during their stay

At the age of 13 I was given my own puppy, which helped me understand the responsibility that it takes to care for animals. About: I’m have 2 cats stormy and kitty . They and both indoors but I gave her then option to go outside too. They are very friendly. We do feed other cats bin our neighbors I have 4 bowel of water and food on my porch for them. Always have loved animals and had a caring connection with them. In addition to taking care of our family pets, I have also helped care for family and friends furry friends I work part time and I’m able to do house visits or add a walk in the park in my schedule it no problem. I’m comfortable giving oral medications, insulin shots, and catering to special dietary needs. I’ve been working from home recently and would love to have some dog friends to keep me company. I own my home and have a HUGE fenced in yard that is great for fetch, and dog friends are welcome on the furniture. Dogs that love to go for walks are a plus because honestly, I feel weird going for walks without one lol. Dogs must be cat friendly! I’m a homebody by nature and rarely am away from home for more than a couple of hours, if I do go out I typically will separate my cats and my dog friends as an additional safety precaution. I don’t crate dogs unless it’s a typical part of their routine. I’m unable to accommodate dogs from multiple households.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was born and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I currently do not have any dogs as my sweet boy crossed the rainbow bridge in July 2026. I have experience with dogs of different ages, personalities, energy levels, temperaments and needs; from playful puppies to loving seniors who need a little extra patience, comfort and attention. I don't believe in simply "watching" a dog. I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and at home while their family is away. One of the most meaningful parts of my experience was caring for my own dog, Bear. When he was diagnosed with kidney disease, I was initially told that because he was almost 14, he may only have about six months. I devoted myself to his care and learned everything I could about CKD. I ultimately helped reverse his disease from stage 3 to stage 1 and he lived to be 16 1/2 . Caring for him taught me just how important patience, attentiveness, consistency and advocating for your pet can be. After a lifetime of having dogs by my side, I am not quite ready for another dog of my own yet, but I miss having a dog to care for and the joy they bring.
