About: I've been caring for animals all my life and have grown up with them always in the home. I work hard to make sure they feel welcomed and love while in my care since I know it can be hard for them being away from family. I have fostered and volunteered with rescues and local shelters for 10 years. I have also been a wildlife rehabber for 6 years and greatly enjoy helping all animals in need. I do currently have one dog that is back end paralyzed and loves everyone and everything. Im currently working part time from home so I will always be here with the furry friends I am caring for. I have a daily routine of getting up early, letting the doggy's outside, feeding them breakfast, going for walks when the weather allows, lots of toys to play with, feed them dinner and have a good time together. We also work on basic training and enjoying lots of love and cuddles. I have a fenced in yard, wonderful neighbors and a welcoming environment for even nervous dogs. I have baby gates set up as well to keep everyone safe.

About: I’m have 2 cats stormy and kitty . They and both indoors but I gave her then option to go outside too. They are very friendly. We do feed other cats bin our neighbors I have 4 bowel of water and food on my porch for them. Always have loved animals and had a caring connection with them. In addition to taking care of our family pets, I have also helped care for family and friends furry friends I work part time and I’m able to do house visits or add a walk in the park in my schedule it no problem. I have a fence yard and I have my own cat kitty she friendly and spray and up to date on shots. I have an area extra bedroom for play time or naps.Our sofa is open for naps too.

About: I've had dogs all my life. We just just put our dog down after 12 years from being raised as a puppy. Our family isn't ready for a new dog yet, but we love the company! As a teacher, my summer is dedicated to being home and active! I am looking forward to a summer filled with backyard play and plenty of attention for our guest pups. Since we’ll be home the vast majority of the time, your dog will have constant companionship. While we might head out for the occasional short day trip or camp drop-off, our schedule is primarily centered around being home, making us very flexible for drop-offs, pick-ups, and mid-day belly rubs! Your pup’s safety is our top priority! We have a fully fenced-in backyard where dogs can safely run, play, and explore under constant supervision. Our home is a family environment with three kids who are taught to be gentle and respectful with animals, so we do require that any guest dogs be kid-friendly. Inside, we have stairs, so please let us know if your pup has any mobility issues or needs assistance. We are also happy to crate your dog for meals or naps if that is what they are used to at home. Since we currently have no other pets, your dog will receive 100% of our attention and love during their stay

You know what your pet needs, and I always make sure quality care is given in your absence! Please note I will likely use my own handless leash for safety purposes. I am comfortable working with reactive dogs and dogs with prey drives. However, it is crucial that you inform me of any behavior issues beforehand. Owners who are not upfront with behavior issues risk being dropped as clients. If booking times are flexible, please let me know. This helps me book you faster and allows us to start conversations about your pet's needs earlier. Please only book with me when you know what days and times I am needed. Open requests block times in my calendar, so booking in a timely manner is very important. If you would prefer to boom after the meet & greet, that is absolutely okay! Please just let me know upon scheduling the meet and greet. I am currently available mornings, and nights M-F and all day weekends. I typically visit 7-7:45am on weekday mornings and 4-7pm weekday nights. I make visits all day on weekends. I am happy to accommodate specific medication schedules upon request. Starting June 15th, I will be available 7am-9pm all seven days of the week. Starting June 15th, I will be opening slots for clients who wish for their dogs to join me on hikes or long walks (3+ hours) at dog-friendly hiking spots in Michigan. Owners will be charged the housesitting rate, and will be expected to prepare treats, meals, and water for their dogs. If you are interested in reserving a spot or speaking about specifics, please book an overnight stay so we can chat. I aim to respect your home and leave it cleaner than I found it! I'm happy to clean pet bowls, vacuum pet beds, etc. If possible, please provide the name of your home internet and password. This saves time when I am sending you cards, questions, or other updates! For housesitting clients, I aim to send two updates minimum during the morning and afternoon/early evening. If you would prefer to have more or less updates, please let me know!
