She was patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, making sure he was comfortable, well-loved, and happy throughout his stay. One of the things we appreciated most was her communication. She sent us regular updates, photos, and messages about how Panda Bear was doing, which meant the world to us during such a stressful time.
