“Puja was amazing with our Spotz. She was very accommodating of our drop off and pick up time. She took super care of Spotz and was very detailed about knowing instructions in order to help Spotz have a good stay. She updated us regularly with pictures and emails which helped to put our minds at ease since this was a long stay (8 days). At home we get Kaju’s water from the filtered fridge water spout out of habit and Queeny noticed that Kaju wasn’t drinking tap water and provided him with filtered water.
