“Jess was very accommodating on a last minute trip I had planned. She was very flexible with my schedule and availability to meet. I was extremely nervous as this was my first time utilizing Rover, as I usually book with PetSmart but I wanted to make sure my senior dog was well taken care of as boarding can be stressful for older dogs. Once we had the meet and greet, my dogs immediately loved Jess. She made sure that their routine stayed as close to the same as at home to ensure their comfort, and sent pictures and updates daily (which I loved). He got plenty of attention, exercise, and care, and I could tell he was comfortable and happy during his stay. Bailey literally turned her back on me when i picked her up and wouldn't "talk" to us the whole ride home 😂 she was clearly very comfortable with Emily's family and we won't hesitate a second to book with her again! Emily loved our Bailey like she was her own, taking her for runs, snagging Pup Cups from Starbucks, and sharing all the toys a pup could need with Bailey. She provided wonderful photo updates the entire visit and made sure we knew how well Bailey was fitting in in their home. We are so happy Emily took a chance on our Bailey (she's not a fan of other dogs so finding a home where she can be the only dog is though) and didn't treat her like she was a problem like other boarders/sitters have in the past.
